Staff : is very nice but there are some staff members who really don’t like to help others . **“The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and close to many great places to visit. The price is reasonable and includes breakfast, which adds good value. The only downside was that the paid parking did not have an EV charging option, so I had to pay extra for another parking spot to charge my car.”**There was no food option for baby and no bedding for my 1.5 year old baby as I have to give boiled water so there was no water kettle for doing warm water I want my compansation

Prima hotel voor snelle overnachting. Schoon en prima bedden. Parkeren is een ramp. Ondanks dat hotel aangeeft parkeer gelegenheid te hebben is dat zeer beperkt. En indien vol, wat al snel het geval is, dan is het zoek maar uit.

The room wasn’t clean : there was a stain in the shower and hair and stain on the bed. When we arrived, we were told that the keys to our room didn’t work and that the problem would be solved in one day. It wasn’t so we had to call an employee each time we wanted to go in the room. The receptionist was a bit cold.

Eigentlich ein sehr nettes Hotel, nur leider befanden sich in die Betten unter der dem Bettlaken Haare und flecken, das geht gar nicht, auch unter die Betten war es sehe dreckig. Auch das Fernseher war von Strom abgeklemmt und die Antennenkabel rausgezogen.

It was a great value for money. The room was spacious and clean. Good room service. Such a shame that there was no minibar. The staff was helpful and nice. And there were great transportation around the place. There was not a lot of options regarding dining around the area, but McDonald's was around the corner and was the only place open until late at night, so...

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist sauber wie neu. Die Räume sind ziemlich groß und sauber. Was mir aufgefallen ist, ist, dass die Räume nicht gut und angemessen ausgestattet sind: Es gibt keinen Tisch, Stuhl, Wasserkocher, Schreib- oder Schminktisch in den Räumen, obwohl diese groß genug wären.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist sauber wie neu. Die Räume sind ziemlich groß und sauber. フランクフルト中央駅から離れてるとはいえ、大都市の中の安ホテルだったのであまり期待していなかったですが、予想以上の部屋のクオリティにテンションが上がりました。バスルームに湯船がない点を除けば、日本のビジネスホテルとほとんど大差ありません。部屋の広さ：シングルルームを予約しましたが、シングルベッドが二つあって片方を荷物おきに使えて、部屋の広さ・清潔さも文句なしでした。デスクがあれば尚よかったかな...。部屋の設備：暖房のみで冷房はなかったかな...（よく確認してなかったです）。寒かったので問題はありませんでしたが。クローゼットはないですが、ハンガーラックがあり、洗濯物を干すことができます。湯沸かし器や飲み物のサービスはなし。バスローブ等もなし。コスパ・立地：フランクフルト中央駅から地下鉄で20分ほどのカイザーレイ駅から歩いて10分ほどの所にあるので、観光には少し不向きでしょう。部屋は安い割にクオリティ高いです。近くにはスーパーが一つありますが、日曜はどうやら休みのようで、夜も遅くまでやってないです。また飲食店はマクドナルドとアジア料理店くらいしかなく、食事をするには電車で中央駅に行くほうが良いでしょう。スタッフ：チェックイン・アウトの簡単な手続きをしていただいただけでしたが、対応は問題ないように思いました。

The room was really nice, unfortunately both of my early mornings were ruined with people on the ground floor outside the property making noise at 5am. The windows were closed - it wasnt ideal, but the staff were very nice and breakfast very nice too. Thank you

All the staff was rude. I got morning coffee from the reception I didn’t know it was payable because any hotel I stayed even apart hotels offer free morning coffee. After took a coffee in my first day the staff at front desk shooted behind me because of the take money. They can tell me silently. On my last day I had some guest we got some drink at lobby than we went out to say goodbye to them front desk agent run behind us and shooted again you should pay of course we will pay after say goodbye to our guest there is no kindness they like a police not a front desk staff. They clean rooms but there was an empty bottle in the floor they didn’t event throw out our trash. It was a bad experience for us. There is a hotel not a police station.

We payed for our family room months in advance. We contacted the hotel by phone that we will be having a late arrival and that would be no problem so when we arrived at 23:45 they told us they dont have a family room anymore . And that the only solusion was 2 seperate rooms . The guy at the reception did not care at all. Thank god the hotel next door had a family room availible and they were really friendly

When we arrived the concierge couldn't find my booking and it turned out I'd booked a month ahead by mistake! He was very calm and kind about it and refunded me the money even though he didn't have to. So then it was a bit more expensive last minute but still good value. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with lovely yellow curtains that keep it dark enough for me to sleep. The bathroom was clean, good shower. A bit out of town but handy for train & bus. The bed was comfortable with a good soft headboard. Good WiFi, working TV though everything was in German there was only English speaking news - I never watch the news! I did enjoy watching Dirty Dancing in German! The lift/elevator worked. They have vending machines with snacks. We didn't try their breakfast. There are great kebabs round the corner!

A estadia foi boa, mas foi contratada uma noite com café da manhã o qual não foi servido…no checkin me foi mostrado até o salão de café, de manhã, um outro atendente me disse que não tinham café da manhã e me disseram que tinha que pedir ressarcimento com a Hoteis.com, e é o que vou fazer…extremamente desagradável

Das Hotel hat einfach bei meinem Zimmer und bei dem Zimmer meines Kollegen den „Bitte nicht Stören“ Zettel an die Tür gehangen, damit die Zimmer nicht geputzt werden. Als ich dies heute Morgen der Rezeption mitteilte, kam lediglich die Reaktion: „Es ist ok.“ …

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Restaurants within walking distance. The Eastside Terrace restaurant and bar next door is very nice. The food and staff are excellent. Kaiser Pizza (also next door) has the best pizza in the world! Ask for Antonio.

フランクフルト中央駅から離れてるとはいえ、大都市の中の安ホテルだったのであまり期待していなかったですが、予想以上の部屋のクオリティにテンションが上がりました。バスルームに湯船がない点を除けば、日本のビジネスホテルとほとんど大差ありません。部屋の広さ：シングルルームを予約しましたが、シングルベッドが二つあって片方を荷物おきに使えて、部屋の広さ・清潔さも文句なしでした。デスクがあれば尚よかったかな...。部屋の設備：暖房のみで冷房はなかったかな...（よく確認してなかったです）。寒かったので問題はありませんでしたが。クローゼットはないですが、ハンガーラックがあり、洗濯物を干すことができます。湯沸かし器や飲み物のサービスはなし。バスローブ等もなし。コスパ・立地：フランクフルト中央駅から地下鉄で20分ほどのカイザーレイ駅から歩いて10分ほどの所にあるので、観光には少し不向きでしょう。部屋は安い割にクオリティ高いです。近くにはスーパーが一つありますが、日曜はどうやら休みのようで、夜も遅くまでやってないです。また飲食店はマクドナルドとアジア料理店くらいしかなく、食事をするには電車で中央駅に行くほうが良いでしょう。スタッフ：チェックイン・アウトの簡単な手続きをしていただいただけでしたが、対応は問題ないように思いました。

Prezzo decisamente sottomedia (41 euro a notte) per la qualitá di questo hotel che si è rivelato una scelta vincente. La fermata della metro é vicinissima (in alternativa sono 3 km sul lungofiume per arrivare in centro), la colazione se non vuoi spendere 14 euro la puoi fare al vicino mc donald's...direi perfetto se vuoi visitare francoforte risparmiando. É situato in una zona di uffici quindi non ci sono opzioni per la cena (tolto il mc donald's ed un asiatico), quindi utile solo se si decide di spendere l'intera giornata a francoforte (o nella vicina offenbach)

Das Frühstück für 14 Euro war okay. Es ist schön, dass man jeden morgen spontan entscheiden kann, ob man es "bucht" wenn man vor Ort ist. Aber letztlich waren wir öfter im Mc Donalds Cafe direkt um die Ecke frühstücken.

The room was really nice, unfortunately both of my early mornings were ruined with people on the ground floor outside the property making noise at 5am. The windows were closed - it wasnt ideal, but the staff were very nice and breakfast very nice too. Thank you

Ficamos 6 noites e gostamos de tudo. Limpeza, boa cama, bom banheiro, bom café da manhã, transporte fácil para o centro de Frankfurt, atendimento sempre gentil. Ótima escolha com preço justo!!!

Room was nice and comfortable beds with good showers. Hotel had parking available and was in a good location for us. Only complaint was the rooms were very warm. Windows could be opened but then street noise was a problem. Not sure if the ac was turned off but had the room temp set to 18 and it wasn’t working.

Everything went smoothly, the lady checked me in was very nice, friendly and warm…all are great, the room was good and everything work and the window with the city view from a distance, not bad at all. Not an ideal location but it close to office buildings nearby and several restaurants too. When I got to the hotel around 8pm, there are several police/security chatting with some guests at the front door and I was feeling that I picked the wrong place but all are good. Staff are nice and friendly. I like it.
