Das Hotel geht in Ordnung, leider aber zu teuer, für das was geboten wird. Der Check in ok, ohne sich besonders willkommen zu fühlen, das Zimmer war sauber und einigermaßen aktuell. Fitness etwas gruselig, abgerockte Geräte, keine Tücher und Desinfektionsmittel. Defekte Komponenten. Das Frühstück geht in Ordnung. Freie Parkplätze gibt es in der Straße hinterm Hotel.

Es war ganz ok. Hab das Ambiente im Rezeptionsbereich als kühl empfunden. Aber sowas ist ja Geschmackssache. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ganz toll fand ich die Tiefgarage, die noch mal über einen gesicherten Bereich verfügt. Die Zimmer waren ok. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, hatte keines gebucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel im ehemaligen Schlachthof. Super sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht (leider kein Wasserkocher/Kaffeemaschine). Morgens um 4.15 bekommt man hier schon frischen Kaffee, ein dickes Lob und Danke an den Nachtportier. Die Sauna im Dachgeschoss bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht und ist nebst dem Fitnessbereich liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

On the whole, I'm satisfied with the hotel. However, its room cleaning is changed to request basis without any visible information in the room. I've stayed at the hotel many times. It is not convenient for foreign visitors. I hope they will put the information in the room or its bath room.

Checked in with friends - the staff acted very coldly towards us. Went up to room, could not get in, door would not work. Went down to lobby, they insulted my intelligence by telling me “the door does not open on its own”. Went back up after no help, had to slam my entire body weight against the door to get in. Shortly after - my friends send me a picture and a call showing and saying that they found bed bugs in their bed. Disgusted, we checked our bed to find no less than 3 bugs. We packed quickly, mortified, and went down to check out, where they told us when it came to a refund “we will do what we can.”. We were able to find another hotel that night and left at about 10:30 PM. It has been two days, and it has been radio silence. Hoping to hear back and get a refund for our two nights.

Not a good welcome. Or friendly at all. Stay here a good few times with my team. Was told to early for check in. Only wanted to drop my bag. Attitude from reception. Normally lovely people on reception. Went to room eventually 2 hours later, toilet wasn’t clean and used. Won’t go into detail but no paper in pan only something else. The room was so hot and only a fan. Was at least 35c in that room. Planes fly ing straight over from nearby airport at 5am then have to close windows. Up goes the temperature. Was also normally €10 for breakfast and reception said it’s now €25 if you don’t pay it on the web. Think she had that wrong. Anyway no breakfast for me unfortunately. Not a good experience this time for sure. Probably won’t go back now. Barman was a lovely happy helpful person BTW.

Modern and clean rooms, altough there was no AC. Also no kettle or fridge. It is located in a quiet neigborhood, but far from public transport (20 min walk to the S and DB trains). Would probably be best for people/groups with a car. The staff member that welcomed us was cold and seemed annoyed by our questions. Very little information was given to us, only our room number; nothing on amenities or services.

Alles in allem ein gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, die sich tagsüber stark aufheizten, trotz zugezogener Gardinen. Wir waren an heißen Tagen da und ein kleiner Ventilator reicht da nicht aus.

Hallo, die Location fanden wir super schön. Allerdings war unser Empfang sehr unpersönlich, man hat uns nicht mal angeschaut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und eigentlich sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm. Allerdings gehen die Türen derart laut zu, dass die Hochzeitsgäste und auch andere Gäste, die spät auf das Zimmer kamen uns jedes Mal aufgeweckt haben. Die Türen ziehen sehr laut ein, dass sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Nicht jeder Gast ist so empathisch und achtet darauf.

Schönes Hotel mit reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet und schönerTerrasse. Nachdem unser Safe defekt war, wurden wir sofort in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, bei offenen Fenstern ist somit der Fluglärm ab 5:30 sehr störend.

Kein "herzlich willkommen", kein "wie war ihre reise" nur minimale Kommunikation und Gestarre in den PC. Obwohl wir ganz ersichtlich einen Hund dabei hatten und es vorab angekündigt wurde, wollte die Dame nur das Zimmer abrechnen. Nach einem Hinweis von uns und der Bitte auch ein Frühstück einzubuchen, wurde der Hund zwar berechnet, aber nicht das Frühstück. Uns wurde nur gesagt, wie wir zum Zimmer kommen und das war es auch schon. Auf dem Zimmer keine Infozettel. Somit unklar für den Gast wo Frühstück stattfindet oder wann es stattfindet. Auch sonst keine Informationen. Beim ersten Frühstück waren wir nicht auf der Frühstücksliste und das Frühstück für 21 € war von der Auswahl überaus enttäuschend. Qualität aber ok. Am zweiten Morgen waren wir immer noch nicht auf der Frühstücksliste, obwohl die Mitarbeiterin vom Vortag sich kümmern wollte. Zudem hieß es plötzlich, dass keine Hunde beim Frühstück erlaubt sind. Warum erfährt man das erst dann? In jedem Hotel wo Hunde erlaubt sind, dürfen sie auch überall hin. Falls ein Hotel nicht ganz so Hunde freundlich ist und es Einschränkungen gibt, sollten diese im besten Fall vorab kommuniziert werden, dann nicht alle Hunde allein bleiben können. Spätestens an der Rezeption beim Check-in sollte dieser Hinweis kommen. Aber da wurden wir ja eher angeschwiegen. Genauso könnte man dies auf einem Infoblatt mitteilen, aber es gibt ja keine Info Möglichkeit. Das dritte Frühstück haben wir uns dann erspart. Nur die Hälfte passt hier rein :(

Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht, dass das Grillrestaurant neben dem Hotel dauerhaft geschlossen war. Das Hotel restaurant war jedoch in Ordnung, allerdings vielleicht ein bisschen teurer als erhofft.

Der Checkin hat 40-60min gedauert und der Angstellte an der Rezeption war komplett überfordert. Das geht einfach überhaupt nicht, da man ja ggf auch Termine hat oder Veranstsltungen besuchen möchte. Niemand rechnet mit so einer Wartezeit am Checkin. Hotelkomplex ansonsten eigentlich schön und die Zimmer ebenfalls.

Issues with booking. When I arrived the reception said the booking payment was declined, dispite another room on the same booking being approved. I showed the Expedia reciept clearly showing the booking had two paid for rooms. Also the bank statement matching the payment amount. But the receptionist insisted I had to pay for 1 room still and claim it back off Expedia.

This hotel is brand new, the room excellent, and comfortable. The downside is it in a terrible section of Frankford, only restaurant option was in the hotel which was very good. We did not feel safe in the area this hotel was located in The train to the Ctr of the city was a 20-minute walk in a bad area If you have get to the airport, it's not bad if you have a car. Less than 15 min away. Without a car you're in trouble. Bottom line very nice hotel, but I would not stay there again because of the area around the property

This hotel is a great option if you’re visiting Offenbach or Frankfurt. The rooms are spacious and clean, there’s a bar in the reception area, and a nice restaurant right next door. A supermarket is across the street and there are two bus stops a few meters away. The city’s main shopping street is a 20 minute walk away. All in all, an excellent hotel for the price point and all the nearby amenities. Reception staff are helpful. I enjoyed my short stay here. Thank you!
