Shuttle service was a disaster. 35 minutes waiting in the airport for pick up with children's under 20C temperatures after midnight. Called 3 times to front desk, and shuttle service even indicated the service was complete. Have to end paying for a taxi to take us to the hotel.

We do a few international trips each year out of O'Hare, and this is our favorite hotel. Nothing fancy but extremely clean, all the room amenities, a Pizza Uno in the hotel, friendly staff, and most importantly a dedicated hotel shuttle that is reliable, fast, reachable and trackable online, and picks you up at Terminal 5. The only complaint is the new $18/night parking gouge.

Breakfast was very limited - Shuttle service was poor. When trying to contact the hotel to setup a shuttle, nobody would answer the phone. We ended up using a car service to the hotel on most occasions.

Everything was perfect and the staff were very helpful although the charter bus was not available due to something wrong went with the battery, they get us an uber so we won't miss our flight . Nice and respectful staff . The WIFI wasn't good at our room but was okay in the lounge

Filthy rooms. Carpet was disgusting. Couch was soiled and ripped. No chance anybody in my family was going to sit on it. This hotel just seemed dirty, outdated, and uninviting. Only slightly better than staying at the airport for a long delay.

Where to start? Stains on the carpet like a crime scene… loveseat cushion upholstery was shredded… Victoria secret panties between the mattress & headboard (not mine!) a three night stay and only 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner provided & they let you know that you wouldn’t have maid service since its only a 3 night stay, but you could request it I believe.

You cannot beat the transportation to/from airport and train station. We needed both at odd hours (super late and super early), and both were readily available. It was nice to have both breakfast and lunch/dinner available on site. As far as the room went, quiet but had a musty smell, like that old cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking facility. Take-out and frozen food from previous guest left was in refrigerator and multiple hairs in the toilet/shower area did not bode well for feeling that it was really clean. Overall though, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I were in the same situation.

Our towels had brown stains on them and someone else’s hair. The headboard was disgusting and looking like something had dried dripping down it, same with the air conditioner. Carpets were stained and shower head was basically black due to lack of cleaning it. Room and hallway smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Would not stay here again.

Room was DIRTY, LINEN WAS DIRTY AND SLEPT IN. I HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER. THE CURTAINS WERE DIRTY, HAD COFFEE SPILT ON THEM. BATHROOM WALLS WERE DIRTY. FURNITURE WAS DIRTY AND BUSTED UP. WHILE HALLWAYS WERE BEING MOPPED, NO WET FLOOR SIGNS WERE PUT OUT. MOP SMELLED OF DIRTY WATER. SO THE HALLS SMELLED THE SAME. WHERE THERE WAS CARPET IT WAS DIRTY. I WONT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN. AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

The room was completely dirty. Bedding was not fresh and had stains. There were hair balls on the floor, and the walls had a nasty oil on them next to the bed. Pasty from the Elevator to the hall, to the room it smelt like pee. Never booking with this hotel chain. BTW they will steal money from you if you check in after a late flight, I checked in at 2am and checked out 5 minutes after seeing everything. I was charged $124 for “hotel fees”, con artist. Went to Hampton inn, 5 minutes down the road, and had a wonderful stay.

The cleanliness of our room (207) was terrible. The carpet had several, what appears to be, dog secretion spots; and the sofa had a unsightly year in one pillow. Upon request, they did change our room (410). But the sink in room 410 was badly clogged (no water would go down). We we told we had two choices: (1) stay in room 410 with clogged sink, or (2) return to room 207 with the desecrated carpet and torn sofa. We returned back to room 207 because the plumbing word. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. We called Expedia and reported these terrible conditions and filed a complaint; but had to endure two terrible nights at Comfort Suites O'Hare! Expedia

I don’t like leaving less than 5 star reviews but this hotel was not it. The room was super tiny. We had a room with a separate living room and a pull out couch. The couch was super uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no TV in the living room. If the couch was open, the fridge was not accessible at all as it opened right up to it. There was also a coffee table that we had to put up on its side when the couch was open and the whole room was super tight. My other issue was there was little parking. I came back from a concert late and I circled the building a few times because I luckily found someone leaving and could take their spot. The buffet was ok but it was very small. We’ve used Comfort Suites a lot and usually love them but this one was not one of those times.

The wifi doesn't work on top floors of the building (I was on 6) because "the router doesn't reach that far". so I had to take a 3 hour exam in their business center that had no ventilation and felt like a sauna. How is this acceptable.

The breakfast buffet is excellent. The check-in process was smooth. The room itself is average: the pullout sofa is very old and has some small rips in the upholstery, the TVs are small, and the room itself feels a bit drab and musty. OK for an overnight at the airport but not a place I would stay for a longer visit.

The transportation to the blued line metro worked out great and was quick. Also the transportation to and from the airport was great too. (Very important since it was freezing cold outside) We originally had a 6th floor room but the internet signal was very weak so they change us to the 2nd floor and gave us a voucher for the pizza restaurant. It would be nice if the rooms smelled better, our 2nd floor room smelled like a hospital.

My son was bummed there was no pool. The pizza restaurant attached was great. The AC wasnt working the best but it was manageable. Our room had an old stain on the carpet and there was a huge rip on the arm of the sofa. The staff was amazing and it wasnt noisy. The bed was comfortable and all linens were clean.

The worst! We booked the hotel for the convenience of the shuttle and had to catch Uber more then the service. Van broke down,driving was horrible! First and last time staying here! Airport ride,CJ didn't bother to pick up one of our bags! 2 females and he just stood there looking with his nasty ass attitude. CJ! Then drop us off at the wrong terminal on purpose after the front desk agent and myself told him. The way he spoke to me inside the lobby in front of other customers, if he was in my face,damaged would have happened. He think he's crazy now!!! Him and Uno are the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever meet and I'm from TX. Corporate will hear from me because I'm sure nothing will happen since it seems like they were short handed of employees. By me being in management and KNOW customer service they would have definitely been laid off. We will return to Chicago but never here again. The just decided not to have hospitality with us. Only two front desk agents were decent and had to ask for clean towels everyday. As a paying customer it's not my fault or business if they are under staffed but customer service and our safety inside their van should be a priority. They don't greet as you walk in unless the manager is at the front with them, if you ask a question it's definitely a bother to them. We received better hospitality outside of the hotel

The room listing said 2 double beds ans a sleeper sofa, there was no sofa instead 2 banquet chairs were placed were the sof should have been. When i asked the front desk i was told that many of the sofas were in bad shape and needed replacing and they didn't get to this room. They didn't try to compensate for this. The breakfast was sub par and limited compared to other complimentary standard breakfast. Ive been here before and now they charge for overnight parking. Still a value but be prepared

We were only there for 1 night. Service up at the desk was difficult. The employee at the desk taking care of us mumbled under her breath couldn't understand or hear her over the sliding door in the front entrance door. Was charged 18 dollars to park in the HOTEL parking lot which I feel is a little ridiculous considering we already rented a room at the facilty. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never have we never had to pay for parking. Rooms were clean.

We had to switch rooms 4 times. The pull out sofa was broken in the first room, second room the mattress still had food on it and stains, and 3rd had heavy urine stains. The entire room was very unclean with food and debris everywhere and the overall state of the hotel is poor and in disrepair. There was also a criminal situation with a trespasser with a ski mask being arrested in the lobby when I was switching rooms. The assailant was right next to me. Also price at property was less than Expedia which is a disappointment.

Staff was friendly. Shirley, the shuttle driver was on point with recommendation for a dinner spot. And speedy drop off and pick up. When I had to call down to front desk at 3:30 am because neighbors were playing music so loud, staff promptly addressed issue. The room was disappointing. Was given a room with two uncomfortable chairs instead of a couch since I didn’t need to use the pullout. Air conditioner was loud….reminded me of the card in bicycle spokes. Tolerable for one night but I wouldn’t want to be here for multiple nights….Staff is the best thing about this spot!

It took over 90 minutes for the shuttle to come. I booked in advance. I had to call the property over 19 times with no answer. They were very unprofessional and unapologetic for how long I had to wait in the freezing cold. The room was less than average with hair in the towels and sheets. There was a questionable odor to the room. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were thin. I would recommend spending the extra money to stay at a nice, more reputable hotel.

Parking seemed a bit insecure. Not enough luggage carts. Had trouble getting a return shuttle from the airport; maybe my fault but I tried to follow the instructions and ended up taking a taxi :) On the plus side, there is a decent little neighboring shopping center, short walk.

Nice stay. Pleasant people, nice room. A big unexpected bonus was having the best deep dish pizza in Chicago right in the Hotel . Pizzeria Uno is incredible and Ive had them all, such as Ginos, Giordanos, and Lou Malnatis.

The site is near the Rosemont outlets and entertainment center & Casino. They have shuttles to and from those sites, the airport and the blue line which takes you directly to downtown. They serve breakfast at the UNO Pizzeria restaurant inside the hotel. It is better then most of the breakfasts included at other hotels because they serve scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, yougurt, fruit, a variety of sliced bread and bagels, cereal, 3 options of juice, and dried fruit. The room was clean and big. It had a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. It also had a bathtub. I really liked the place

My go to hotel when I need to take early flight. Shuttle is dependable. The hotel rooms are older but comfortable, clean and quiet. I have always had very comfortable beds and pillows at this hotel. Breakfast is served in the bar area so lots of room to sit. The food is basic but fine. Having the restaurant in the hotel itself is convenient but there are also two other restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The best part was the staff at UNO restaurant attached to the hotel. They were so friendly and the food was great. Sleeping was awful! People were outside the front of the hotel laughing and carrying on until the wee hours. We all slept terrible.

Nothing fancy, but it fills all the squares very well- very clean, quiet, comfortable room with all necessities. Polite, responsive staff. Attached Uno Pizzeria serves free breakfast (meh). DEDICATED airport shuttle service that has Terminal 5 service. Only negative is $18/night parking.

My only gripe with this hotel is that the Wi-Fi is not good at all. It's free, but it goes in and out, and the signal is weak. I love the shuttle service to the airport; that was a big selling point for me. The continental breakfast is nothing spectacular, but I'm glad it was free and I didn't have to pay extra. The restaurant "Pizza Uno" downstairs is convenient, but it's overpriced, and I only ate there because of its specials. Nevertheless, I really like that the hotel is fairly close to bus stops, so I can easily commute to Chicago, and I appreciate that there are several stores and restaurants within walking distance (Aldi, Dollar Tree, Wendy's, Subway, etc.). The room was nice and clean, and the shower was hot. I like the pull-out couch and microwave and fridge in each room, and the bed was comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Avoid this Hotel! Honestly, this hotel is falling apart. The coach in the room was all broken, carpet is really dirty and smell like dead cat. The breakfast was horrible and the people don’t care about this. You can get salmonela or something worse. I saw people in underware picking up breakfast or people with the mouth full of food and talking over the breakfast and you can see how the pieces of food were falling from the mouth over the breakfast. I paid $400 for 2 nights and they should return some money because it was disgusting and disappointing.

Staff was pleasant but the room was disappointing. The carpets on our floor were extremely dirty. We were supposed to have couch in our suite that was replaced with to metal table chairs. The air conditioner is extremely loud making it hard to sleep at night.

The UNO Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle was on time and got us to the airport with time to spare - close and convenient. Carpeting was a bit worn and signs of aging but it looked liked renovations were in process. Good value.

The bad reviews seem hugely overblown to me. This is an older building, but my room was sparkling clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. Most of the wear I saw was in the common hallways (the carpet there is long gone). It's turning into a Marriott, which made me kind of sad--I stayed in a lot of the cheap hotels outside ORD this trip, and this is far and away the best one. Want to single out Shirley, the van driver, who is so kind and helpful. The food nearby is also plentiful and really good; there's a grocery store around the corner, and an excellent Chinese restaurant.
