Free airport shuttle service is mentioned in the booking information but I was told at the property that shuttle service has been stopped since the covid outbreak. This vital information should be updated in the booking portals.

This Place Should Be Condemned, Not Rented Out This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had—and I’ve stayed in some rough places. The room looked like low-budget Motel 6 quality at best, but was filthy beyond belief. The smell inside hit me like a wall: a revolting mix of mold, cat urine, and something worse I couldn’t place. Two doors down, there was an all-night sex party happening—loud, obvious, and not even trying to be discreet. The shower in my room looked like a literal crime scene. Peeling caulk, mystery stains, and grime so thick I didn’t feel safe standing barefoot. They falsely advertise a gym/workout facility—there is absolutely no gym anywhere on the property. When I asked the front desk, I was met with a shrug. Housekeeping? Not available for most of the day. The buildings are in visible disrepair, with soiled, stained curtains and random storage rooms scattered around the property like abandoned set pieces from a horror movie. It felt extremely unsafe. Doors left propped open, sketchy loitering in the parking lot—it’s not the kind of place you feel comfortable leaving your car, let alone sleeping. And the “free continental breakfast”? A joke. Stale Raisin Bran and bad coffee. That’s it. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off sleeping in your car with the doors locked

Advertises free airport shuttle all over website. No shuttle service at all. This is blatant false advertising.

The hotel description says they have breakfast included…it was literally two types of cereal and two jugs of milk in the fridge. Also said there was a gum but it is one weight machine and like 4 free weights. The shower head was broken and sprayed water on the ceiling when turned on and the carpet by the bathroom was wet. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. BUT, the staff was really nice and friendly. I was only there for a quick weekend trip so it was manageable, but had I known about the “gym” and “breakfast” that was included, i would have stayed elsewhere.

It may look a little rundown on the outside, and the decor in the rooms certainly isn't recent, but the room was clean, the price was reasonable for the area, and it has a 24-hour gas station with both a Dunkin and a Subway (both also apparently 24-hour) literally next door. They offer an unadvertised special for staying a night and getting parking for O'Hare for up to seven days, too.

1. Cause had problem with card it was selected for Airport pickup but its not there Had a severe difficulty getting there 2. No lift. Was given 3rd foor Can we go with heavy luggage? 3. Was selected for free breakfast But in the name of continental breakfast only corn flakes & milk/tea/ coffee was available not even bread & butter. Couldn't take anything cause of lactose intolerance

This was far and away the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Both Trip Advisor and Expedia listed that they had an airport shuttle, which they did not have.

Room was dirty - cigarette burns on bed sheets and bath. Mould and rust in bathroom and holes in wall. Rooms stinking of cigarettes even though it was non smoking. Hotel advertises free shuttles to airport but this is not the case, they don’t offer any service. Had to get an Uber to airport. Overall extremely disappointed with our stay considering the price point.

The free shuttle was discontinued. I had to pay for a taxi to, and an Uber back to the airport. Costing me $34.25 extra for an advertised FREE shuttle. That was very disappointing.

Got a smoking room, room was filthy liquid drinks splattered all over walls, bedding was filthy with dirt particles, and yellow stains on sheets and comforters.

Bed braking down. Bathroom very small. Cigarette smell all over. Very dirty and old.

It was so dirty, smells like a garbage no proper washroom. Outside area was so smelly

The service was nice but they messed up our key and we were locked out our second day of the four. The hallways and room smelled old and like stale cigarettes (even though it was a non smoking area). The couch and chair inside were broken and torn. There were blood stains on the carpet, walls and light covers. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets. The bathroom was clean but hardly any water pressure and the sink light didn’t turn on.

Lobby was atrocious, dirty and smelled, checked in attempting to give it a chance. Went to the room, urine smells and stains in stairway and corridoor and filthy. Room was horrendous, cigarette burns on the furniture and bedding and a broken chair. Did not feel safe and immediately checked back out. I have photos. Was nowhere near what was represented on Hotels.com and very upsetting. This is the type of place that would rent rooms by the hour.

There were cigarette Burns in the sheets and the lampshade and walls had a mysterious Brown grime

Hole sin the walls. Stains on furniture. Smelled like smoke terribly.

If you want to stay in a SLUM, this is your answer. Ground in dirt along most surfaces. Wrinkled curtains covered what appeared to be black mold and dirt along window sill and side. Rug marred by eaten away holes and stains. Wallpaper peeling in places and marred by stains. Only track left where a sliding closet door once had been. Dirty walls. Found what appeared to be a dead intestinal worm wrapped up in a folded towel. The smell more appropriately could be called a stench. I stayed as I was way to tired to be behind the wheel of a car. I have pictures. Hotel does NOT offer breakfast as advertised though I never would eat there Clerk unconcerned about condition. I emailed management and asked for refund due to hazardous health condition of property. This listing should be removed from hotel list. The Illinois Health Department should not allow the property to be available until property is cleaned and repaired. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms smelled, noisy and dirty

Convenient to airport & cheap but really rundown. Bathroom sink was falling off the wall. No microwave or mini fridge. Would never stay again despite the low price.

In room AC was loud and leaking water, the carpet by the unit was wet there were water damage signs on the ceiling. The tub faucet in the bath room was constantly leaking a steady flow not able to turn off. The motel is very old

Umm bed was comfortable but things in room a broken lamp the shower dripped water continuously stains in the sink and tub toilet flush very slow and then it overflowed and management brought me a mop bucket and plunger. Maintenance never showed even though she claimed they would. Continental breakfast was cold cereal two choices and instant coffee and same garbage sitting on the ground and floor inside and outside for two days they getting up when we were leaving terrible not worth the money!

If all you care about is a cheap place to sleep near O'Hare, this place works just fine. Expect much more than that and you'll be disappointed. On the plus side, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and it is literally next door to a gas station with a Subway and Dunkin Donuts. WiFi was also good. On the downside, the room showed significant wear (and even damage on one wall) and it had no accurately-set clock. If there was anything to the "free breakfast" beyond cereal, it was gone by 9:30 a.m. the one day I tried it.

Take them off your lists. The room had no light on entry. I reported it but they did not fix even next day. Tv did not work. Shower tub had perforation masked by vinyl glued on. Demanded new room. Said they only had smoking room. Bath light burnt out

Big room and cleaned

Microwave did not work. Toilet tipped over. Cigarette burns in sheets. Did not seem safe to walk anywhere for food or shopping.

Room smelled of smoke. Sign on stairs said non smoking floor but stairs reeked of smoke. Bathrub faucet dripping, tub was stained.

Old hotel, bed was very firm, highway noises. Very convenient to the airport and rental return.

Great staff

One night my tv didn't work. I switched room and neither the tv work in the other room i went to talk to front desk guy and he was very rude he told me that i needed to way until he finish what he was doing. I told him that i was going to leave a bad review and he said it doest mater because i didn't book the room through them. I use a web side. Very rude customers service 4/15/23 8pm

This property is terrible. Would not recommend. Tried to check in early. The front desk tried to extort me for $140 to check early. When i refused he told me he was calling the police on me after they already took my money for my booking

Staff was very helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable.

The person at front desk was rude at check in around 2am, the building has a foul oder the wall paper was falling off the wall in the bathroom, the make shift wall in room was loose and ready to fall over and the door knob in bathroom was loose and door looked like someone tried to eat it or something...the pillows were lumpy...I was disgusted they need to do a whole make over for the money you pay...

This doesn't allow a detailed review so the rest will be on Google Reviews. My overall rating is based on the many bad experiences we've had during our stay. However, I rated the staff a bit higher because they did at least try to fix the issue every time. Our first issue was when we paid for our room and received our key the first night. They don't have a good system to tell what is paid apparently? As they called us and said we needed to pay immediately after we already paid for 7 nights. When we went to the front desk and showed where the money was deducted from our bank, they apologized and explained they got confused since it showed we would pay at the place (which we did a couple hours earlier). I'd recommend not paying in cash just in case, so you can pull up a statement record as other reviews online say the same thing. Then the first 3 nights after the check in night, each night, our key card would deactivate. When we went to the front desk, they would fix the problem. The second night they reactivated the key card. The third night, they gave us a new one but never put how many nights were left. The fourth night they added in the total days left to be sure it wouldn't keep happening, and finally the issue was fixed for the rest of the stay. Room cleaning only emptied trash if it was overflowing, rarely made beds, cigarette burns in sheets, broken light fixture that had the light dangling. And out of space for the rest.

Terrible. Paid for a room then right before I get to the hotel they email me(thankfully I randomly checked my email). They tell me they filled my room. I called very irritated and was told there was nothing they could do. Then I go to another hotel and they call me at almost 11 at night upset because I hadn’t shown up to my room. Absolutely ridiculous and horribly managed. I woke up today checked my statement and they still charged me.

It’s a budget hotel located in an industrial area. No dining options except the Subway franchise at thd gas station. It’s close to airport.

The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but the hotel itself was fine. I didn't stay long, I just needed a place to sleep overnight and go back to the airport. It was perfectly adequate for that purpose.

This hotel shouldn't offer or advertise free breakfast because it's not correct. Having instant coffee or cereal is not breakfast. The property smells bad.

Property is very old. No extra towels or sheets at reception. Rom was not cleaned. Tub faucet dripped. Sink was slow to drain. NO real coffee. Continental breakfast should have real coffee, danish or donuts at the least. Only thing available was instant coffee and cold cereal where guest had to get the milk out of the fridge themselves. No creamer.

The breakfast was only a box of cereal and a gallon of milk for every person to share. It was like a prison set up. The people who were there was very nonchalant about what they had to eat for the guests

If you book breakfast and pay accordingly, it cannot consist only of cornflakes. On one day, there wasn't even any milk available! The carpet in the room was more than just dirty. It hasn't been vacuumed in ages. No transfer is offered either, as described in the listing.

Avoid this place. The room was filthy, staff were extremely rude, and the so-called "continental breakfast" was just dry cereal- no milk, nothing else. Total rip-off. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

We arrived late, were hungry and hoped for a good breakfast.. but what a disapointment.. instant coffie and a boul of serial.
