Unfortunately, our stay at Dominium Palace was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was a major concern. We found hairs in the bedsheets, including after being moved to different rooms. For a hotel of this standard, this is simply not acceptable. Customer service was also poor. Even basic requests often required repeated follow-up. On one occasion, we requested towels for our room and the request was not dealt with, leaving us to chase it ourselves. We also experienced housekeeping entering our room while we were trying to sleep, which we found extremely intrusive. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of accommodation for food allergies. We had informed the hotel in advance about my partner’s dietary requirements, but there was no meaningful support, preparation or willingness to go the extra mile. We were essentially left to speak to the breakfast staff ourselves. For someone with a genuine food allergy, this is extremely disappointing and does not provide the reassurance or care you would expect from a hotel. Overall, the cleanliness, communication and customer service fell well below expectations. Agadir itself was enjoyable, but unfortunately Dominium Palace was the most disappointing part of our holiday. Based on our experience, we would definitely look elsewhere.

Since the opening of the hotel until now it has slightly deteriorated. The staff are friendly. The breakfast room gets so busy and nobody has any manners & there is no sense of being polite. The rooms are basic, the water for the shower takes a while to warm up.

Staff is absolutely unhelpful and rude to the point there are intimidating. Hotel has no peace. Music on from day to night which is loud in rooms. Wouldn’t recommend at all especially with families due to environment

Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel, we had a great time relaxing at the pool and took a 10 minute walk towards the promenade. We also used the parking lot included in the price. Breakfast is rich and tasty, incl. live cooking with eggs, omelette etc. A nice touch was a Moroccan tea served at the breakfast as well as at the check-in. Check-in was smooth and friendly, we were warmly welcomed by Souleiman. We had 2 connected rooms with a partial sea-view and pool-view. One of the rooms was fresh and spotlessly clean, the other one was not: bathrobes were evidently used before, slippers were missing in this room, bed-sheets didn't feel fresh, didn't smell nice. Twice I asked for an iron, it never arrived. Overall, we had a great time and would surely return.
