I stayed in several hotels on a recent trip and this was by far the best. The staff were so helpful and kind. The pool was clean. The breakfast room was very nice and excellent breakfast. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. I will definitely stay here again.

It is an attractive property. The room was spacious and clean, the TV numerous channels and the bed was comfortable. There was no second bedside table lamp. We did request one and it was never delivered. The toilet needs to be replaced with one that is ADA height and the bathroom should have been completely repainted instead of spot touch-ups. It didn't look good. The room did not have a safe. The property was quiet at night with plenty of parking. The cooling system in the room worked very well.

we chose to stay in Grinell during the photo concert for my daughters. IAM trip to Europe. Shelly the front desk person gave us two options for rooms and was extremely accommodating for our needs. Breakfast was fresh and different every morning and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean and met all of our needs.

Courteous staff at check in, check out, and at breakfast. Nice indoor pool 5 ft max depth, open late which was nice. Plenty of towels. Hot tub was occupied by a couple of guys drinking beer and resetting the timer, so I didn't want to intrude. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Standard carb options. Hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, and mozerella stick options were available. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a bit small and lumpy. Toilet paper needs improvement. Set alarm to wake up in am, but would have been unnecessary as footsteps and vibrations from guest in room above us was extremely noticeable (glad they were sleeping before we checked in?).

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool water was warm enough even my 2 yr old grand daughter was able to swim! Pool and area around was clean as well as were rooms, hallways, lobby. Did not have to interact with staff much other than via text notifications so check in and check out were smooth and easy. Best experience at a hotel for me personally in years. This one is a WINNER!!

Our room was spacious but smelled musty.There was ceiling damage and walk in shower drain not working so well,flooded the bathroom floor..Internet wouldn’t connect.The hot tub is disgusting to look at.All of the staff we encountered were awesome

The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was good for our family. Our room on the 2nd floor near the stairs (no elevators) was very musty smelling and the room was humid. I asked about changing rooms, and they said they are all the same due to the recent humid weather. There were mold spots on the vent of the a/c unit- which I cleaned off. I asked for a dehumidifier, and they did not any any. The room and lobby appeared recently renovated in most areas, but there were several drywall cracks, gaps in the bathroom tiles, and a new- but cracked, bathroom sink. One sheet of drywall above one of the beds had not been installed properly- or had fallen a bit and was sagging down about 1/2 inch.

Friendly, helpful staff. Huge room with queen size sleeper sofa. Lots of breakfast options but no fresh fruit. Good coffee. Very quiet with view of farm fields. Bathroom floor corners were dirty. Ceiling vent area was so dusty it looked furry.

The bathroom was horribly dirty, but the breakfast was very good. Shower was clogged, bathroom floor and walls had visible dirt. The drawers to the chest of drawers and lamp table kept opening by themselves and were definitely old. The staff was friendly, the pool also needed cleaning and breakfast was warm and good.

Property is starting to show its age. Cleanliness could be improved a bit. Calcium build up in the shower around faucets. Arm chair had significant stains. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall nice stay for the night. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Suite was very large, with plenty of room and much more for two queen beds. Bathroom was fairly small. No places for towels and wash cloths except on the counter, and no towel racks to hang up towels after use. Plenty of room under the counter, which could have been put to use for the towels and hair dryer.

Hotel was nice. Walls were extremely thin. Could hear the man in the room above us clearly. We could hear him walking around, making coffee and even using the bathroom. Not the mans fault, he wasnt necessarily noisy. Its just that the walls were so thin

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there is about a flight and a half of stairs to reach second floor, no elevator. The microwave is tucked away in a dark cabinet and about 18” off the floor. I had to have a flashlight and be on my hands and knees to use it. The toilet paper holder is over an arms length away from the stool….no, I don’t have short arms. Just an inconvenience room setup.

when i called and asked about the pool i informed them we wanted to have a cake and presents for a kids small party but only 5 we staying we were told no problem... then we started setting up in the area food is allowed and we're told no someone else reserved it so we moved 13 people to the suite and got 2 noise complaints before 7pm like it was our fault the conference room was taken though we asked if it was possible to be used... all just stupid and the front desk lady when she came to the room Was RUDE

Booked a Studio Suite for 6 days and was given a regular room. Called twice to discuss with the manager and was told they were unavailable, never received a call back either. Told by one desk person that ‘technically’ it was a suite….it wasn’t. Had no intention of assisting, just fought with me to save a few bucks. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had recently hd knee surgery and the gal who checked us in gave us a room that was clise and made sure we got to the room. The 2nd night, i needed a shower chair and they gladly got one fir me. Wonderful service and a caring staff!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The lady checking us in asked if we needed a list of area restaurants - this was very helpful with finding a place for dinner. The pool was so nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible with eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, a variety of cereal, bread, muffins, string cheese, make your own waffle. We have been traveling for 10 days and this was the best hotel we stayed at. Thank you!

We arrived early and when we inquired about checking in, the front desk graciously put us in our room. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable and we were excited to see it included a hot tub! The personnel were all very considerate. Breakfast was good but it did require some patience waiting on refills for the hot items. The hotel appeared clean and we enjoyed our stay.
