The common areas of the property were clean. Our room was very damp and the bathroom had drainage problems in the bathtub due to a large hair clog that could be seen protruding from the drain. The bathroom walls also had multiple black spots- mold?

Upon check in I realized I was in the same hotel room that I had been in one year ago which was an issue at that time. The first night I was there. I saw a few bugs on the floor didn't give it a whole lot of thought as they seemed dead. Typical highway motel. 2nd night my grandson came to stay as we were going to the races together. I was book for 5 nights. I noticed in the morning the same problem as last year. It happened all the towels and sheets and blankets appearr to be wet, they try to blame it on humidity and the corn steam from the corn fields, which they're, there's only one cornfield around it. Our towels never dried my grandson checked out the floor better than I did. We found over 40 beetles, crickets and cockroaches and brought in night person to check it out. She then called her manager who said to give us an upgrade to the third floor and a suite. Meaning we had to move at 12:45 am.Wow, what an upgrade the toilet stopped up the first time it was flushed. The sync drain smelled of rotten eggs and it did not drain well or at all. The suite part of the room had furniture from the 1960's in it. The entire room was exactly the same as the one we had on the 1st floor dirty, filthy, everything was wet all the time.The water softner could be cranked down a few notches as well as I never felt so soapy all day before. The pool area is disgusting. There is a whole lot of problems on the 3rd floor with cracks all in the ceilings,walls and soft floors.They do not care.
