Hotel was nice and staff was very accommodating and helpful given the impossible situation that they were put in, but the AC was out in our room (and many of the rooms). It seemed that this was known but not communicated to customers upon check-in on a week of 90+ degree days. We ended up having to go to another hotel after one night. Half of our first night was comped, which was appreciated, but we would have never stayed if we were made aware of this issue at check-in.

Our overall stay was very nice. A couple things that kept me from rating it excellent were: No safe in the room, coffee service was stated to be 6:30am on the weekdays and twice when I went to get coffee, it was delayed or not set up, and the need to pay for daily parking in a make-shift parking lot to avoid parking on the street.

We booked 2 rooms when we got there they only had one, said they overbooked. We had to find another hotel. It was late at night when we got in. Our Uber dropped us off from the airport. The hotel looked nice and we were looking forward to a good night's sleep. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The only other hotel we could find at that time was several miles back toward the airport, which was going to be out of our way for an important meeting in the morning. We were both upset, my business partner more so, especially after she saw one of the staff members, laughing as our uber came to pick us up to bring us to a different hotel.
