Booked a room with a king size bed. Booked it month and half prior to our stay. Showed up and they had no king size bed rooms available. Only offered a room with 2 full size beds. No discount given. Charged same price. Blankets had cigarette burns in them. Room had roaches crawling around. Carpet had stains everywhere and the clear burn mark of an iron in the floor. My truck was vandalized in the parking lot overnight as well. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be staying there ever again myself.

I’m mainly disappointed because the amenities and services listed on Expedia for this property, which I was excited about and which made me choose this hotel, did not exist. It was falsely advertised that they would have: -full breakfast -a gym -a laundry room. None of these were available or offered. Honestly I would appreciate an at least partial reimbursement for these lacks and false advertisement. I hope their profile gets updated so that other people don’t get led on like I was.

We chose this hotel because they listed that they had a pool and breakfast. The pool did not have any water in it and we were told that it needed repairs but would be open on Saturday or Sunday. It was not open before we checked out on Sunday. Their idea of breakfast is a granola bar and either a cereal bar or bimbo ding dong. Photos are very old and rooms and lobby do not look like posted.

The pool was nice around it was awful as was everything else. Dirty, unsafe, only breakfast for 2 people not at the motel had to go to Denny's. Room dirty and many things needing repair. Ice machine broken as were many stairs.

The only thing that was adequate was the toilet, it appeared to be fairly new. Other than that, the place should be torn down and replaced! They didn\'t even try to mitigate the ice and snow accumulations in the parking lot. There\'s broken glass over the picture over the bed. The bed had a sheet and a thin bed spread, no blankets??? When I asked for a blanket they gave me an old comforter with holes and stains on it, that smelled like smoke??? There are fist holes in the bathroom door. The place is generally "Dirty"!!! No Kleenex tissues, there\'s duct tape holding the electrical cover plate together...? The drawer on the nightstand is broken...I could go on, but it wasn\'t comfortable in any way!!!

Room was so-so. It had some defects, pillows were flat, it had no on site break fast,but there was a voucher for breakfast at Denny's next door. Service was so so, we asked for room service, but I to get towels and supplies on our own. They had a pool, but some one locked a dog in the pool area, dog pooped in pool and it was closed until cleaned, that took 3 days.

This hotal is in super poor condition. Staff are decently welcoming but the rooms are awful. Nail polish stains on the carpets and walls, the wifi is half the time not working with slow internet. Barely any lighting equiped in the rooms. The area around the hotal is filled with so specious with people living there, smoking, and loud outsiders.

I called and asked for a first floor after making a reservation for 4 days for my handicapped mother who came for my graduation. I had reserved it on another platform. Everything was okay when we arrived. We went to my graduation, came back and my reservation had been canceled. All of our stuff was in trash bags. We had to pay another deposit to reserve a room. They insisted it was the fault of the platform, when it was clearly the fault of the front desk person. I had to carry our trash bags to our next room in my graduation gown. The breakfast was coffee and juice from a dispenser in the lobby. The pool wouldn't be readu until June. There was constant noise outside at night. I would avoid this property. If you can, book a hostel in downtown Denver. Cheaper, quieter, more comfortable beds.

The room was horrifying. I checked and left/checked out within 90 minutes. There was a clear roach infestation. There were at least 10 baby roaches in the bathroom. I decided to tough it out and laid on the bed. I was on the phone when a full grown roach crawled over the pillow right in front of my face. I packed my stuff, reported to the issue to the front office, gave my key card and left. I’d like a refund. It was the worst hotel experience ever and I didn’t even stay the night.

After the check in in room 120, we entered the room and the bedbugs were crawling on bed and the sheet was stained with blood😡We ran to the front desk and the receptionist said that it was their best room and they have NO MORE CLEAN rooms. Never even spent the night in the hotel as we were scared. Instead, we had to sleep at the Denver airport😡The motel is refusing to give the refund for the room. Horrible and scary place.

Tatted sheets,spread, and covers. Had a pre-used face towel sitting on the sink. They roaches in the room & bathroom, especially the bathroom! I was never given the wifi password. There were missing boarder trimming on the base-boards. Water seeps through the floor if you have the sink on. I was washing my hair when within 10 minutes of lathering shampoo, my feet became wet.

First off, it’s just as bad as the worst hotel that you could get in Vegas, it’s exactly like staying in the OYO. blankets had cigarette burns, bathroom floor was absolutely filthy, you can tell when they clean the rooms there is no scrubbing involved. The A/C worked, and that was about the only good thing in the room. Also breakfast “vouchers” for dennys are non existent, they had the excuse that since they remodeled they don’t do the vouchers, but you can tell there hasn’t been a remodel in the rooms for at least 10-15 years, so the free breakfast is a scam. they give you a “breakfast cake” in a brown paper bag. The beds are so old the springs feel like they are going to pop out, and traffic noises can be heard throughout the night. So I feel like 1/5 is a correct and honest rating. The manager I spoke to before hand about all the negative reviews reassured me that the rooms aren’t “terrible” as long as you’re not comparing it with the Marriott. Those are his exact words. He wouldn’t say that the rooms are good, even when I asked for his honest personal opinion on the rooms. Won’t be staying there again.

I went to this hotel for one night when it was -15 degrees below zero outside. The sheets and blankets are so thin. I cranked up the heater to 90 degrees farenheit but it still didn't make a difference - it was still quite cold inside. The TV didn't work and the secure latch on the door was broken. The room reeked of cigarettes and the carpet is so filthy, your socks will become black. They only provide juice and coffee in the lobby downstairs. The staff was nice.

The room was an absolute dump! Broken furniture, filthy carpet, no amenities (smoking room/no ashtray),not even a plastic cup to use when brushing teeth, tv cable hanging loose could easily have tripped over it, tv remote barely functional and the secondary lock on the door wouldn't lock! Not to mention the door itself had the weather strip hanging loose about six inches in and bent out in such a way that could easily have ripped trouser legs or cut bare feet! Very shabbily maintained facility!

The security chain on the door is broken. The kitchen cabinet doors are broken and missing handles. There is a broken lamp. The place is dirty and loud. The TV is not working. It is more comfortable than the county jail, but not by much. Sheets had burn holes. The place needs painted n rehabbing.

Was nearly horrible. The people n room 216 literally stayed up All night both nights stomping around making all kinds of noise. Couldn't get any sleep. Told front desk Sat morning nothing was done it was ALOT worse Saturday night didn't get any sleep and had a 10+ hour drive today. Told front desk again today and all was said was should of called down well phone didn't work n my room.. and also only had on light that worked had to use bathroom for lighting. Ac heating vent kept falling off thermostat didn't work either to hot or to damn cold in the room... Horrible stay this time just horrible

Well when we got there, our room was very dirty, carpet was pieces and not tacked down properly, sink had hair in it, counter was dirty, bath tun had cigarette burns everywhere on it, fire alarm was always making noise, and the other room we reserved for my wifes daughter and grandson had a nasty smelling fridge and a hair dryer that was broken, also our blankets on our bed also had cigarette burns on it, and both rooms were non-smoking rooms, our front door looked light it was busted open a few times since the outer and inner door panels were broke, would not ever go back and do not recommended this place to any one, also had told mananger that the fridge in the other room smelled bad so the took our fridge and swapped it with another one and didnt bother checking to see if we had anything in it, so the swapped the wrong fridge and we lost out drinks and food.

This place is NOTHING like in the photos or description! They must be at least 15 years old. The room was in rough shape and gross. The hotel felt very unsafe and they even have safety reminders on their key cars. The the extra metal flip bolt was missing in my room and the deadbolt didn't feel secure enough to hold if someone tried to get in. The only reason we stayed is that it was quite late and we were pulling a horse trailer, so finding a different hotel was not easy. I can't believe I paid close to $100 to stay in a room so disgusting!

Stayed 2 days, no microwave the first day. The plugs for lights were missing so only had one bulb, never got fixed. Did get microwave the second day. Breakfast was two cupcakes in a bag. looks like they were trying to update things but never finished. missing paint, exposed cords. three small pillows on a king size bed.

Upon arrival at ~3:30pm (check-in time = 3pm), we paid for the room and $50 security deposit. We got our room key and went to our room to find the window open ~6" and the frame was bent (unable to lock). The switch on one night stand lamp did not work half the time and the bathroom fan screamed like something was dying in it. We went to the office and asked for another room and were given another room, but were told we had to wait 20 minutes as it was still being cleaned. Upon entering the 2nd room, the smell of cleaning products was overpowering and neither night stand lamp had a cord. Also, we could not locate the bathroom fan. There also appeared to be a very large "reddish-brown" stain on the carpet. We went back to the office and they offered us the "Suite" and was given a key. When I went to check the "Suite", the key did not work at all. At this point we went back to the office and told them we could not stay there. They gave us a refund for the 2nd & 3rd nights reservation, but would not refund us the 1st nights stay. We also got a refund for the Security deposit($50). These refunds are pending at this time. We ended up staying at a Best Western(BW) a couple blocks away that was 10X nicer, cleaner and safer. Truckers at the BW even commented they don't stay that the Americas Best Value Inn as it is extremely unsafe. We DO NOT recommend the Americas Best Value Inn.

The $50 deposit was returned to Chase account, then clawed back by the hotel. This hotel is not dealing with me honestly. I do not recommend them at all. The Manager won’t return calls and hides in the back when I go by. Won’t stay here again if this is not resolved.

One of the seediest places I've ever stayed. The photos are very misleading compared to the actual place. The "clean" towels had dirt or dirt stains on them, along with hair. The shower was dirty. The ironing board had no lever or way to keep it up! There was also no iron in my room, so I had to borrow one. The in-room safe was closed, so unless you knew the code to open it, it could not be used. There was not enough soap provided each day. One of the toilet roll holders was broke. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. I very much made a mistake booking it. It looks like the kind of place where people live permanently or month to month.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, a literal hotel from hell. I do not recommend this to anyone. We arrived and it was in a dangerous sketchy area, felt very unsafe walking to check in, then walking to our room. Smelt bad, only one lamp out of all 5 in the room worked, there was wired stains everywhere and what seemed to be blood stains in the tub. The shower didn’t work. The room was very dirty. There were sketchy people hanging outside all night. Noisy, the TV did not work either. Very bad energy here like if we stayed in a room somebody was murdered or overdosed in. Went to check out and had to wait outside in the sketchy area for a long time because they lock the doors and the staff was sleeping. Very gross beds. Surprised this place isn’t shut down.

As far as value, it's always a good choice for us to get away for a few days on a regular basis and the location is important for us as it's close to work, lessening the commute. As far as the room is concerned, it's just average to poor; the rooms could be more cleanly. The bathroom in particular is critical; if housekeeping spent just a little more time, even an old bathroom can be clean & sanitary! The staff & the price are why we continue to return; staff is always always very welcoming & kind! We come back for this reason!! Check-in is quick & smooth, getting us into our room in no time! Does the aging hotel need some renovation? Yes, but the value/price is right! Thank you to the staff, we appreciate you very much!!

I stayed there one night. The website said free breakfast. They had an area for breakfast, but nothing was there. When I asked they gave me a marshmellow treat in a bag. NOT Breakfast. It was March and cold, and the bed had a sheet and a bedspread that was the same thickness as the sheet. It was a no smoking room, but I counted 10 cigarette burn holes in the bed cover. Not a place I would ever stay again.

Expedia needs to check its listing. I paid for a full breakfast then after I paid at the hotel, they told me they don’t do that anymore. It was advertised without breakfast for $19 less. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I mean really really badly. I had a bottle of air freshener in my car. Used the entire bottle and still smelled horrible. My lungs hurt in the morning. There were burn holes in the one very thin blanket. We got cold. Very noisy all night- could hear whole conversations of people above. Do NOT stay here. The pictures on Expedia are nothing like what is actually there, especially the room picture.
