Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results.

Best feature of this hotel is the location very near walking distance to the Sealdah railway station and also major thoroughfare bus lines and metro so easy access to other areas. This is an Indian mid-range (3 star) hotel so very affordable. There is some construction going on in 2026 but not during quiet hours so not disruptive. Rooms available are all newly renovated with brand new paint, furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. and a working elevator so no struggling with bags on stairs. Bedding was very new and clean and room & attached bath has lots of marble stone walls & flooring. Some instructions in the online info about check in sounds more alarming than real: there are staff on the check in desk all day long but not all with great English speaking skills or with access to the online system but they can get you checked in if you bring clear details. So: Bring clear confirmation booking # and screenshot/pic of booking to aide check in. Bring copy of pp with visa for swift check-in (all the hotels and institutions in West Bengal require this). Staff are helpful for finding taxi cars for going around, etc. Wifi works decently enough and room AC works great. Filtered drinking water is free on tap on the floor.
