The bed was absolutely too high for a 4ft 11 inch lady to climb into. Asked for a stepladder but never received one!

Overall a decent stay the breakfast buffet is no longer every day which sucks. I did order breakfast from the kitchen and was even more let down. The omelette I ordered looked terrible and the onions inside where so under cooked I didn't want to eat anymore. The room was clean and all the staff was helpful. The bar was missing a lot from the menu. I enjoy the stay just didn't enjoy the kitchen or bar
