The Bruns. Holiday House est. 1936

We loved the house and how relaxed and easy everything felt. Everything is in walking distance — great cafes, bakery, restaurants and the Bruns Hotel. Morning swims in the river were a highlight for our daughter with a disability. No traffic, no crowds, just a genuine village feel and a laid-back stay.

The location, comfort and layout of the house were excellent .The kitchen amenities were good with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The BBQ was in excellent condition and clean. The only draw back is that there is no dishwasher and the bedrooms needed (more) shelving and/or chester draws.

Our stay in Brunswick Heads over Christmas was fantastic.The house had everything you could want and more. It was in a great position and handy to beaches and shops.Would absolutely recommend this StayZ to all.

Everybody loved the house and the easy access to the beach through the coastal greenery. Thhe equipment supplied was excellent - plenty of plates, dishes, cutlery cups etc. The Nespresso coffee machine was excellent with a good supply of capsules. Excellent toaster - 4 slices at a time. The upstairs living was great - lots of light and interesting reading matter. As for improvements, perhaps some blinds upstairs to provide some privacy from the across the road at night. To sum up, it exceded my expectations. Very good value for money. Will be coming back sometime I hope.

Excellent accommodation, everything you need and just a short walk into town or the beach. Bedroom aircon was a godsend with hot humid conditions outside, and upstairs nice and airy. Property owner very helpful and left us an unexpected and very welcome gift. Nice touch. Highly recommend.
