Motel 6-Brunswick, GA

The surrounding grassy area was full of old dog poop. The bathroom handle was broken and kept falling off.

Absolutely disgusting. Stains and cigarette burns on the sheets, live German cockroaches, the bathtub and shower curtain were the nastiest things. This hotel should be condemned.

Infested with roaches

When I arrived to check in at 3:15 a person was sitting at the desk. It was dressed very unprofessional, no or rotten teeth, hair was pulled back in a pony tail and and was in Disarray. It told me II was early and could not check in until 4 pm. We left and I rode around the property. There was people hanging out in the parking , there was grills outside the rooms. It was obvious there was people living there long term. When we returned at 4 there was female sitting on the porch of the office in skimpy clothing. As we went in there was the previous person that was there earlier and another person cameout from the back. I told him I wanted to cancel. He said I would have to contact the third party I booked ot through. I called Motel 6 corporate office and talked to a lady in the complaint department and told her about the motel and I wanted to cancel the reservation. She said I will transfer you. When I got transferred they said they couldnt cancel it because I booked through a 3rd party. I went on the 3rd party site and never was able to cancel it. The guy in the office t motel 6 went in the computer and canceled it but told me I still needed to cancel it through the 2rd party. I was never able to cancel it through the 3rd party.
