The owner at the front desk was super nice! We booked the property due to misunderstanding that there were a hot tub and pool but there wasn't. It wasnt a huge deal. We booked a king bed room but were given a 2 queen bed room. We were quite disappointed with that but in the end decided to make it work. The biggest issue we had was with the lighting and electrical in the room. The room was super dim and only one of the lamps worked. The vanity light worked for 10 minutes at a time before it cut off on its own. It was impossible to do any kind of primping in this room. The only plug ins that worked was beside the vanity and one behind the bed table which was a pain to move. The place definitely needs a face lift but we made it work. There were a lot of people just kind of wandering around the place and my husband even got asked to pay for special services, if you know what i mean. We carry so that stuff doesnt bother us but it might others.

The young man who was the Desk Clerk apologized for the False indication on the Hotel.com website. They don't provide Any Continental Breakfast. They don't have a working Ice Machine. I reserved a King Bed room but requested first floor as there is no elevator and I have a bad back that makes steps difficult.. I was given a double bed room that was so poorly painted it was gray with white paint showing in several walls. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom nor a rod to hold a roll on the paper wall mount. The desk clerk did provide both for me when I returned from dinner. I have never had any issues with Hotel.com units until this place that even the exterior needs n upgrade painting.

The nastiest place you could ever imagine. We wouldn't let our feet touch the nasty floor. Check in time was 3pm, we got there 5:45pm. They started cleaning the room then and our room wasn't ready until 7:45pm. But you couldn't smell any cleaners or anything fresh smelling right after they were done. Everyone was commenting about the nasty rooms. We only stayed there because we evacuated for hurricane Milton and couldn't find another room.

Dirty bathroom and microwave. Went and asked the front desk for them to clean it because the microwave smelled urine and the man said someone will go then. We returned a hour later and it wasn’t done and he couldn’t get us a new microwave or let us use a different microwave. Checked out the next day and the lady who checked us out said she could’ve got it cleaned or gave us a new one. We ended up having to go to the gas station to warm up our food during the stay. Also they don’t have breakfast they have a very small and dirty coffee station

This property did not look like the pictures at all. It was absolutely filthy. We had to ask several times for towels. Water shot out of the wall when we tried to use shower. Not around the faucet, out of the wall. Floor under tub was rotted so tub wobbled when standing in it. Would not even consider sitting down. Walked to bathroom at night and had completely black feet in the morning. One the plus side, we saw no bugs.

The bathroom door had been kicked in several times and the holes are still there. Dirty room and no working TV. Dirty mini refrigerator. Breakfast isn’t served until 8:30 AM so we had to buy breakfast on our own dime even though it was supposed to be included. Please consider refunding our money as this was the worse hotel stay ever!

I was completely astonished at how bad things at this place are. The bedspreads and blankets you see in those photos....they don't exist. You get sheets only. You also don't get any toilet paper or any towels and washcloths. And then let's talk about how disgustingly dirty my room was. Layers of dirt were on the baseboards and behind the bed, and the floors were sticky. The refrigerator and the microwave were coated in goop. There are also long-term patrons living in the units who sit outside with grills and radios and blast music until 3am. I won't EVER book with this company again.

It worked for what I needed but the room was not clean. There is mold growing in bathroom and under the beds. The door looked like someone tried to break in, and the sheets and blankets had stains all over them. I will not be staying again unless I'm desperate.

I wish I could post pictures. -Window curtain was broken (falling off the rail and did not close) -Food and trash all over the exterior. I had to step over half eaten bowls of food on the stairs to the room. -Screaming and shouting evening and morning -Shower had no shower curtain -Blood on the wall of the shower -No soap or shampoo -Holes in the walls and bathroom door

Property is okay for a bed, bathroom and shelter for night. Noisy neighbors and can hear tv’s from other rooms early in the morning. If you want an inexpensive hotel on the highway it fits the budget but maybe spend a bit more for a more quiet place to sleep with my service dog. Property and service was okay.

The location is great, right off the freeway. You can tell they are trying to upgrade rooms. Some new furnishings. We have stayed here twice. Once on the way to a vacation spot up north, and once on the way back south. Both times there was no soap in the room. Only one set of towels, even though they knew it was two adults. Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and a cooktop but no dishes, cups, or cooking utensils. No paper cups in the bathroom. On our return stop, I had reserved a king bedroom, and they told me it was not available. I told them two queen beds would be fine. The room had stickers all over the refrigerator as if a child had lived in the room. My bed sheets had holes in them and were incredibly wrinkled. I realize this is a budget property, sort of an extended stay hotel, but things are just not up to par.

The property was listed on here as having continental breakfast included. There was no where to eat, and honestly based on the cleanliness I wouldn’t have eaten there anyways. The entire floor of my room felt like oil was spilled all over it, the toilet didn’t flush, the fire detector was pulled off the wall with no batteries in it. When I was checking in, there was one woman checking me in. While she was kind to me, she was too occupied talking to the teenagers. For such a small space there shouldn’t have been so many people who were not actively working.

This extended stay hotel is not offering many of the normal hotel items. There was no soap or toilet paper in the unit when we arrived. We were given a room at the back with the lawn in between parking and the unit. The remote in the room did not work and another one was matched with the TV. They have Comcast providing the service with a guide. A breakfast was listed but now not offered and no coffee was available before we left at 8 AM. Office was to open at 8:30 AM.

Room was very dark. It turned out that it was missing 2 light bulbs in a lamp and 1 in the restroom. After asking the receptionist for the light bulbs, they came to deliver them and we realized the lamp was missing the outlet prongs; therefore, it didn’t work. Property is okay for a bed, bathroom and shelter for night. Noisy neighbors and can hear tv’s from other rooms early in the morning. If you want an inexpensive hotel on the highway it fits the budget but maybe spend a bit more for a more quiet place to sleep with my service dog. Property and service was okay.

The location is great, right off the freeway. You can tell they are trying to upgrade rooms. Some new furnishings. We have stayed here twice. Once on the way to a vacation spot up north, and once on the way back south. Both times there was no soap in the room. Only one set of towels, even though they knew it was two adults. Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and a cooktop but no dishes, cups, or cooking utensils. No paper cups in the bathroom. On our return stop, I had reserved a king bedroom, and they told me it was not available. I told them two queen beds would be fine. The room had stickers all over the refrigerator as if a child had lived in the room. My bed sheets had holes in them and were incredibly wrinkled. I realize this is a budget property, sort of an extended stay hotel, but things are just not up to par.

The owner at the front desk was super nice! We booked the property due to misunderstanding that there were a hot tub and pool but there wasn't. It wasnt a huge deal. We booked a king bed room but were given a 2 queen bed room. We were quite disappointed with that but in the end decided to make it work. The biggest issue we had was with the lighting and electrical in the room. The room was super dim and only one of the lamps worked. The vanity light worked for 10 minutes at a time before it cut off on its own. It was impossible to do any kind of primping in this room. The only plug ins that worked was beside the vanity and one behind the bed table which was a pain to move. The place definitely needs a face lift but we made it work. There were a lot of people just kind of wandering around the place and my husband even got asked to pay for special services, if you know what i mean. We carry so that stuff doesnt bother us but it might others.

DO NOT STAY HERE. TURN AROUND. I stayed in room 105, lower level. There were no towels or towel bars, toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was a used soap wrapper on the sink, the tv didn’t work and the a/c, while cold, sounded like a jet engine, which was occasional good because there was so much noise outside my room - ALL NIGHT LONG. Who knows what was going on! My card keys didn’t work, and the night manager, Zack, had to use the master key to let me back in. That was when I noticed the condition of the lock, which looked like it had been broken and the door was seriously compromised by the door lock. I definitely didn’t feel safe. The exterior had dirty towels and puddles - generally filthy. There were people loitering all about the property and if I hadn’t driven for hours evacuating from hurricane Milton in Florida, I would have left and taken my chance sleeping in my car at a rest area. I had also already paid $200 (!!!!) through Expedia. This property should not be an option on Expedia! It’s clearly a long-term housing option, given the number of children trying to make the school bus in the morning.

The tenants that were on the property obviously lived here long term. There were car parts and small engine parts everywhere and children's toys all over. There's no issue with kids playing with their toys. It's the disarray that all of the toys and bikes were in. Everything is just run down. The room we were in had open power outlets without faceplates. The bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves in it while another person tried to kick it in. I never complain. Im just needing to lay my head down and go to work when out in the field. But this one really was bad. They did get me with those images online. Fell for it, hook, line and sinker.

This Econo Lodge looks a lot better in the photo than in person. It is a facility being remodeled and lacking items like breakfast, cups in the room, hangers, etc. Compared with the Econo Lodge Exit 29 in Brunswick, it's like A Tale of Two Cities. I spent the night and left at 3 AM, I had to leave the room keys at a night window because there was no one there. Maybe, someday, it will be a nice place. As of now, it is a dump. The only thing nice I can say about it is that the young man at the reception desk was pleasant.

This extended stay hotel is not offering many of the normal hotel items. There was no soap or toilet paper in the unit when we arrived. We were given a room at the back with the lawn in between parking and the unit. The remote in the room did not work and another one was matched with the TV. They have Comcast providing the service with a guide. A breakfast was listed but now not offered and no coffee was available before we left at 8 AM. Office was to open at 8:30 AM.

Dirty bathroom and microwave. Went and asked the front desk for them to clean it because the microwave smelled urine and the man said someone will go then. We returned a hour later and it wasn’t done and he couldn’t get us a new microwave or let us use a different microwave. Checked out the next day and the lady who checked us out said she could’ve got it cleaned or gave us a new one. We ended up having to go to the gas station to warm up our food during the stay. The young man who was the Desk Clerk apologized for the False indication on the Hotel.com website. They don't provide Any Continental Breakfast. They don't have a working Ice Machine. I reserved a King Bed room but requested first floor as there is no elevator and I have a bad back that makes steps difficult.. I was given a double bed room that was so poorly painted it was gray with white paint showing in several walls. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom nor a rod to hold a roll on the paper wall mount. The desk clerk did provide both for me when I returned from dinner. I have never had any issues with Hotel.com units until this place that even the exterior needs n upgrade painting.

Had difficulty checking in which was okay lady said she was new so I was patient. Opened door to room and full size fridge was sitting in doorway, asked about this and lady pushed it against wall. Floors and linens dirty, bought a broom to clean floors and requested linen that appeared to be washed. Breakfast not offered as advertised. Only good thing was bed linens appeared to be clean.

The entire floor of my room felt like oil was spilled all over it, the toilet didn’t flush, the fire detector was pulled off the wall with no batteries in it. When I was checking in, there was one woman checking me in. While she was kind to me, she was too occupied talking to the teenagers. For such a small space there shouldn’t have been so many people who were not actively working.
