I reported my concerns on my Hilton survey. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool but it was closed for resurfacing. I thought breakfast was included but it was not. I may have assumed when I should not have assumed. The carpeting in the 3rd floor hallway needs to be re-stretched or replaced. Many wrinkles that could be a tripping hazard. The outside appearance and landscaping was wonderful.

The Hiltons need to pay and hire staff to work a very busy hotel. It’s the worst Hilton ever ever stayed at. It was dirty and only 1 elevator worked. It needs a paint job you can just see no one has swept or mopped. PAY PEOPLE A LIVING WAGE!!

Several places to eat within walking distance. I preferred the made to order breakfast I had during my previous stay compared to the buffet style during this stay. It seems like only one of the elevators was running during the 3 night stay and it made for some long wait times.

The breakfast in the morning was very good the first day, but not so much the second. The fruit seemed stale the second day. We also got in around 8:30PM from all day meetings and were looking for a nightcap. The bar only stayed open until 9PM and there were still 5 of us there and two more guests came by hoping for a drink when they closed. I'd understand if the bar closed due to lack of people, but it would have been nice if they kept it open longer.

The stay was great. This trip was a vaction stay and we are glad to have chosen this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. They have everything that you may need i.e mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dyer and also laundry area. One thing to be made aware of is the pool facility. They advertise an indoor pool which is true but it is not temperature control and the pool area is cooler than the hotel area making the water very cold, not really usable during the winter months. However it is a really great place to stay.

I spent a week here while visiting family in the area. Any time we called the front desk they were very responsive, and the pool was very clean and well heated. Towels were kept replenished in the pool area each day.

The property is well kept. The rooms are somewhat dark. The floor in my bathroom had not been cleaned. There were black footprints all over. Mold was also visible. A little update would be nice. Front desk is good. Nice ladies. As I checked in they were assisting ladies get an Uber because they came to the wrong hotel after drinking too much.

The room was old. There was a large water stain on the floor. The door to the bathroom wouldn't shut. The sheets were scratchy and there were hairs on the towels. I was charged a $25 incidental fee not a hold a fee. This didn't seem like a regular Hilton because of the fees, cost for breakfast and poor upkeep.

Just so-so. My shower had hair in it and a couple of towels looked dirty. The toilet ran intermittently all night and the hallway was noisy with carts being pushed around. The bed was comfy enough and the breakfast service was nice.

Another great stay, as usual. Superior staff, comfort of room and quiet/safe. My only note this time would be the strength and consistency of the wi-fi in the room. I had a very important Zoom online meeting that I conducted from my room, and unfortunately the internet went out twice during this call. I am hoping it won't be detrimental to the business being conducted, but my suggestion is simply to make sure that signal is strong in each room in the hotel. People have important business they may be doing and are counting on it.

This hotel is quite dated. Carpet in the halls and rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 1980's. Same with the furniture. Staff was ok, and bed was nice. Still, I would likely not stay there again.

My favorite place to stay. They have great customer service. Everyone on the staff is genuinely so nice. Stephen does not play about his guest. He makes sure that you are taking care of and accommodated if there is ever an issue. Also the breakfast is so good.

It would have been fine if the RUDE housekeeping woman had not knocked on my door at 9:10am in the morning! Then, when I exclaimed to her that checkout wasn\'t until noon, she RUDELY told me to "hang the sign on my door!". Unacceptable.

When I approached the customer service desk the male agent made a sarcastic remark then walked off. There was also a female agent that was there she was the one who checked me in. The hotel itself was very quiet and clean, which will always be my reason for choosing. The hotel is also very much outdated. The furniture in my room had holes and the bedding was worn down. Also the tv didn't work, it kept saying no signal so I just turned it off. Nevertheless I got a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean and that's exactly what I look for. This hotel has no business being $100 a night, it's not worth that much. The location was good and I felt safe.

Great for one night on the road. The service was good with easy check in and comfy bed. However breakfast was a charge, and offered the same quick foods (frozen and microwaved by staff) you get for free at similar hotels. And those items were scarce and not refilled. One price for cold items ($8ish) and higher cost ($15ish) to include warm items. The coffee was even out several times I went by. We opted to go across the street to a local restaurant and had a lovely breakfast to order there.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was $13 daily and I declined . Wish it was continental breakfast so I decided to go to a restaurant across the street which was delicious. Staff is friendly and courteous.

The place was very clean. Our room was immaculate. The staff was so friendly. The woman at the front desk Friday night July 26 was so kind and helpful. Asking us about our night and so personable made us feel like she's known us for years. Great hotel and staff. I will definitely book here again. Only thing I can suggest is to make it more clear about breakfast on the website. It made it seem like Continental breakfast was included
