I loved my stay at this extended stay hotel. The staff were amazing, all of them, the front desk staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff. They were friendly, went the extra mile, prepared a free dinner every Wednesday evening, and added Bingo for fun. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and definitely felt more at home here than at any other location I've visited. Special shout out to Trish, the front desk manager, and Cheri, one of the reception desk staff. Very happy that I chose this hotel for my nearly 7 week stay.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the hallways had a strong smell of marijuana, which already gave a very bad first impression. When we entered the room, everything looked very worn out and outdated. The fans and ceilings were covered in dust, showing a clear lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. To make matters worse, I was charged twice. I have been trying for a week to get a refund and still haven’t received any resolution or effective response, which is completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Poor cleanliness, bad conditions, and even worse customer service.
