Castillo Real St. Augustine Beach,Tapestry Collection Hilton

The room was spacious. The pillows weren’t our favorite. The view wasn’t that intriguing but the worst part is spending over $200 for the room and being woken up by racket. Must have been the laundry room? Continuous noise followed by a bang occasionally. It was so annoying this am.

The rooms are new and the decor is really nice! The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were really firm and not that comfy. The pool was great, but the hot tub jets would not work and the hot tub was not heated when we tried to use it.

Plastic cups in the rooms, washer and dryer were terrible and no lunch service.

This was a quick one night stay. The hotel has a beautiful Spanish look to it. Check in very easy. Our room was spacious with a couch. I had an ice long sleep. Very quiet during the night.

I would not recommend it to anyone. We sweat in our room due to the air conditioning not working properly. We requested our room to be serviced 4 times in two days with nobody ever coming. We had dirty beds, dirty towels, trash overflowing the whole stay. They did not keep beach towels stocked so we had to use our room towels that were already dirty. The spa did not work. Absolutely poor service.
