Most rooms are in another separate building a good 2 blocks away from the pool and the gym and breakfast bar. The elevators are sketchy and screech and jerk while you are on them so stairways are great unless your handicapped.

I traveled to take a Motorcycle class at Harley Davidson in Ormond Beach. Upon arrival in Friday, I took a 2 hour portion of my motorcycle class and was extremely tired from working a full shift prior to travel. There was a concert taking place on the same property which caused the inability to park for the most part. At the same time, while checking in I was notified that my room was across the about a good ways to walk, elevator was not working, and the door would not open because the battery was dead.. horrible situation due to the front desk clerk stating she could not help us unless we walk all the way back down stairs and across a parking lot which was a long way from the area where my room was located. As well as, I took the keys back to be rekeyed due to the front desk clerk thinking the key was not working was because the keys were not synchronizing with the machinery they use at the desk to assign rooms. I was simply annoyed because I could not get in my room for about 1 hour as it was after normal check in time. Unfortunately, that was not the only inconvenience!! The next day after a battery was install in the door unit in order for the room key to work, after my motorcycle class the following day expecting the extreme heat all day, the key would not work again. This was the most horrible inconvenience I have experienced utilizing Expedia for the Last 6 years.

No table or desk in room. Pool for guests closes at 8pm but Condo owners can stay later....not a good policy. Hot water runs out....can't draw a full tub of water....shower didn't run long before hot water ran out.

Totally unexpected the quality of the place! I always thought it was a standard interstate motel, but it definitely is not! The room was nice, I couldn’t hear the highway noise at all and for once didn’t have to listen to someone else’s plumbing! It also had a pub included and was in walking distance of two other restaurants.

Easy and nice check in! Hotel is a little dated but was clean and room was big for the cost! Truck parking was located behind hotel and it was just convenient to stay there! Harley Davidson wonderland!

Our room at this hotel worked for us. It was a clean standard king room. It's a little weird that the hotel is spread out inultiple buildings. Don't get your luggage out at check-in because you may not be in that building. The hot breakfast buffet is served in the main building and the attendants are wonderfully engaging people.

The kitchen counter was dirty. Both telephones in room did not work. Front staff said they would be replaced next day but werrent. No shampoo, soap or extra toilet paper was in bathroom.

The hotel and rooms were filthy and outdated. One of our rooms smelled heavily like weed. The amount of dirt and hair in the rooms is indescribable. We ended up going to a Hilton nearby and asked for a refund.

I paid over $400 a night to stay at this property for Daytona bike week. When I first arrive at a room, I always check to make sure that the sheets are in fact clean. The sheets were not clean at all. There was hair all in between them and everywhere. It looks like a mixture of dog hair and human hair. There was hair on the lamp shades, and there was also hair all over the floor, which clearly meant that the floor hadn’t even been vacuumed. this place was not clean at all. I asked for them to provide me with clean linen, but the front desk worker said that he was waiting on security to come and at that point I have been waiting for over two hours. He offered to move me to another room so I did. The next room smell like cigarette smoke and it was not as clean either but was better than the last one. I am not sure who is in charge of cleaning these rooms but they are doing a horrible job. To have paid over $400 a night for a room, their room should have been immaculate, but it was not anywhere close to it.

Not very clean. Found a blood stain on our sheets right before we got into bed. Had to switch rooms late at night. They did at least get us a new room relatively close by but didn’t offer any other compensation for the bad experience or inconvenience.

Was told had adjoining rooms and extra room all on 1st floor. When arrived was 2nd floor. When went to rooms, not adjoining. Finally got 2 rooms adjoining on 1st floor. Had no idea there was live music right outside room each night. No garbage pail in bathroom of 1 room. No phone either. Hairs in tub of one room. 2nd night a roach crawling on bathroom floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the hotel is, Parts of the hotel had a moldy smell. I noticed it walking to my room (upon check-in). The next morning, I noticed the smell in my bathroom. Other than that, my stay was fine. The hotel is also dog-friendly.

Being we were staying on the third floor, and the elevator was out of order. That was fun. Our building shared a parking lot of a Harley Davidson dealer. That’s fine. I ride myself, but Sunday morning we woke up to the noise of tents being assembled for a swap meet. The first night we stayed was OK. That was a Saturday night, it must’ve been a slow night for Over the road, truckers. Sunday came along and I quickly realized my bedroom bordered the Loves truck stop. All I heard every night all night was OTR trucks. Running engines. Air brakes being released and set. Back up alarms. Air horns.

Room was located in a separate building across the parking lot. The room itself consisted of a bed, fridge and washroom. No area to sit or even a chair in the room as it was very small. You have to walk across the parking lot to the main building to attend breakfast. A very popular spot for bikers to hang out at the bar attached to the hotel.

My reservation for a 4 night stay was lost upon arrival and I was stuck with nowhere to stay and the staff here could care less. I made my reservation two months prior and even had confirmation from Expedia but the hotel couldn’t find it. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Expedia to find another hotel. A huge keep rally was taking place here and finding a hotel was very difficult but Expedia took very good care of me

Everything! The staff that we had any contact with were different staff at front desk who were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us information on the places we wanted to see. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was also very friendly and enjoyed our talk with her. Would stay here again. Karen

Front desk was very rude when we first arrived. Did not realize it was a biker place. The music was very loud the first night. The stage was probably 120 ft from our patio door. One thing our room was clean.

Let me say Ms. Lynns in the breakfast lounge hospitality saved my trip. She was kind, she spoke, helped us make 4th july plans, and made sure we ate goood every morning. Even helped us make plates. She was amazing & very attentive! This hotel knew i was checking in late & canceled my room & Then dbl charged me. Told me they had no rooms but found a standard dbl bed even though i paid for a dbl bed suite then she gave me a a king suite whose only bathroom is in the bedroom so kids woke us up going in & out plus it only gets 3towels even if we have 4 people. There are no mattress protectors, rooms are outdated, & furniture stained. There are no high chairs for toddlers & everything is in the main building across the parking lot so youll have to drive. Staff do not speak nor are they friendly. Breakfast is good, no bugs, great bathroom, clean & spacious, nice shop area but mostly empty. Just nothing special.

Everything at Destination Daytona was wonderful. The Clarion staff were amazing and helpful. Room was clean and right next to the venue for our concert. Highly recommend to go to a concert and stay. Great restaurants too!

The best part of staying here was the complimentary breakfast. While other hotels are cutting back, especially since Covid, this location had a great hot breakfast with a friendly staff.

The staff were very courteous. Some items in the Breakfast are not available after 8:30am on the weekends though it is included in the price. Room cleaning has to be requested but when we asked for it they said it would get done but when we returned later that night the room was as we left it. When we asked the reception they apologized, blamed someone else and just gave replacements towels.

Very nice hotel. Not fancy but clean and the bed and pillows were great! The staff are super nice and the continental breakfast was a full breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles The price is reasonable, as well. We would definitely stay there again
