Very friendly staff, the hotel was very nice and the amenities were all very useful.

Very noisy with dogs barking for hours and nothing seemed to be done about it. My keys stopped working my second day and staff was rude when I had to go back downstairs to have her make new keys. The floors were torn up and the hallways had a weird chemical smell. I've stayed here twice now but next time I'll find somewhere else.

The orange juice machine was broke the entire time I stayed there for 4 days and they charge double more than Walmart or gas station for bottle juice and water and food. There is only one microwave which is in the lobby and none in the rooms and this is the last time I stayed in spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs
