Bathrooms were not in good condition, and the beds were also uncomfortable. There was a foul smell coming from the water in the washroom, and we were not able to use the water properly. Staff is good But Please do not mislead customers with images next time. Thanks, Pratyush

Average. Wouldn’t stay there for long days 1-2 days is enough

Its ok for stay for business purpose.

We arrived at the hotel at 11pm after coming in on an internal flight where I had booked a Luxury suite with 2 king size beds for my family of 4 to stay for the night before our early morning flight home. We were shown to our room which wasn’t a suite and only had 1 bed. I pointed this out and a few minutes later someone turned up with a very thin mattress/floor mat and a sheet. It was late and we wanted to get the children off to sleep so the 2 children and 1 adult slept in the bed and the other in the floor. Terrible uncomfortable few hours sleep and we we left as soon as we could. The room was noisy and they didn’t even bother to put toilet roll in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal having children. Other than the nice member of staff who booked us a taxi at 5am this place was a total disaster. I’d avoid and book somewhere who will actually give you the room you have booked!

Bed is comfy. The staff is helpful. Room and washroom are okay. For the price, the lodge could have provided water bottles for free.
