My family and I were really looking forward to using the heated pool and hot tub. No heat for pool and hot tub was completely down. I really would have liked to be given a heads up before we got there so we could have made other plans for hot tubbing!

$20 a night for parking was steep. There was a free Wifi option, but they try to scare/steer you to paying and/or registering for some rewards program. So, those two things soured my experience upon check-in. The rest of the stay was good though.

Comfy big room and It’s clean room. I usually gross out in some hotel because it has funky smell and gross carpet and bed. But Hampton Inn and Suites is one of our favorite hotel. They have friendly staff. Breakfast included is a plus we don’t need to go out and eat somewhere. The down part is you have to pay for parking spot and they didn’t tell us when we book it. The Pool and Hot tub is closed due to renovation. Everything is excellent.

We had to pay $20 to park across the street in another hotel's parking because their parking lot on site was extremely small. THat parking lot might work early morning after people check out, but don't expect anytime parking if you come at night time. You can tell by the parking lot size it cannot accommodate all of the hotel guest rooms. It was VERY SMALL. I have no issue with that parking across the street, the issue is that there were no pedestrian walk way and we literally have to Jay-walk over each time. The hotel is on a curve on the road so at night it was dangerous. I'm 7 months pregnant and had to walk across the street in the middle of the night because we checked it late. We felt deceived because on the website it only stated the additional parking lot was "500 ft" away. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room. We found a sports bra hanging behind the bathroom door. We didn't say anything because we were tired and it was close to midnight. We also had a 2 year old toddler. We just wanted to sleep through the night and check out early morning. Definitely will not stay here again.

The hot tub and pool were not clean. I booked this place for its location and the fact that it offered breakfast included. We did not get hot breakfast, instead got an apple, muffin and granola bar. The Elevator was out of service, I had surgery on my leg a few months ago and was not happy to hear of this while checking in. Coffee maker in the room was broken. It was a lot of money out of pocket in CAD for us for what we got. I can appreciate it was under construction but more detailed notice ahead would have allowed me to book somewhere more accommodating for my limited abilities.

When we checked in we noticed it was a complete construction zone. Every single floor was a mess. We checked into our room and noticed that the bathtub was black. I called the front desk and they came to clean it. We were offered another room, but had already unpacked. The next morning the shower backed up. The hot tub was filthy, no towels, luke warm and broken. I did call before making reservations and specifically asked if they had a hot tub, and the answer was yes. The pool was disgusting. The ice machine did not work on our floor and the breakfast area was closed. We were offered a bag breakfast with an apple, granola bar, muffin and water. The only good part about this experience was Robert at the front desk. He gave us towels, some snacks (since there was not a restaurant nearby), cleaned our tub (along with a very nice maintenance man) and offered us a new room. Do not go to this hotel!!!! It was horrible! However, Hampton Inn should give Robert a huge raise for trying to make our experience better. They sure didn't give him much to work with!

The breakfast was nice: waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, juice etc. Didn't love that we had to pay $20/day (but I supposed typical for CA), or that when we got home at 11pm one night, we had to park across the street because their lot was full. We were there 3 nights and the maids never came. So on day 3 I called and asked someone to please come take our garbages out, all of which were overflowing, and I asked for more toilet paper since we were nearly out. The pool was cold and the hottub was broken, so that was a disappointment for our kids. the treadmill was also broken. but we loved using their peloton bike (works if you have a peloton account).

This was a great stay for the price! The hotel was under construction during my stay so I think it is on its way to being better. The carpet in my room was really dirty and after a few steps barefoot, the bottom of my foot was black. Also there was what seemed like no ventilation in the bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved but staff were super super friendly and I would return with slippers.

I would like to request a refund of at least one night. The bathroom had black mold, the pool and jacuzzi were closed. I understand it was under construction but the bathroom has no fan, the toilet runs and runs, the shower takes 10 minutes to get hot water. I had a room with a balcony but no table or chairs. Due to the black mold in the bathroom I believe that I am due a refund of at least one night stay. Thank you.

Room was not very clean at all. Walls, ceiling and bathroom door looked like it was painted by a two-year-old. Shameful I don’t know what kind of an adult that is such a crappy job. I don’t know if anybody checked the work of that employee or not but if they did, I don’t know who I should be more embarrassed for the person that painted it or the person that checked thei work and thought it was OK. Also, my boyfriend found a hair in his breakfast. Another thing I thought was crazy is the deposit is $200 per night. It’s more than the room itself. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Nice room..BUT big BUT!!..the hot water took forever to warm up FOREVER!!..the TV furniture made an annoying noise when you walk by it or in the living room.. couch in the living room amazingly uncomfortable.. the pillows NOT comfortable at all.. and last forget connection to TV no hdmi connection all you can watch is terrible basic cable channels and yes the channels freeze.. other than that.. guess the free continental breakfast was not bad..oh yeah you'll find better lively welcoming hallways at the ER or your local hospital..

We had to be downgraded from the one bedroom suite because the heat/air wasn’t working. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience which was nice. The rooms between floors is noisy - we could hear every footstep above our heads. Then the Nextdoor business starts running equipment right outside our window at 5 am The hotel is being renovated but the renovated rooms are just lipstick - they need a real overhaul as the hotel is old now. The breakfast staff and night staff are awesome though!

Manager William did a terrible job at customer service. There was confusion between expedia and this hotel about my reservation. I paid for 3 nights and they showed only 2. I had to call expedia twice to remedy the situation which should have been the hotels job. Then your front desk staff hang up on expedia and then leave us on hold 40 minutes. I had to walk to front desk and ask William to pick up the phone while another employee was just standing there. I was given the wrong room. And then still checked out after 2 nights. My husband showed up 3rd day and asked for a new key to room. No one asked for his nsme or id. Good he wasn't there to kill me as no security check done. Just handed him a room key. No one apologized for any of this inconvenience. I will never stay at this terrible place again

I got admitted into the wrong room and someone else tried coming in my room while there. The attendant gave me the wrong number and I had to keep going back to the office to get a new key and a new room. It was terriblr

Our stay was overall very great. The dayshift staff was very sweet, helpful and answered all my questions. No issues with parking, room was very clean and spacious, good channels for kids and adults. The only slight issue I had was the mattress is a bit stiff. Building is old but they are doing great with renovation and cleaning staff

I booked this site on expedia...2 rooms. When i got there, they only had one. They overbooked and there was zero available rooms anywhere nearby. I believe Expedia and Hampton Inn BOTH dropped the ball on this business travel day.

We reserved 2 nights on Sat and Sun with 2 queen beds and sofa beds, when we arrived, they tried to cancel my reservation because of over book, finally they found a room with one king bed and sofa beds. I also booked one night after we came back from Las Vegas, before I checked out, they 100% confirmed we will get a two queen beds and sofa bedroom when we came back on Tuesday. When we check in on Tue, the front desk checks us in confirmed we get the two queen beds and a sofa bed. When we open the door, we are all stunned, the room does not clean at all, pillows everywhere, bedding not ready. I went to the front desk, the lady said housekeeper confirmed the room was cleaned and said no one can reclean the room again or other room available, we can take it or cancel the reservation. Horrible experience will never stay in any Hilton's brands again.

A very clean and comfortable place surrounded by other nice hotels. The room itself was big, clean and nice. The included breakfast was very good. Just be mindful, they charge $20 extra for parking that is not so evident when booking through Hotels.com, especially since the Hotels.com website said all taxes and fees are included. Hence I gave this a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star.

No hot water but the desk tried to help. Breakfast was not early enough for those of us who were there for early events. There wasn't any coffee at 5:30 or as in bigger hotels they have it ready for you in case you have a 6 o'clock meeting at 7 o'clock meeting or an 8 o'clock softball game.
