Ett enkelt men välplanerat hotell som just är till för att sova i. Där finns bestick, glas, micro och kaffemaskin samt ett kylskåp för egen mat. I mitt rum hörde man restaurangens musik på kvällen men det störde inte mig. Lätt att ta sig till kollektivtrafiken och promenera om man hellre vill det.

I often stay at the CityBox brand, this was my first time at the Stockholm location. Very well located, directly across the street from Slussen metro station, which is one or two stops from T-centralen, the main train station where the airport train also arrives. Walking distance to Gamla Stan, Mariatorget atea and the ferry stop to Skansen. This CityBox location mostly has rooms without windows, which when I was initially booking, I didn’t think would be a big deal to me. In reality, the room was pitch black when all the lights were off, and it was quite disorienting when waking up. It would have been nice to have either a television in the room to have some sort of daylight visual or a dim “night” light at floor level would also be helpful. The room was very clean, generally comfortable and well sized, and although the twin beds were comfortable, they were extremely narrow (especially by North American standards). We stayed five nights but didn’t get any housekeeping. Not sure if there was an option beyond getting fresh towels from reception. Excellent bathroom, great shower water pressure. Rooftop restaurant and bar/cafe were lovely to visit. I would happily stay here again, though I would reconsider the windowless room next time.

No coffee maker in room and coffee in lobby is not free. Great location but tricky to find due to construction (not any instructions/directions is emails regarding navigating tunnels and bypasses, much less how to navigate elevators or room light systems).

Sköna sängar, perfekt läge, tyst och lugnt. Enkelt och effektivt med incheckningsmaskinen. Älskade att det fanns tvättstuga och foajén var mysig. Någon typ av yoghurt och fralla i snacksmaskinen hade varit trevligt.

メトロ駅の近くで移動に便利。部屋にはテレビや窓がないなど制限はあるものの、シャワースペースは大きく快適、共用スペースに冷蔵庫や電子レンジがあるので、スーパーで買い物して食費を節約するなどもできる。無料でチェックインの前にも後にも荷物を預かってくれるところも非常にありがたかったです。

This is the third time I stay in here, and this was again a brilliant stay. The rooms are tidy and modern - the cheaper ones no not have windows / TV and it can get a little warm at times but there is an air conditioning unit which I believe will be on full force during warmer months. Even if you visit for a longer time, there’s no need to pack extensively as there are laundry facilities for a small charge. People at the host office are the kindest and they were very flexible with everything. Thank you so much!

The staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in and also with access to laundry a bit later in evening. Rooms were quiet, clean and modern. Location beside Slussen station was very convenient for transportation to all areas of Stockholm via bus and tunnelbana. Shared fridge was useful for keeping some breakfast items for us.

Little trouble checking in bc I hadn’t seen the email from the property. Note to check in you will need the booking reference that the property provides via email (the day of), not the reference from hotels.com. Once in everything else was fine. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

On arrival, I pushed a button and was buzzed in straight away. Check-in was straightforward via the kiosk and I found my room easily enough. There are plenty of facilities such as coffee machines and a TV on the ground floor. My room was spacious but had everything I needed and a large bathroom. Very easy walking distance to the old town. And a metro station virtually outside. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity. Staff are around to help you if needed and are very helpful. Excellent value and I’d def stay here again

Room is very quiet. No windows and below ground level. It is somewhat of a maze to find your room. My biggest complaint is lack of information on luggage storage when you arrive. Host is "hidden" and it took a while to find where the office was. A sign on luggage door encouraged me to scan and pay. It turns out this is for insurance, not to store luggage. The kiosk was no help in getting me a key to storage room. I finally tracked down host and got key. Once you get inside the storage room, there is a sign that says storage is free. But until you get to that point, it appears you must pay. Very frustrating. A little more signage on where host is and that storage is free (outside of the locked door) would go a long way.

The hotel was ideally placed to visit everything Stockholm has to offer. It was a 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan and about 30 minutes to the city centre. If you didn't want to walk Slussen station is across the road. The staff were very friendly and kept the hotel spotlessly clean. We were here for 4 days, and would certainly stay here again.

The good things were location and cleanliness. But I did not enjoy my stay because you can hear people in the hallway and other rooms quite clearly. Without earplugs you would be kept up from doors ect. One of the worse hotels I’ve been in for soundproofing.

Poor lighting in the room and bathroom- the no tv/ no breakfast concept I don't mind. Extremely poor Wi-Fi was the case for us -maybe because we're in a budget room with no windows ( on the second floor). Very quiet and dark room; also comfortable beds.

It's not cheap enough to feel this cheap. I got a cold basement room with a very small bed. It's okay that there are no windows, it's announced when you book, but you really have to love staying in a storage room.

This hotel is located in a perfect location, so close to the tunnelbana, bus stops and ferries. I enjoyed being so close to Gamla Stan and being able to stop back at my hotel room in between activities. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was also glad to have access to the luggage room as I arrived much earlier than check in time. The staff were very friendly and I was offered extra towels whenever I would see a staff member in the hallway. The room is very basic but it was very clean and provided the perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. We booked the non-window family room with bunk bed for the kids. However I expected the room would have some form of central ventilation which wasn’t working, the room became so hot and stuffy when four of us were in there at night. Despite contacting the property and sending messages, I received no reply which was very disappointing. So beware of booking the non-window room.

The housekeeping left the door to my room open for a whole day, leaving my personal items accessible for anyone to take. Thankfully, nothing was stolen. When I told the staff, they gave me a bag of 10-15 mini candy bars and a Coke Zero. The staff was very unconcerned about the situation, and I advise anyone to stay away from a hotel with such careless staff.

Ottima idea un albergo con gestione lean Senza personale tutto semplice e facile dal check-in al checkout e con tanti servizi Ma se hai un problema (phone rotto e non funzionante) puoi provare a contattare l'albergo, in poco tempo arriva un addetto poi promette di tornare e risolvere in due minuti ma non torna più e rimani col tuo problema. Da migliorare questo aspetto.

There are plenty of facilities such as coffee machines and a TV on the ground floor. My room was spacious but had everything I needed and a large bathroom. Very easy walking distance to the old town. And a metro station virtually outside. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity. Staff are around to help you if needed and are very helpful. Excellent value and I’d def stay here again

Room is very quiet. No windows and below ground level. It is somewhat of a maze to find your room. My biggest complaint is lack of information on luggage storage when you arrive. Host is "hidden" and it took a while to find where the office was. A sign on luggage door encouraged me to scan and pay. It turns out this is for insurance, not to store luggage. The kiosk was no help in getting me a key to storage room. I finally tracked down host and got key. Once you get inside the storage room, there is a sign that says storage is free. But until you get to that point, it appears you must pay. Very frustrating. A little more signage on where host is and that storage is free (outside of the locked door) would go a long way.

Check in was a breeze on the automatic machine. We actually like not having windows in our room, made it easier to sleep. The location is very convenient next to the metro station and the lobby is cool. Only downside was all the construction right outside the front of the hotel.

The property is surrounded by a years-long major road construction project. Thus it is utterly inaccessible by car or taxi. This is not in any way communicated by the management. And there are no signs near the temporary "gangplank" to the hotel to indicate that one is going in the right direction. This complete lack of necessary communication is unacceptable! In my case, it resulted in two hours of wandering and an added taxi expense. Once inside, the hotel clerk was outstandingly helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. But the irresponsible behavior of the management cannot be forgiven or ignored. I must recommend not staying at this property!

I often stay at the CityBox brand, this was my first time at the Stockholm location. Very well located, directly across the street from Slussen metro station, which is one or two stops from T-centralen, the main train station where the airport train also arrives. Walking distance to Gamla Stan, Mariatorget atea and the ferry stop to Skansen. This CityBox location mostly has rooms without windows, which when I was initially booking, I didn’t think would be a big deal to me. In reality, the room was pitch black when all the lights were off, and it was quite disorienting when waking up. It would have been nice to have either a television in the room to have some sort of daylight visual or a dim “night” light at floor level would also be helpful. The room was very clean, generally comfortable and well sized, and although the twin beds were comfortable, they were extremely narrow (especially by North American standards). We stayed five nights but didn’t get any housekeeping. Not sure if there was an option beyond getting fresh towels from reception. Excellent bathroom, great shower water pressure. Rooftop restaurant and bar/cafe were lovely to visit. I would happily stay here again, though I would reconsider the windowless room next time.

The hotel was ideally placed to visit everything Stockholm has to offer. It was a 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan and about 30 minutes to the city centre. If you didn't want to walk Slussen station is across the road. The staff were very friendly and kept the hotel spotlessly clean. We were here for 4 days, and would certainly stay here again.

On arrival, I pushed a button and was buzzed in straight away. Check-in was straightforward via the kiosk and I found my room easily enough. There are plenty of facilities such as coffee machines and a TV on the ground floor. My room was spacious but had everything I needed and a large bathroom. Very easy walking distance to the old town. O hotel tem uma localização ótima. Apenas alguns passos da Estação Slussen de Metrô e de excelentes restaurantes, tanto no térreo do prédio como no rooftop, local do famoso Gondelen. Também dá para ir caminhando rapidamente até Gamla Stan, o que é fantástico. Nota 10.

Ett enkelt men välplanerat hotell som just är till för att sova i. Där finns bestick, glas, micro och kaffemaskin samt ett kylskåp för egen mat. I mitt rum hörde man restaurangens musik på kvällen men det störde inte mig. Lätt att ta sig till kollektivtrafiken och promenera om man hellre vill det.

Sköna sängar, perfekt läge, tyst och lugnt. Enkelt och effektivt med incheckningsmaskinen. Älskade att det fanns tvättstuga och foajén var mysig. Någon typ av yoghurt och fralla i snacksmaskinen hade varit trevligt.

Väldigt rent och fräscht! Superskön säng! Enda min krävande make klagade på var att det inte fanns någon tv att glo på, men mig kvittade det. Perfekt avstånd från slussens tunnelbana och till pressbyrån för att köpa kaffe och en smörgås till frulle. Fanns även kaffemaskin på hotellet att köpa kaffe i. Prisvärt!!

Bra läge, bra pris för att vara Stockholm, fina rum med generösa utrymmen. Kan dock inte ge full pott för ett hotell som helt saknar frukost och där de flesta rummen saknar fönster. Vi åt frukost på Scandic ett par hundra meter bort. Det funkade bra och priset var rimligt.

Habitación funcional, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar un par de noches. Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando a los principales lugares de interés turístico. Habitación insonorizada, en la noche había mucha tranquilidad. En el área común hay una heladera donde puedes guardar tus alimentos, y también una cafetera (de pago) y vasos de uso común. El lugar es cómodo si quieres desayunar o simplemente descansar un rato allí.

Smidig incheckning trots att det inte fanns personal eller reception. Väldigt nytt och fräscht och högklassiga materialval, inte budgetmaterial som man hade kunnat tro. Frukosten fick blir på Pressbyrån vid Slussen :)

The hotel is in a great location for checking out the more modern parts of the city; a very short walk to the old town. The check-in process was easy. We elected to get a room without a window which was nice but very dark, even with all the lights on. They are doing construction next door. Our room was on floor 2. Floor 3 is the ground floor so we were underground right next to the construction. We were woken up each morning at 8am with drilling sounds into the concrete. We could also hear the train go by at certain times. I wish they would have notified us of the construction. It was very very loud. The room was otherwise comfortable and clean. The shower flooded every day and made a puddle so big it flooded the entire bathroom. So we had to use our towels to clean the floors. The night lady was VERY nice and helpful, our party really liked her.

Exceptional location and value. Literally doesn’t get better. We didn’t mind not having a window because it makes sleeping through the Northern sun in the summer possible. You’re not supposed to be in your room anyway! The communal refrigerator system was safe and worked fine but not having a freezer was a problem. The bed was okay. A little too firm for me but fine for my husband. I still highly recommend staying here if your priorities are exploring Stockholm and getting a good nights sleep. If you want to spend $$$$$ on a fancy hotel with a great view, look elsewhere
