Need more parking spaces

Great stay with the kids. They were even flexible with letting us check out a bit late so that after the end of the soccer tournament we were in town for we had enough time to come back to the room and shower before leaving. Also, they had a very nice breakfast spread, with some different offerings for nice variety between the two days we were there. The only downside was they were doing some renovations while we were there that were a bit noisy and the temporary set up for the fitness center was pretty meager. But overall a great stay!😎

I had an easy and enjoyable stay here. The reviews are correct that it's a hearty and delicious breakfast. Personally I prefer DIY waffles over their pancake robot which can't produce airy or properly browned pancakes. It rotated between premade omlets / sausages one day and scrambled eggs / patties / links the next. Both days the sausage and patties were too dry. The highlight of the breakfast is probably their fresh-baked cinnamon buns which were very good although again a little overdone. I was impressed they had name brand cereals like Special K with berries. Even more impressive was actual Chobani Yogurt in smaller cups than retail but still good. Apples / Oranges / Bananas were nice but I actually would have preferred canned fruits which would be easier to eat. Hotel was very clean and I found it odd that there was noone in the very clean and nicely sized pool and 6 person hot tub either night I was there. Beds were too squeaky but I slept well with almost no road noise. The only problems I had were that I was given a room initially which was still wet all over initially and then someone had broken a bottle in the parking lot leaving lots of glass everywhere (which they did mostly clean up). Area seemed super safe and quiet. Great for a visit to the Claremont Mckenna colleges.

Front counter employees were very friendly, effective, and fast. Hot breakfast, good quality. The room was clean, the bathroom sink had drainage issues, and the room had a disconnected fire alarm (unsafe). They were remodeling the hotel, there was a lot of noise until late in the evening because of construction.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, but that doesnt seem to have any negative impact so far!

Staff was awesome. Disappointed gym was closed..no advance warning. Breakfast was very good. Had a few issues with entry key, had to change key 2x. Renovated room was spacious, need lighting over counter space, linoleum floor was very uncomfortable, kitchenette was awesome. Some minor but important issues. Great value & great location. Thank you

Not enough parking I got a parking ticket because employee was telling guest to park on the street I was not the only one getting a ticket suck a bd experience will never go back

The pros: parking fee is included, free wifi, free breakfast, easy check in, remodeled rooms inside, nice room service, washer/dryer works, locked gates around the property The cons: the hotel layout does give a motel vibe once you have checked in and are looking for your room. Our room was close to the street so we could hear traffic, the hotel elevator is slow/older looking Overall I give this place a 4/5 stars we stayed for two nights. We stayed for a family event for the weekend. Checked in Friday midnight and left Sunday morning. Our cons were not that big of an issue, we would stay again. The price was right and the free food was good and the staff was nice.

The seating in the room was, at best, odd and uncomfortable. The mattress was great and we had excellent maid service. The woman responsible for the morning breakfast was also very nice and helpful. The workout room was terrible. Two treadmils, but one was out of service for our entire stay. The weight machine was also broken. I am sure the free weights would be great for a weight lifter. For the ordinary person, however, not a single bar bell was light tenough to use. The rfoom had also not been cleaned. A used towel stuck in the weight machine was there when we arrived and remained there for several days. Pathetic.

Side gate card reader didn’t work. Poor lighting and in need of maintenance. Lobby was nice and staff polite. Room was clean and comfortable.

Although the rooms are relatively recent remodels, the shower had black mold all along the inside as well as outside. Makes me question how sanitary (or not) everything else is.

My stay was great. I do think the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement. There were a few spider webs in my room.

Really needed to have some deep cleaning and updating. Everything had a very grungy feel from the overall hotel, the pool, and the room itself.

The keys to our room worked about half the time. The floor, dirty, and our feet were black from walking. The TV remote had to trade it because it did not properly, and the second remote also did not change the channel, operate the volume or shut the tv off. Joining room had loud bass guitar music. After an hour we had to pound on the walls several times.

Truly nothing bad about this hotel besides the front desk lady wasn't having a great day or something. She seemed to be bothered by having to check me in. Room was clean and bed was great. Will go back if I'm ever in the area.

Exactly what I needed for a few nights in town. Not the cleanest room or bedding, but acceptable. Staff was friendly, check-in & out were a breeze, and the area is quiet.

I ended up staying at this hotel because I had booked a stay at another hotel nearby but when I read their reviews prior to my trip I decided to cancel that booking. I choose this place last minute based on the reviews about cleanliness and was very pleased. My room was spotless, smelled clean and had fresh spotless white bedding. The complimentary breakfast was very good, standard fare with a few nice surprises like Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, and again very clean and was being maintained constantly. The garden and pool area were very well lit and maintained. There are a few cosmetic repairs the grounds could use and the mattress was not very comfortable but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The place is close to shopping, restaurants, and had easy freeway access.

It was a good location for our needs. However, I don’t recommend staying here due to the room was not very clean, holes in the wall, and the bathroom faucet was extremely loose. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever been to.

It was 100 degrees outside. AC did not work; hotel sent someone to fix it at 1:00 AM. They couldn't fix it. Had to sleep in air conditioned car.

However, the wifi on the tv didnt work and the cable was spotty and cut out every 5 minutes.we tried to log into youtube to stream, but the "smart tv" wasnt connected to any internet. The clocks werent updated to the time change. Just small things that matter when youre traveling with small children. Definitely, would not stay here again.

Finally decided to call from the road to check out. Free breakfast: pretty awesome, quite a few choices, everything was clean and made fresh. Noise: the noise kept us up each of the 3 nights we were there. Sometimes it was people out and being loud in the courtyard, or stomping on the stairs, or in the room above, doors slamming. All could be heard as all the doors and hallways are outside and all facing in toward the courtyard and pool area. The air conditioner, which was absolutely necessary at night, makes a lot of noise turning on and off throughout the night too. Clean: they’re doing a good job with ongoing renovations, and everything was clean. Convenient: not far from freeway and neighborhood is pleasant.

The rooms were spacious.

Hotel was under renos not crazy with the furnishing in the room very sparse had only one half loung chair, with a hospital like tray table. No couch! Do not like thier deco!

Check in was easy, everything working properly. Beds were comfy. And the body shampoo, conditioner and shampoo are in big bottle, not those little disposable bottles none sense. Only complaint I have was the wall and floors are thin. I can hear footsteps from upstairs and next door neighbors

Have stayed there twice and would not choose to stay there again. Both gates from the parking lot to inside the hotel courtyard do not automatically close. So found both of them open on several occasions. There were also several minor maintenance problems with the room - slow draining shower, plugs not working, ceiling light not working, drain plug in sink broken. Also for those early risers, there is no coffee available until 7am on Saturday and Sunday in the lobby. Was not a bad place to stay, just expected more from a Holiday Inn.

By my room being close to the pool, there was loud talk and jumping into the pool so it was dark to sleep. The food and service was great and the room was nice. The bed was a little hard for my liking but overall it was ok.

Dated for a typical holiday inn but clean and spacious rooms.

Extremely helpful staff. Room wasn't ready at check in but they did what they could go accommodate us and make up for it. Staff very attentive

Reception wasn’t helpful they had issues with phones and WiFi but didn’t make an effort to help or to see what can be done I had to cancel my reservation with them took an hour and since they were not helpful canceled and left the property

We received a parking ticket on the first night staying there and the front desk attendant didn’t bother me to ask where we parked. If she would have asked, we would have told her that we needed a parking permit and we wouldn’t have gotten a ticket. She wasn’t accommodating and was annoyed.

The front desk staff was in inconsiderate and rude and was not well trained. I had reserved room on my name but forgot to carry physical copy of drivers license. I had digital copy/picture. They only needed to verify my name and expiry date. We had to char with Expedia agent to add my husband’s name so we could check in. It was almost 11pm and we had driven for 6 hours to reach the hotel.

The lady who checked me in was very polite and helpful. While the gentleman I spoke on the phone to make arrangement and request provided me the answer I needed without difficulty, and he kept his words on the request I made. The customer service makes the hotel 5 stars.

This is a standard business hotel in the San Dimas area. I use it for short stays, one or two days, but it would serve for longer. Best for its proximity to downtown San Dimas and the areas surrounding the intersection of the 47 and the 210 freeways.

The tweekers walking around parking was kind of uneasy.

Room was clean and neat. Staff was very congenial and helpful. Location was exactly what we needed.

The property is less than half a mile away from Trader Joe’s and Target. Also very close to down town San Dimas where cute cafes are located. The rooms are big and clean.

Great place and location. Walking distance to anything you need. Nice rooms and amenities. Would stay again!

Clean place but feels unsafe

Overall, it was a nice stay. However, there was a lot of noise late in the night, and early in the morning. It was loud enough that I was surprised the manager didn’t do something to quiet the people down. We did have someone try to come into our room, but it was a simple mistake. There was a large gathering of people outside the security gate, which was left propped open, so people could go in and out without using a key. It was a little unnerving, but the people generally were not a problem, other than the noise. It was difficult to get from my room out to my car. Staff was really great at check-in and checkout. The room was very nice.

Hotel was under construction other than that breakfast was fantastic in a great area. front desk lady felt like we were interrupting her life when checking in.

Free breakfast only till 930a, we missed it. Most hotels we stay at are open till 10am

This hotel is a good deal for the price. It is located in a quiet area Target, Trader Joe’s and several restaurants are near by. The fridge and microwave are a plus and breakfast is also included. The breakfast had a variety of options.

Still under repairs breakfast ends very early

The hotel is undergoing renovation and certainly needs it. The stay was fine but the room was sparse, showed wear and some things like towel bars were missing. The breakfast was very basic and could have used more fresh fruit.

Everything was good but be cautious of the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy upset both mine and my child’s stomach.
