Extended Studio Hotel Suites - Los Angeles - San Dimas

Pictures of hotel present it being in better condition than it is. Entrance to lobby had two overflowing trash cans for the two days we were there I believe I read that coffee and muffins are offered in the morning in the lobby. We Asked the desk clerk when we came back to our room for the night where the coffee would be in the morning. He pointed to where it would be in the lobby. When we went to the lobby the next morning, we were told the coffee machine was broken. Nothing was out in the lobby Only one bath towel in the room. Our opinion was that the room was not as clean as it could’ve been especially the bathroom. I asked for a blanket as the comforter that was on the bed with the sheet was very lightweight I was told there were no more blankets. We would not stay there again or recommend.

The first thing I do when I travel is inspect the room. It was old with old bedding, bathroom wall had holes. No coffee in room, you have to check out a pot or pan. The coffee shown on af is not even close to picture. It's an old broken cart with very little coffee supplies. They don't allow photos even though it shows upload photos.

Vending machines didn’t work, they charged a $100 deposit I won’t get back for a week. Other than that it was okay.

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed, especially for the $118 price tag. The interior of the motel and the room was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was broken, and is impossible to adjust temperature. It was not a hot day, While the service was okay and the staff were polite (it's an Indian-owned motel), that wasn’t enough to justify the cost. There’s no breakfast or extra amenities provided. Overall, not worth the price — I will not be staying here again.

It was a terrible experience, the stairways smelled like old urine, the elevator was out of order so we had to carry up and down our suitcases to and from the 2nd floor, the kitchen was outdated

The property was clean, but must remove trash from the entrance. Room was clean. No amenities. Kitchen ok but microwave not working. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to get the room ready for our use. I do believe they charged my card for the room use even after I payed hotel.com. Not a great experience. Will not stay again.

Hotel needs to fix their function that makes a key work on the room thats given. Took 20 minutes to make the key work. Not goid! Curtains in room don't cover 100% of window.

At check in the machine that activates your room key card was broken so every time you had to open your room door they had to use their master key card unless you had someone in the room already. The windows wouldn’t stay up. Elevator was shaky with tag marks. Trash room was overflowing. No ice machine. No “breakfast” as advertised. Smokers in the non smoking area. Lack of parking lot cameras. They don’t check ID to get into your room with the key card machine busted. No security. One bell cart for luggage out of 3 floors. No early check in and no late check out. half light bulbs in the room worked. The power outlet in the bathroom did not work. Two hangers in closet. Refrigerator at max barley kept thing cold.

The hallway and the room smelled horrible. The bedsheet had a stain.

Hotel was dirty, awful smell throughout the property. Room was dirty, stains on sheets and carpet with blood stains. Smell of urine and drugs being used by people in the hallways. Had to leave after 1 night. Would not recommend.

staff was very nice the room was disgusting. it wreaked of weed and cigarettes.

We rented two rooms. 3 relatives and myself stayed for one night. My niece in the other room discovered a bed bug. Upon further inspetion, both the beds in her room had bed bugs. Even though we could not find any bed bugs in the beds in the room I was in, we felt really disgusted and needed to leave.

The room was in utter disarray--broken refrigerator, dirty sheets-hair all over them, paint falling off the walls, dirty and that was just the first room. WE were moved to a new room and the refrigerator looked like someone smeared feces on it. The sheets were stained with holes in them. I was so disgusted, but prepaid for this hotel, so I went to Walmart and purchased new bedding--sheets,pillows, cases and blanket. Also, used my own towels that I had in the car. The shower was gross with stains and chips in it. Water backed up immediately over my feet. The stove top burners look like something from a WWII mess hall. Worse EVER experience with a hotel. It was at best third world standards. Disgusting!

Outside was not maintained and trash on grounds. Main check in area was dark and musty. Hallways were smelly Blood on the elevator wall and floor. The bed was made and towels in the room, overall room had layers of dust, dirty floors and disgusting bathroom. This hotel was not bright, airy, clean and welcoming.

I knew not to expect much from an extended stay but I think I expected just a bit more. They didn’t have irons or hair dryers. Towels and sheets were stained. Cleanliness was horrible and it stunk. If you think you know what kind of place this is then you are probably right. I absolutely will never stay here again.

Roach infestation

It was good the only thing is my ac wasn’t working in my room the front desk was more than accommodating moved me into another room right away and was great with providing everything I needed to make my stay there relaxing and comfortable l would stay again

We love this place but the people upstairs from you are always so loud, and they made us move to a way smaller room and literally only gave us 30 mins

Nice rooms

The room smelled like smoke and the. The shower kept leaking through the back of the shower head. I couldn't sit on the end of the bed due to it lifting. The bed had an indentation on the right side like some one has slept there for a long time.

NO HOT WATER - NO WATER PRESSURE - CONSTANTLY PLUGGING TOILET - LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE After checking into this place I took a shower, I turned the hot water to it's maximum, but the water was barely warm and never got hot. The water dribbled out of the shower head at such a low pressure it took 30 minutes to take a 10 minute shower. Then after 10 minutes the water turned ice cold. I told hotel staff about it and their response to me was "that's impossible". Then they said they would look into it, but obviously never did because the next time I took a shower nothing changed. Throughout my stay I was forced to take many cold showers.and went to hotel staff about 7 times asking them to fix the problem and they just ignored me. The last time I asked the manager who said "it's impossible, I just took a hot shower". I asked him why there's no steam on the bathroom mirror then, and he said he would send maintenance, no one ever came to fix it, ever. Beyond this the toilet would plug again and again. So I had to waste my time going to the front desk to use the plunger. If you like to take hot showers with good water pressure don't come to this place. If you like good customer service don't come to this place. If you like to not have a constantly plugging toilet don't come to this place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Told first check- in staff of problems I was having in room when check-in. She stated she'll refund my deposit at check-out never did. I'm disable tired and left they took 45.00 more dollars, and I had to clean the room myself! And I asked them to come the first day!

The manager at this hotel is so rude he basically blamed the issues that we had on us and lied and said that we were lying we had no emergency I had rented the room for 2 days we were stuck in a room which I did report three different times and nothing was done until check out day when they finally changed the air conditioner 2 Days in sweltering heat the room was measuring 116°. This person should have compass both days and give me my money back and he refused I hate this hotel I will never go there and I would not ever recommend it it was beautiful when I was the extended stay of America but now that it's extended studio it sucks stay away from this place

I love that the staff here are very professional, kind, and helpful. Their GM Erica runs a very tight ship. They should have more like her at every location!

Took 1 hour to check in. No toilet paper, no waste basket.

We paid for our room in cash and left a deposit with a debit card. It wasn’t refunded to me and the management will not return my calls. The management has melt been at the property once on any of the 3 attempts I’ve made to rectify this issue. The stay was ok, besides the weird people smoking out front making everything smell like cigarettes and the “working girl” hitting on my dad at 7am it was alright. I’d appreciate a call back or how about just refund my security deposit that shouldn’t have been kept in the first place!!

I make a mistake and try to cancel whit few minutes of difference. Expedia call the hotel and told me the manager will call today and make my refund but never happens. I pay a room and never use

I checked into the location, viewed the room then checked out. The non smoking room wreaked of smoke and drugs. Very questionable people walking around the property.

It was a last minute situation close by my house. It had restaurants close by and was clean, useful and accommodating.

Nice staff and close to everything

This hotel was full of drug dealers and personally witness the selling of drugs. The room floor was sticky, the bathroom was in poor condition. This hotel was not the same as the pictures. Would not recommend to stay there if you are visiting the area or have little kids

To much homeless around

Stairway entrances and exits smell like pet urine and in hallway floors. Also homeless violent males and females loiter on hotel property and around customers vehicles , not good.

The place looked great...online. But when I got there, I decided it wasn't safe to stay there. Unclean, it looked like people on their last legs were living there. There was no way I was going to stay there with my wife and dogs.

Great place to stay its conveniently located near everything! My only complaint was that we were woken up to the dog across the hall that wouldn’t stop barking. Other than that everything was great!

The rooms are up-to-date and beautiful. The bet is super comfortable and it has all the accommodations you need. We're couldn't even think asking for there's food right next door plus convenient shopping. It is kinda tucked away but in a good way like it's right near the convention center-right near the airport. The only downside is there is a little bit of a noisy train that goes behind. The hotel where the parking lot is located. And no breakfast but for the price. it's clean and I'm quiet

Staff was friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again. Room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette. I didn't get to try the breakfast. Loved it!
