We really liked the hotel. Our two bedroom was spacious, clean & quiet. The beds were really nice & comfortable. It was safe to park our Tesla there. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it was open and tempting. Super nice and polite stuff works in this place. Front Desk Olga was the most helpful clerk I have ever met! I shall come back.

The bar looked nice and was open until 10:00 PM. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The mini fridge ran loudly and the wall air conditioner was also loud. Unexpected $15 self parking fee was unfortunate for that location that had an abundance of parking.

We stayed 2 nights during Thanksgiving holiday. Initially when we checked into the room, we noticed a few tiny gnat like bugs crawling around the t.v. cadenza/desk area/bathroom sink. Then on the 2nd morning, we noticed 2 adult size cockroach like bugs and more gnat like bugs crawling around the base of t.v. We informed the front desk staff. Our sincere complaint & concerns were met with unemphatic responses, even after we informed them we left a dead adult bug lying where we found it alive. At one point, the male desk clerk blamed the cold weather for the invasion of the bugs and made sure to inform us that they fumigate. The female desk clerk, displayed nonexistent expression of emotion, while staring on to hear about the fumigating story from her coworker. Given their odd and generic responses, it made us feel as if the bug situation was normal for this location.

Great property and service. Food options were good, including healthy menu items. Pool area was nice. Room and amenities were clean and well appointed. The only issue I experienced was a strong mold smell in the bathroom that I found to be coming from the drain in the sink.

We had a great stay. We did have to ask for additional towels because it was not mentioned that they only service the rooms every third day. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the front desk staff was really efficient and friendly.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The temp was perfect, and the bathroom was spacious. We had two very pleasant hotel desk clerks who got us checked in quickly and checked out easily. We had paid for breakfast for 2. We were the only ones eating, so it was quiet. The two women at the food counter were so sweet and served us a small breakfast, which consisted of croissant sandwiches, a banana, and coffee. It was quite good and adequate, and filled us up for the day until our next meal. Well worth paying the extra price for parking and breakfast for 2. Would stay there again.

The place was great I stayed one night while making my way from LA to Lake Tahoe. Needed a nights rest. I had looked at other places that were cheaper but I felt were shady. I was willing to pay $50 more for no drama and working air conditioning. The only reason I am not giving this place a perfect rating is because they didn't disclose there was a $10 parking fee. If they had told me that up front it wouldn't have been a big deal. Other than that the staff was great. There were food and coffee places nearby and it was quiet... Cheers

I liked it's easy on/off location, and despite it being right next to Hwy 50, the sound in our room facing the highway was surprisingly low. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean.

I’ve stayed at many Courtyard by Marriott properties throughout the years and my experience was excellent. This one was an exception. Checking was fine and the room was good. The problems started the next morning. I paid for a breakfast when booking but found out that it only included the option on breakfast burrito, two egg and meat meal another dish that I don’t even remember the name. Everything else like fruit, muffins, yogurt was an extra charge. Her is no free coffee unless you buy a breakfast.

We had paid for breakfast for 2. We were the only ones eating, so it was quiet. The two women at the food counter were so sweet and served us a small breakfast, which consisted of croissant sandwiches, a banana, and coffee. It was quite good and adequate, and filled us up for the day until our next meal. Well worth paying the extra price for parking and breakfast for 2. Would stay there again.

The hotel smelled like mold and the room smelled like old stinky shoes. The ac was smelly like the filters were very dirty or even moldy. The deck was dirty there was toe nails clipping on the deck from God knows how long. They charged $ 5 per bottle of water in the room. They charged $15 per parking and they didn’t say the parking was charged in the check in. The staff would not give me a recite because they said it was a “third party purchase “ and I’m still waiting on my $150 deposit that they asked for. We spent $65 on a mediocre breakfast, no waffle or pancakes available or even scramble eggs. The coffe was good Starbucks but they only have 2% milk. The room below us arrived at 1 am and they were smoking herbs and we had to close the sliding glass door. At least the check out was at 12.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Rancho Cordova and had a really solid experience overall. First off, the hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which is always the most important thing for me when traveling. It’s a pretty standard amenity these days, and not having a quick way to heat up leftovers or a snack was definitely a letdown. That issue aside, it's a lovely property with excellent service. I would definitely consider staying here again, I'll just make sure to plan my meals a bit better next time!
