**Warning: The Shower Was Almost Unusable** The biggest problem with this hotel was the shower. During our three-night stay, whenever we tried to take a shower—regardless of the time of day—little to no water came out of the showerhead. We had to fill a bowl with water and pour it over ourselves just to wash. This was extremely frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable for a hotel. I strongly warn future guests about this issue. Do not assume you will be able to take a normal shower and get ready on time. A simple shower took much longer than it should have, so this could be a serious problem if you have meetings, appointments, flights, or other plans. The room’s carpet was also extremely dirty, as shown in the attached photos. In addition, the hotel advertised free parking but charged us $5 per night. A functioning shower and a clean room are basic expectations at any hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed to provide either. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Would not recommend. The hotel did not have anyone to check you in, it had a kiosk with a person on a PC screen I asked about traffic in the area in the morning, she couldn't tell me because she wasn't in Standford. " I will check for you and get back to you". She didn't. I don't know if she was even in the US.. My room's air conditioner didn't work, and it was extremely hot day, so I switched rooms. My new room the air worked but the fridge didn't. I was too tired to change. The room was dated; some wall damage in the bathroom, some wear and tear, all manageable for a budget traveler. But it was the bed which made it the worst stay. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in, which includes Motel 6 and thin futon pads I ve slept on in India. The two sad pillows were also absolutely terrible. The room phone and clock both didn't work. I am sure most people don't care but I wanted a wakeup call. I also would have liked talking to a person AT the hotel about the area. The location is not bad, doesn't have any loud business next to it but it still ended up being a noisy nightmare. I had some man yelling, pacing and making growling noises off and on for 5 hours. I was very uncomfortable, the later it got the weirder he got. I had no one to call and complain about it because I was in a hotel that wasn't being taken care of by hotel staff. I also had to pay for parking which I wasn't prepared for nor should have been considering where it was.
