Very spacious, clean and quiet. All room is nonsmoking, no odor. Dog and cat friendly. I am surprised the room was so big with kitchen. You need to bring your own utensils and cooking pot and pans. Costco with gasoline just down two blocks. I did not need to cook. I just brought all the ready to eat food from Costco. A lot of eatery close by. The neighborhood is safe. I like it better than Fresno area. The motel price is excellent for all the amenities. Pet cost $20 dollars more per night. It is much cheaper than other hotel charge. It is single story building. It is convenient to walk my dog any time. The hotel provides dog poo bag.

The room was very clean. So spacious lots of room. Had a nice sized refrigerator. The only thing was no WiFi our entire stay. Other than that we will definitely be booking our next visit with them. Pet friendly also if you have fur babies..Staff was awesome!!! Clean pool..

Centrally located for visiting Clovis. Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Room was very clean with nice furnishings and a ceiling fan. The pool was great, we visited during a heat wave. We had no major issues and the only things we were bothered by was a loose toilet sear and the direct tv kept freezing up. A great stay, will stay again, and i will recommend to others!

We stopped in on our way to a long distance camping trip. We checked in a little after midnight and the process was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and the area felt super safe. The room and bathroom were very clean and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and stay again. 10/10

Our room had 2 queen beds and a kitchen, very large. It as clean and the decor was well done, not partial with new floors, but messed up baseboards, etc. The only thing missing were basic kitchen supplies. Perhaps a kit of some kind could be checked out with a deposit. I was able to do a load of laundry after getting quarters from the office. Out of the four accommodations we had for our 2 week trip, this was the most accommodating. Much better than any around Yosemite and Sequoia.

Bed bugs at property was issued a refund for 2/3 nights I was booked here. Got hives the day before my wedding and had to buy new luggage and use a laundromat to clean all my stuff

After reading the reviews, thought to give it a try. When first entering the room you smell cleaning chemicals and think, "okay, this isn't too bad." But, once you hang out in the room awhile, the chemical smell never goes away, and you start to wonder if it's even safe for you to be breathing in such strong bleach smells. It was so bad, my sinuses flared up and my nose became plugged and runny. Then while sitting at the table having a snack, a cockroach started running towards my feet!! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, the towels, pillows and beds aren't any better than motel 6 - but I've never seen a roach at a motel 6!! When i told the staff about thecocktroach, they just laughed and said they will tell someone. Gross!!

shower had black mold on ceiling and roaches were seen. Beds were the worst. One of the beds was as hard as a biard and the other one was lumpy and sunk in the middle.

Room was spacious and had a lot of cabinet space. Very close to shops and restaurants making it a great location. Staff was friendly. Our stove didn’t work and the WiFi signal was weak. I would stay there again.

Clean and spacious room that had been recently updated. Convenient to airport. Only negative was the bar behind the hotel playing music until late at night and you could hear it thumping through the walls. Ear plugs were handy!

The rooms have been redone which is nice but we got stuck on the end unit: the street is SO LOUD. In addition there are hundreds of birds with their nexts in the roof and signs which was also incredibly loud. It is a kitchenette but not s single thing is provided so if you needed to cook or even heat something bring a pot, plate, etc

Be careful there are many rooms with no WiFi and no TV. According to the staff they know this, but they don’t tell you till you are in the room! Staff is not empowered to move you to a room with WiFi. If you don’t care, then it won’t be a problem. Be sure to bring your own dishes and towels if you can. Towels are very thin and worn. Rooms are decent especially if you don’t care about the tv or WiFi.

I liked the fact that rooms are very spacious. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I had a problem but it was resolved immediately and willingly. Only ibser I can think of is, room had a kitchenette but no utensils or pots to use (Bring your own?). Also, make sure to be far from street as one could hear the cars passing by sometimes.

Long drive this day, so we got here at 11pm. Getting ready for bed and there were 3 guys that show up next door and were drinking out inform of there room. We couldn’t sleep. I went outside ask them to quiet down and we were trying to sleep. They didn’t, so I called the front desk, asked them to either take care of this or call the police. The hotel did nothing. I should have just called the police myself. Stay somewhere else.

The facility was nice and right next to a cool restaurant/ bar but firealarm went off and staff stated they couldn’t do anything until the morning when I called in middle of night. Couldn’t sleep. Staff Not accommodating, couldn’t move us to another room, no mention of inconvenience at check out and no call from manager to follow up.

Rodeo Lodge was great from arriving to leaving! Lovely comfortable room, spacious and well provided with good facilities, and a good location. But it’s always the people who make the difference and from Alex on check in to Nick when we checked out to the housekeeping team we thank you for making us so welcome!

Very clean room and clean overall property. Really appreciated the oversized mini fridge. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Had an issue with a running toilet and maintenance guy was there within minutes. Housekeeping staff were also very attentive and helpful. Great experience - thank you.

Very accommodating. Issue with TV, but remedied. Young man tried to fix. Moved us to another room. He was so kind and patient and helpful with restaurant recs. He went over and above.

Very poor service. Bathroom was clogged and was not able to use September 12 evening and morning next day. Maintenance showed up hours after front desk said they were in their way. When arrived we were removed from room just so they can fix the clogged. Front desk girl was rude and not helpful.
