I loved the seating area in the lobby that everyone was able to enjoy and that we were able to easily purchase snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed the bar.

Satisfactory for our needs, desk staff was super helpful and polite. Was disappointed to be turned away from the pool area around 9/10am on a Saturday because it wasn't ready for guests yet. We did not try the breakfast. Good overall

Stayed 3 nights second day I woke up in morning saw large bug in restroom ask the front desk on my way out to please have someone clean my room and mentioned there is a large bug in floor came back 9 hrs later to find my room was not clean and bug still there spoke to Ben manager and he said sorry cleaning crew is gone for the day so I was very concerned do they care about customers wow very disappointed and they did nothing for my trouble very uncomfortable for the next couple of day don't feel like I stayed at the Hilton garden

The room I stayed in was old. The carpet is grimy, the bathroom is outdated. They put 5 tissue papers a day apparently. My view was of the air conditioner and back of a wall. The lighting was horrible and the air conditioner was loud. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Got in on a late flight from Fresno and didn’t want to make the 3 hour drive home. Just wanted a nice dinner and a drink and not have to leave the property. I made this reservation mainly because they stated they had a restaurant. No restaurant open on a Saturday night. Rooms were comfortable but worn. Would not stay here again for the money they charge.

The rooms were old and dark, We had the curtains open and every light on and it was still super dark. The bed was ok, bedding needs to be updated. We weren’t told that they were renovating so the construction was noisy. That would have been nice to know. I’d say the rate was double what it should have been.

The walls are thin you can hear everything. We couldn’t sleep through the night without hearing what was going on next door. Cleanliness was fine same with location and service. Just environment wise we had to throw towel at the bottom door so we could try and block the hallway noise

Young man at the counter has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Booked my room as there was limited hotel availability in the city due to multiple events. I called and he said they were oversold insinuating my booking would be cancelled as well hotels were selling out immediately. With only three hotels showing available, I called a different hotel directly and booked as hotels were being sold out left and right. When I called the hotel back he then said my reservation was booked! But literally 5 mins prior they were oversold!! I asked they he approve the refund with Expedia and he refused. He spoke to his manager who also refused. The manager did not bother to speak with me so that I could explain the way the boy made it sound like my booking would be cancelled. So much for customer service. Lines get crossed all the time, but their attitude was tacky considering their hotel is usually half the price I paid. Greed. Will never stay at this hotel. Never have and will be sure to avoid them when booking as I book in town quite frequently.

Front desk agent, Ben was incredibly rude. From the second we walked in and said hello to check in he was so arrogant, unfriendly and made me really uncomfortable. We were in shock.

Very nice hotel and the staff is super nice. My only disappointment was the hotel charged a fee for breakfast. We stayed in the same name-brand hotel 2 nights earlier in Sacramento and the breakfast was included for hotel guest. But aside from that, the hotel is easy to find, good location and the overall stay was wonderful.
