I loved the classic architecture, the downtown location, and the feel of this little hotel. But customer services was not a strong point. There's no information about the room or the area in the room nor on the website. They state amenities, but not where to find said amenities. I had to go on a treasure hunt to find ice, vending, the pool, etc. A simple map or pamphlet would have been very helpful. The evening desk staff was also surprisingly mediocre. Not rude, but not particularly helpful either. It's a good thing that it was a million degrees in Phoenix because there was NO HOT WATER.

Inexpensive. Quaint is a good description. Tiny bathroom, but is affordable, clean, and right in downtown

The room and bathroom were clean. The main concern was the shower. There was no water pressure at all.

Good hotel for simple traveler wanting to be near all the main attractions near the convention center. Only bad thing I experienced was big spikes in water temperatures during a shower. Felt like if the person in the nearby rooms flushed all the cold water was gone for a second making the shower super hot for a few seconds.
