Swiss Village Inn

The motel is run down. The room was mostly clean but dilapidated. Air conditioner works but there is no temp setting just hotter or colder. The door lock was difficult to use. I had to move the dresser and plug the tv in to get it to work. Mattress wasn't comfortable but at least it had a clean protector on it. Only stayed here because it was the only place that wasn't booked out. If your on a really tight budget and everything else is booked than it is bearable but I wouldn't recommend it.

Paint was peeling , there was used appliances on the sidewalk, it took over thirty minutes to run enough water to cover the jets let alone if you wanted it full. The mattress was hard , they had cheap popcorn mattress pad on top of probably the cheapest mattress they could find. The whole property was dark with barely any lighting. Everything was run down, just a terrible experience all around. Would not recommend!

The guy decided to charge us for a deposit for the room and there is nowhere that it said there is a deposit then threatened to call the police on us for waiting outside for our Uber to get there I was never rude with the guy never said anything bad to the guy I was quite nice for the guy when I go to get the money out of my stuff to get the deposit suddenly its more than what he originally told me when I went to cancel because there is a deposit all of a sudden the guy told me I wouldn't get my money back worst place ever the owner is rude his wife followed me every time I came out of my room I wouldn't recommend it to anyone why own a place like that if you are gonna treat people with disrespect and being forced to stay at a place you don't wanna be

Neglected. Customer service not welcoming.

Needs updating. Could hear excessive dog barking
