J’ai bien aimé cet hôtel. La chambre, le service et la propreté étaient parfait. Situé à seulement 30 minutes à pieds du centre. Situé dans une environnemental (zone vignette verte 4) Stationnement souterrain à 19 euro. Possibilité de stationner dans les rues.

This property exceeded my expectations. Extremely nice facility’. The room was equipped with everything you could hope for and more. Only downside was the hard mattress. The front desk staff were amazing, so was the lobby. There is a free coffee and tea set up, a lovely view. The restaurants very nice as well.

ICH LIEBE EUER HOTEL. Nur am arsten Abend war eine geschlossene Gesellschaft im 7. Stock. Uns wurde gesagt das wir uns im hinteren teil aufhalten dürfen und unser Getränk trinken das wir bezahlt haben. Aber auch da wurden wir dann etwas unschön gebeten doch lieber zu gehen. Fand ich jetzt nicht so cool. Trotzdem werd ich auch wieder in eurem Hotel übernachten. Ein Kellner war dann trotzdem dann die Tage drauf sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielleicht war’s auch nur ein Missverständnis. Ich komm trotzdem gerne wieder mal zu euch. Gruß David

War an einem Seminar der Frankfurt Business School of Finance welche direkt daneben liegt. Dank der kleinen "Küche" im Zimmer hat man alles was man benötigt. Trotzdem ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu unterschätzen; frische Köstlichkeiten als auch brasilianische Spezialitäten. Ein weiterer grosser Vorteil ist die Waschküche, wo man einfach und unkompliziert via Buchung per App seine Wäsche reinigen kann. Dies ist praktisch wenn man länger unterwegs ist. Bei allen Fragen steht das Personal helfend und freundlich zur Verfügung. Auch die Rooftop Bar mit Blick auf Frankfurts Skyline ist genial. Der kostenlose Kaffee während des Tages rundet einen Besuch noch zusätzlich ab. Wenn ich nochmals nach Frankfurt komme, sofort jederzeit wieder! Absolut hammer Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Rioca ist super, allerdings gibt es keine Getränkeautomaten und man kann zb kein Wasser nachts bekommen. Wir wollten in die Tiefgarage, aber es hat niemand geöffnet und bei der Klingel für die TG kam mehrere Minuten nur Wartemusik. Zimmer sind schön.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und neu. Das Bad ist im tropischen Style und ein echter Hingucker. Alles genau so wie auf den Fotos. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gemütlich und mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw. eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight für uns war die Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Skyline der Stadt, die unglaublich schön eingerichtete Bar mit dem Restaurantbereich in dem wir gefrühstückt haben. Das Frühstück war auch toll, reichhaltig, sehr vielseitig und immer gut gefüllt. Wir wären unglaublich gerne viel länger geblieben denn wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service, wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit.

Personal habe ich keines gesehen, da es ein Self-Checkin im Eingangsbereich gab. Erst am Fahrstuhl habe ich gesehen dass die Rezeption in der 7. Etage ist. Zimmer sehr groß, aber sehr bunt von den ganzen Fototapeten. Dennoch nett und sauber vor allem. Leider gab es neben einer angefangenen Toilettenpapierrolle im Regal im Bad, nix Weiteres (Tücher etc.) Nachts war dann im Zimmer über mir anscheinend ein "Club". Die Anlage hatte guten Bass. Nachdem ich übers Handy die vermeintliche Rezeption erreicht habe, war dies aber nur ein Callcenter in einer anderen Stadt. Er hat dann jemanden ins Hotel geschickt, damit die Musik ausgemacht wird. Dies hat ca. 40 min gedauert und wurde dann gegen 01:30 ausgestellt.

All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall everything was really clean and tidy, and the breakfast was worth the extra fee. Additionally everything was beautifully decorated while being sustainable/ eco-friendly. I can only recommend this hotel!

가성비 좋은 아파트식 호텔에서 편안한 시간 보냈어요. 장기 투숙시에 3일에 한번 하우스키핑해주는데 깔끔해요. 작은 주방시설이 있어서 좋았어요. 사이즈 큰 요린를 할 정도는 아니에요.

The hotel was new and clean , the staff were so friendly and kind , we arrived at 6 am in the hotel our check in was at 3 pm but they gave us the room at 8:30 , special thanks to Cecilia for such a big favor.

Ein tolles Hotel, in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Die Pantryküche ist sehr praktisch. Und der erste Kaffee am Morgen mit Blick über die Frankfurter Skyline ist wirklich fantastisch. Wir kommen wieder.

Solid stay for 2 nights in Frankfurt. It's pretty no frills in terms of facilities. Self check-in and check-out in the lobby, but also in person check-in on top floor where the restaurant is. I feel the lobby could use a vending machine of some sort. We arrived on a Sunday night, and with all supermarkets closed in Germany on Sundays it would be helpful to have even basic options. Room itself was pretty good, we were on the main road side but had external blinds which shut out the noise. If you put the AC to the highest level it is really noisy! Location wise, close to a nice strip of restaurants, supermarket, and University. Couple of cafes nearby and well.

We had a great stay at this very new property. The staff were lovely, location good and safe, close to train and supermarket. Great touch having free coffee and tea on 7th floor, nice view as well. Our room had microwave and fridge and there is also a high tech washer and dryer in basement. The blockout blinds were great and double glazing kept noise out, we found room a bit warm. The pillows were okay but I found the mattress very hard and there was no top sheet. Housekeeping is done every 3 days. We had a few hiccups but it is expected with a new hotel. Would stay again.

I thought this place was great! Comfortable beds, cute little chair, very convenient technology (like Chromecast on the TV and Bluetooth built into the bathroom mirror). Clean, quiet, cute. It's a bit remote from the city center, but a public transportation station is only like a 10 minute walk in either direction. Would definitely stay again!

Super authentisches und schönes Hotel. Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und modern, von Kühlschrank zu KochMöglichkeiten und hänge Sessel und Regendusche. Für mich das beste Hotel in Frankfurt für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Komme sehr gerne wieder

Personal habe ich keines gesehen, da es ein Self-Checkin im Eingangsbereich gab. Erst am Fahrstuhl habe ich gesehen dass die Rezeption in der 7. Etage ist. Zimmer sehr groß, aber sehr bunt von den ganzen Fototapeten. Dennoch nett und sauber vor allem. Leider gab es neben einer angefangenen Toilettenpapierrolle im Regal im Bad, nix Weiteres (Tücher etc.) Nachts war dann im Zimmer über mir anscheinend ein "Club". Die Anlage hatte guten Bass. Nachdem ich übers Handy die vermeintliche Rezeption erreicht habe, war dies aber nur ein Callcenter in einer anderen Stadt. Er hat dann jemanden ins Hotel geschickt, damit die Musik ausgemacht wird. Dies hat ca. 40 min gedauert und wurde dann gegen 01:30 ausgestellt.

Etwas unschön war, dass mit uns fast gar kein Deutsch gesprochen werden konnte, die Kommunikation beim Check In nur auf Englisch lief. Dies ist schwierig für Menschen, die kein oder nur wenig Englisch verstehen/sprechen. Das Personal war dennoch äußerst freundlich. Der Aufenthalt und das Hotel mit seinen Zimmern war hervorragend. Sehr schön gestaltet und alles in einwandfreiem und sauberen Zustand.

Wir wurder so freundlich und herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen und das Zimmer stand bereits kurzfristig zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Look & Feel im Hotel wie auch in den Zimmer ist unfassbar schön, funktional, mit Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich wie an einem anderen Ort und sofort zu Hause. Rioca ist super, allerdings gibt es keine Getränkeautomaten und man kann zb kein Wasser nachts bekommen. Wir wollten in die Tiefgarage, aber es hat niemand geöffnet und bei der Klingel für die TG kam mehrere Minuten nur Wartemusik. Zimmer sind schön.

I thought this place was great! Comfortable beds, cute little chair, very convenient technology (like Chromecast on the TV and Bluetooth built into the bathroom mirror). Clean, quiet, cute. It's a bit remote from the city center, but a public transportation station is only like a 10 minute walk in either direction. Would definitely stay again!

Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und neu. Das Bad ist im tropischen Style und ein echter Hingucker. Alles genau so wie auf den Fotos. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gemütlich und mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw. eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight für uns war die Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Skyline der Stadt, die unglaublich schön eingerichtete Bar mit dem Restaurantbereich in dem wir gefrühstückt haben. Das Frühstück war auch toll, reichhaltig, sehr vielseitig und immer gut gefüllt. Wir wären unglaublich gerne viel länger geblieben denn wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service, wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit.

Das Rioca ist wirklich ein besonderer Platz. Obwohl wir keine Bargänger sind, war das Restaurant/Bar so einladend, dass wir noch einen Cocktail getrunken und Tacos gegessen haben. Die Tacos waren übrigens auch super! Das Persoanl ist superfreundlich, die Einrichtung des Zimmers top und die Matratzen schlaffreundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I highly recommend a stay here. There is a full breakfast available for 19euros It was well worth it due to the amount of food available . I arrived early on an international flight and they checked me in a few hours early . The decor is beautiful and the staff is very friendly . I will stay again next year . My stay was 4 nights

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr schönes Design und super sauber. Lediglich beim Frühstück war vieles nicht verfügbar und hat sehr lange gedauert bis es nachgefüllt wurde. Dafür hat sich die Dame auf nachfrage entschuldigt. Verhungern tut aber dennoch niemand 😜 Top Empfehlung.

My husband and I spent two weeks at Rioca and we were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating ( special thanks to Erika , Sebastian and Anna ) The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Location was great and had amazing views from the seventh floor restaurant and bar ( food and drinks were fab! ) few mins walk to the U-Bahn and Rewe Supermarket which was convenient . Next time we are in Frankfurt this will be our spot.
