Das Hotel ist über zwei nahegelegene Metrostationen und die Bahn in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Auch bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich neu und die dortigen Angestellten sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war für französische Verhältnisse eher groß und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsräume bieten viele Spielmöglichkeiten und der Kaffeeautomat steht die ganze Zeit zur freien Verfügung. Man kann sich sogar mit einer aufladbaren Karte von der Rezeption vier unterschiedliche Biere rund um die Uhr selbst zapfen. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch gehalten. Es werden abgezählt jeweils ein Saft, ein Croissant, Joghurt und Butter pro Person ausgegeben. Wer möchte, kann auch noch ein Obststück und Cornflakes haben. Der Pool war wegen Bauarbeiten noch nicht nutzbar. Fazit: Gut gelegenes schönes neues Hotel. Vor allem für Familien mit größeren Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wer das Frühstück am Morgen braucht, sollte ein Appartement mit Kühlschrank nehmen und sich im örtlichen Supermarkt entsprechend eindecken.

Super hôtel nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais pas de communication sur l’arrivée en voiture car pas de place devant l’hôtel pour se garer mais la réception nous a donnez le code aussitôt pour pas gêné la circulation. Et le petit déjeuner un peut mal organisé mais très bon. Critique purement constructive car nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans l’ensemble.

Excellent sejour, personnel agréable, à l'écoute et sympathique. Chambre propre et bien équipé Possibilité de repas sur place ( armoire refrigiré et micro onde) Lit confortable, bonne insonorisation. Equipement au top : sauna, piscine salle de sport , ouvert tard Petit déjeuner standart. Peut-etre fournisseur de baguette à revoir, trop industrielle mais correcte.

The shower door was missing the strip at its base that prevented water from flowing out and flooding the entire room. We learned from another guest that the strip was underneath the sink. Why didn't they explain this at check-in? Also, the floor in the pool room was always flooded an very slippery. It should have a mat to prevent slipping.

Une très bonne surprise pour ma nuit dans cet hôtel récent qui a ouvert fin juin 2024. Personnel disponible & souriant, espace de co-living avec un distributeur foodless avec de bons produits pour manger sur place (entrée plat dessert pour 13€). L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking a 12€ la nuit mais il y a aussi de la place dans la rue (stationnement payant également) Concernant la chambre RAS, tout est propre, bonne literie, douche sans réducteur de pression ce qui devient rare dans les hôtels, cafetière et bouilloire avec café et thés a disposition, (pensez au chocolat aussi ^^) La nuit a été très calme aucun bruit de couloir. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une piscine et sauna mais étant en déplacement pro je n'ai pas testé les équipements. Je découche une cinquantaine de nuits par an et très clairement cet hôtel se place facile dans le top 3 des hôtels que j'ai pu faire. A tester sans hésiter !

I stayed for a visit to Paris Expo. My first room was quite dirty so I requested a change. The lady at reception went to check my room and told me “it was clean”. I showed photos I had taken of the uncleanliness. I was then offered a new room. It was better but not to the general standard one would expect from hotels. I felt that the member of staff was a little rude to me about the whole situation. Although the next day the same person asked how it was as I was checking out. But it was too little too late. The other staff seemed lovely. Breakfast is not great. The pastries and bread were delicious (seemed fresh from a bakery) but there was no hot food, no meat, no cheese. I would not stay again. It has potential but I felt the member of staff was rude and the cleanliness is just not very good.

Very misleading and extremely disappointed. So many things broken in room and very dirty. Complained but nothing was done. Wasted money and will not be staying here again. Had to ask several times for things, was not a relaxing nor good stay. Breakfast was awful- nothing even there besides hot drinks and juices even if you were to go early. Wasted money.

Stayed for 3 nights for expo. Clean and quiet room. Room is large for Paris standard. Friendly reception. Full kitchen in room. No house keeping for first day but it actually worked well for me. Common areas is quite nice. Good for young travelers that want to mingle. 10min walk to metro and supermarket. Definitely recommend.

Instalações novas, equipa nova. Exige uns 10/15 mins a pé para chegar ao metro. Deram-me um quarto abaixo do reservado (mínimo) o seguinte não era muito melhor. O sofá/canapé é muito desconfortável e inutilizável, secretaria do quarto inaproriada para travalhar. Piscina perfeita para um banho ao fim do dia. Pequeno almoço ok.

Staff was lovely and kind. No issues there. We knew going into this stay that the hotel is more like a "community living space" but we were still expecting a refrigerator in our room, there wasn't one. The room was also an awkward layout. There was a coffee maker and a kettle, but no plug near it, had to brew coffee on the floor because of plug placement. Also the cleaning schedule is so bizarre. It advertises as once a week, which we were fine with, but they were showing up every few days with no warning so we really didn't care for that, especially when we had a late morning. They also don't seem to communicate with the cleaning staff as to how many people were in the room. We went from having two bath towels and three smaller ones to one bath towel and two smaller ones and then one bath towel and one smaller one. Luckily the staff at the front desk was kind enough to get us another towel when requested. This place is probably great for others, but we wouldnt stay again.

Es werden abgezählt jeweils ein Saft, ein Croissant, Joghurt und Butter pro Person ausgegeben. Wer möchte, kann auch noch ein Obststück und Cornflakes haben. I stayed for a visit to Paris Expo. My first room was quite dirty so I requested a change. The lady at reception went to check my room and told me “it was clean”. I showed photos I had taken of the uncleanliness. I was then offered a new room. It was better but not to the general standard one would expect from hotels. The other staff seemed lovely. Breakfast is not great. The pastries and bread were delicious (seemed fresh from a bakery) but there was no hot food, no meat, no cheese. I would not stay again. The hotel need to stop taking UNATHORISED MONIES from customers accounts!! My original stay was booked (through Hotels.com) to check out on the 16th however, an additional booking was made again through Hotels.com to check out on the 19th. When booked through Hotels.com payment is always paid upfront, so I was rather surprised, to say the least, that the hotel took the payment again, I would like to say at this point that the payment was UNAUTHORISED. I spoke to the receptionist about this payment and I was advised that I would be refunded within 5 working days. I did not receive any refund after 5 days. I would advise any one who is wanting to stay here to be extremely careful as they take payment UNAUTHORISED and totally ignore any communication chasing said refund.

La cerradura de la puerta del hotel se dañó después de trabajar en medio de la noche, y ningún personal pudo abrir la puerta. El problema se resolvió en la recepción hasta la mañana siguiente. Instalações novas, equipa nova. Exige uns 10/15 mins a pé para chegar ao metro. Deram-me um quarto abaixo do reservado (mínimo) o seguinte não era muito melhor. O sofá/canapé é muito desconfortável e inutilizável, secretaria do quarto inaproriada para travalhar. Piscina perfeita para um banho ao fim do dia. Pequeno almoço ok.

Super hôtel nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais pas de communication sur l’arrivée en voiture car pas de place devant l’hôtel pour se garer mais la réception nous a donnez le code aussitôt pour pas gêné la circulation. Et le petit déjeuner un peut mal organisé mais très bon. Critique purement constructive car nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans l’ensemble.

Stayed for 3 nights for expo. Clean and quiet room. Room is large for Paris standard. Friendly reception. Full kitchen in room. No house keeping for first day but it actually worked well for me. Common areas is quite nice. Good for young travelers that want to mingle. 10min walk to metro and supermarket. Definitely recommend.

Une très bonne surprise pour ma nuit dans cet hôtel récent qui a ouvert fin juin 2024. Personnel disponible & souriant, espace de co-living avec un distributeur foodless avec de bons produits pour manger sur place (entrée plat dessert pour 13€). L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking a 12€ la nuit mais il y a aussi de la place dans la rue (stationnement payant également) Concernant la chambre RAS, tout est propre, bonne literie, douche sans réducteur de pression ce qui devient rare dans les hôtels, cafetière et bouilloire avec café et thés a disposition, (pensez au chocolat aussi ^^) La nuit a été très calme aucun bruit de couloir. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une piscine et sauna mais étant en déplacement pro je n'ai pas testé les équipements. Je découche une cinquantaine de nuits par an et très clairement cet hôtel se place facile dans le top 3 des hôtels que j'ai pu faire. A tester sans hésiter !

Very misleading and extremely disappointed. So many things broken in room and very dirty. Complained but nothing was done. Wasted money and will not be staying here again. Had to ask several times for things, was not a relaxing nor good stay. Breakfast was awful- nothing even there besides hot drinks and juices even if you were to go early. Wasted money.

The air conditioning was terrible in that heat wave!!!! The room was very hot for my liking!! And there was no fan on site to be borrowed. But The room was good with the kitchenette, bed was comfortable.

The hotel need to stop taking UNATHORISED MONIES from customers accounts!! My original stay was booked (through Hotels.com) to check out on the 16th however, an additional booking was made again through Hotels.com to check out on the 19th. When booked through Hotels.com payment is always paid upfront, so I was rather surprised, to say the least, that the hotel took the payment again, I would like to say at this point that the payment was UNAUTHORISED. I spoke to the receptionist about this payment and I was advised that I would be refunded within 5 working days. I did not receive any refund after 5 days. I would advise any one who is wanting to stay here to be extremely careful as they take payment UNAUTHORISED and totally ignore any communication chasing said refund.

The shower door was missing the strip at its base that prevented water from flowing out and flooding the entire room. We learned from another guest that the strip was underneath the sink. Why didn't they explain this at check-in? Also, the floor in the pool room was always flooded an very slippery. It should have a mat to prevent slipping.
