Bei dem sehr günstigen Preis der Unterkunft haben wir definitiv weniger erwartet, daher waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sauber, freundliches Personal, Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war etwas schwach, sonst war das Zimmer super. Das Hotel liegt sehr geschickt ca. 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Mestre entfernt, von dem man nach Santa Lucia fahren kann. Nachts würde ich mich in der Gegend ums Hotel alleine wahrscheinlich nicht ganz wohl fühlen, aber zu zweit war das kein Problem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hin gehen.

Our reservation said Queen-size beds but we get double beds, when asking, they said they didn't have Queen-size beds in any room. Wifi works badly. Breakfast was delicious and great, very good options. The hotel have a restaurant with good prices and delicious food. Good service

El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de la estación de una estación de trenes, pero en la calles que llevan al hotel y en sus afueras hay mucha gente extranjera sin hacer nada solo revisando quien llega y quien sale, mucha gente sin negocio en los alrededores. Se siente muy peligroso. No nos pasó nada afortunadamente, pero si hay mucho mal viviente afuera. La habitación estaba limpia pero con exceso de aromatizante ambiental, no podíamos ni respirar de tan fuerte que estaba el olor. La habitación tenía solo un foco así que estaba medio oscura. El desayuno muy rico, aunque en su mayoría es dulce. El personal de recepción muy amable. Los elevadores están muy chiquitos solo caben a lo mucho 2 personas con maletas.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station (Venice Mestre). The room and bathroom are quite small. The hotel is quite far away from the other restaurants but it has its own restaurant which included Chinese dishes in its menu. The staff are very friendly. It has a late check-out time (noon). I stayed here for 2 nights in a solo room. The room was very spacious for a single person and I felt it was very nice. I noticed later however that there was mould on the ceiling, and no matter how many ways I tried, the heating was locked to 25 which was far too hot for me. Outside of the hotel, once dark falls, large groups of men were gathering and doing drugs in the shadows just off the hotel entrance. Walking alone after a day out felt very uncomfortable because of this. Breakfast had variety but was mostly open, so staled quickly. I did enjoy my stay here but feel a little more control on the temp in the rooms would be great, and covers over breakfast items would help. I don’t know what you can do about the groups outside unfortunately.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer sowie das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof Mestre ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben das Hotel zum Übernachten mit Frühstück gebucht und können es weiterempfehlen.

All staff are really really friendly kind and helpful, well maintained property, very clean, breakfast was very good and better than expected, nice smell shower gel and good water pressure, very convenient transportation, quiet and safe inside the hotel. What i don't like is small room,A/C switched off in October, no fridge, no kettle, no toiletries apart from hand soap and shower gel which are very nice smell. People around the shops near the hotel are a bit noisy evening time.

Esta a 5 minutos del Tren , Estacion Venecia Mestre.. pero esta la salida un poco oscura y te da las sensacion de inseguridad. No paso nada.! el Cuarto me toco abajo de la cocina y a las 6 am se escucha mucho Ruido de puertas.. El baño de la habitacion esta horrible para Bañarte debes es una regadera cubierta por una cortina de tela.. ya sabras el tiradero de Agua por todo el baño .

This place was very clean, staff was very friendly. Nice and close to train maybe 10 mins and bus stop 5 min walk. Bus ride to Venice was only 20 mins as well as the train.

Sono stata per una notte,la struttura si vede che non è recente,molto basic ma perfetta per chi deve soggiornare così,era pulita e anche con la TV in camera,colazione a buffet con l essenziale,brioche fette biscottate yogurt cereali e con anche la parte salata pane tostato uova e formaggio e prosciutto..vicinissima alla fermata del bus per Venezia.
