Över förväntan, perfekt läge för att stanna till för en heldag i Venedig. Enkel parkering ingår i priset, promenadavstånd till buss nr 6 till buss/båt torget i Venedig. Det enda som drar ner betytt är att poolen inte är färdigställd juli/aug 2023.

Overall the stay was great. The staff was always helpful. Shuttle was always ready when we needed it. But the elevators … oh the elevators. Only 2 of 3 were working and the time to get one was sometimes painful. Hope they fix that third one soon for future clients. But overall very happy with our stay.

Very modern, stylish and clean. The small single bed in the triple room was very firm but the bed was comfy. Easily walkable to the area and bus stops behind the hotel via the side gate at the rear car park. Easy to park, plenty of car parking spaces. Plenty of options at breakfast from savoury to sweet. Would highly recommend to all.

It was too close to motorway and a petrol station and too far from the train station with limited shuttle buses . The bonus was having a pool although often not enough sun loungers . Rooms were cleaned every day , breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Overall a nice hotel but location not great .

Very nice hotel with a good pool and sun bed area. The room was big and the bathroom was very good quality and with an excellent shower. The room was spotless. The location was ideal and offered a 10 min walk to a bus stop to get straight into Venice. It was easy to do and handy bus routes. The only issue was the aircon was very poor and since we went during the peak of summer this affected our sleep quite a bit. Also the beds are two single mattresses pushed together and they often came apart and we fell down the middle during the night. Aside from these issues we had a lovely stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating and we would recommend a stay here to anyone.

O hotel é muito bom na região de Mestre e oferece um serviço de van gratuito que nos buscou e nos deixou na estação central de trem da cidade, de onde pudemos pegar um trem para a ilha de Veneza. Há também uma estação de ônibus razoavelmente próxima do hotel que nos servia bem para ir e voltar da ilha.

L'hotel vient d'être rénové. Le parking est très facile et pratique. terrible bémol lorsque vous utilisez les toilettes, toutes la salle de bain est souillée..... Lorsque je me suis adressé à la réception on m'a dit que le problème était connu. L'hotel est bien mais c'est très dérangeant de voir le contenu des toilettes finir sur le sol de la salle de bains. Espérons que ce problème CONNU sera résolu.

The elevators were super tiny! Asked for directions to bus and was not told correctly at first. Our room was warm and could not figure out how to adjust it. The food in dining room was just okay- nothing really spectacular and we had to chase down a bar tender to get a drink. Staff was not super friendly but just adequate . The rooms were small and television had no English speaking channels. I could not get strong enough Wi-Fi at all.

This would have been the best hotel for the price,quality and convenience however two things need to be looked at noise insulation and for sure air-conditioning other wise it is a perfect hotel on all directions ...still love it and will come back ...

The property offer in web site AC and that is false they turn off the whole hotel. The best part whit his wonderful service was Roberto at the restaurant. He is amazing. Thank you Roberto.

The staff at the front desk wasn't extremely friendly. There were three very tiny elevators, with only two working. The employees were very good about calling cabs for us, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet breakfast was okay, nothing great.

Front desk doesn’t understand some English. The room itself was good. The TV doesn’t have Netflix, even though it has it on the remote. The TV doesn’t have casting either, so you’re stuck with everything in Italian. The restaurant downstairs isn’t the best. I went there for lunch and the waitress/host was very helpful, but for dinner they switched the staff and that’s where it went downhill. They had me sitting there for 30 minutes with not even any water or bread. That should be the first thing you get when you sit at a table. I had gotten up and left because I didn’t want to wait anymore. Continental breakfast was horrible. The food was all cold. You’re better off with the baked good they provide. There was not many options for those who have celiac, which is surprising. Overall, I would not stay there again.
