The site is very well located for visiting Venice with a reasonably priced and frequent shuttle bus. The pool area and restaurant/bar are also great and the one dinner we ate there was lovely. It's quite a pretty site too and the majority of staff were very helpful. However, it's not the kind of site where we would stay unless it was a base for visiting the nearby area as there is not much else to do. The on site shop was expensive and did not really have any fresh food options for self catering. The chalet looked nice on first viewing but had a lot of little issues, such as: Bathroom fittings being loose, shower controls that were broken, lack of kitchen utensils, a hob that didn't work properly, a safe that didn't work, A/C that only operated in the kitchen etc. The nearest toilet block was also closed without explanation. Overall impression: Really good option for a quick visit to Venice, but I wouldn't go back otherwise.

This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place.

The property is fantastic for a family with kids. They have a pool, a small playground, there’s a small market with all your grocery needs. It felt safe, the little homes had all the essentials you need even AC and heat. There’s a shuttle that takes you to and from Venice, that you can easily book at front desk or once you check-in. We were really happy with our stay, the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was challenging, the wifi didn’t work for us at all. We did check with the staff and they directed us to restart our phones, which we did multiple times. We understand it’s out of their control. So just keep that in mind when booking!

The Hu was a great spot to stop. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. There was a market and a restaurant inside with a security guard at the front gate so i felt safe leaving the car in the parking space while i took the shuttle bus into Venice.

Our chalet room smelt musty and was full of ants … we informed the front desk and left for Venice… front desk said they would send out technicians and have this rectified… we returned 7 hrs later with nothing done and had to book elsewhere

Es war eine Katastrophe. Die Zimmer waren extrem dreckig! Wir mussten den Urlaub dort abbrechen, eine Rückerstattung gab es auch nicht. Es wurde ein neues sauberes Zimmer angeboten welches wir nie bekommen haben. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

This place was a pleasant surprise! The camping area is huge, spotless, and super safe. We stayed in a cozy 2-bedroom standalone suite. It had everything we needed - everything was clean, organized, and totally functional. We parked our car right in the camp for free. We didn’t need the shuttle service because it’s just a short walk to the bus station, where we hopped on a bus to Venice. One night, it poured buckets outside, but the rooms were completely dry. We could hear the raindrops tapping on the roof, but it didn’t bother us at all. It felt like camping, and it was an incredible, 5-star experience.

The cost of the accommodation was reasonable. Our bungalows had comfortable twin beds, fresh bedding, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, ample towels and wardrobe space. The daily bus from just outside the venue to Venice was quick and easy to book and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our accommodation did not have sound proofing! This was necessary for its location alongside the main pool area and a very busy motorway especially at night! The bungalow unit constantly moved during the night with the volume of traffic. Sadly due to disturbed sleep we checked out a day early.

It is so noisy through night as motorway and train just right at back, and our bungalow is just next to those,. So noisy every night, cannot sleep at all. We arrived on the night of 12th, and was told that the pool is closed from following day. But we not been told when we booked and did c the photo of pool, and we brought swimming costume and gooogles as well. But it was told on the check-in that it was closed . This is unfair and made my kids so disapppointed. There is non activity at all for kids, non at all. The table tennis need pay for that, the park was just tiny. The staff didn't check safe properly, and we not able to open the safe one day, need asked reception to send tech over to fix it. We were supposed to go out but delayed bcos if need waiting for tech coming to fix save and get my staff once opened. But actually bcos of low battery. The battery was already showing but we didn't know as it is new to us. But how they not check before someone gonna move in.

This resort is suitable for travellers by own car. The reception has a queue while check in. Nearest bus stop was 20 mins walking distance. Parking space was adequate. Operational playing area with amenities of Billiards and table polo. Breakfast was fulfilling and healthy. We got a Chalet with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with all necessary amenities. Housekeepers were quick to help but the cleaning is only available at checkout. Overall the resort was absolutely value for money and family oriented.

Compact accommodation, great for a couple of nights or as a base to sleep and visit other places. The accommodation we had was basically a bedroom and en-suite, but the shower door (which comes straight into the bedroom) is clear glass, so we had to take it in turns to sit outside whilst each person showered. Amazing aircon, kept us cool even during the heatwave! Lovely pool. Needs some maintenance-our particular bench was rotten, the table top had detached from the frame and the bench had rotted so much it had a big hole with the screws left sticking up, so needs replacing.

Wifi virkede ikke i 95 % i værelset. Trods gentagne gange man nævnte det, sagde de bare at wifi dækkede hele området. Vi boede tæt ved en rundkørsel i nærmest yderkanten af pladsen. Så det larmede allerede fra morgenstunden. Men, men, men.. der var flot og hyggeligt i området når man kommer ind med pool og restaurant/bar. Der er også en lille butik med dagligvarer. Nemt at bestille shutlebus til Venedig.

Konaklama yerine 40 dk erken gittik odamız hazırdı. Oda tertemizdi, biz 2+1 bungalovlarda kaldık. Odaların dizaynı iyi idi. Tek eksi tarafı odaların biraz dar olması. Şubat ayı olması nedeniyle hava geceleri 3 dereceye kadar düştü ancak ısıtma sistemi güzel çalışıyordu hiç üşümedik. Olumsuz sayılabilecek iki şey vardı biri yastıklar çok inceydi , diğeri internet odalardan iyi çekmiyordu.

Property is a good resort with pool and hot tub. We reached a bit early and asked for early check in and they made us wait until the official check-in time. They didn't make an effort to give the room early though it was ready. Customer service is poor with no proper response. I bought lot of food (Pizza, coke, burgers and icecream). I asked for ice for my coke and they said 2 euros which I paid and it was only half glass ice. We bought tickets to go to venice which we didn't use and asked for refund which they said non-refundable in a rude way. They didn't make an effort to give the room early though it was ready. Customer service is poor with no proper response. I bought lot of food (Pizza, coke, burgers and icecream). I asked for ice for my coke and they said 2 euros which I paid and it was only half glass ice. We bought tickets to go to venice which we didn't use and asked for refund which they said non-refundable in a rude way. All good, very good value for money. Cheap and cheerful accommodation, everything functioned well and was clean. All good apart from bad experience with the information desk clerk who blamed a 30 min late shuttle bus that they ran on us, and told us we should’ve got an earlier one. Bus was meant to arrive at 11:20 to be in Venice for a trip we had booked for 12. Ended up leaving at 11:50. We would’ve been fine if it was on time. Luckily we could change the trip time to 2 o’clock so wasn’t an issue in the end. Clerk was very rude and accusatory towards us even though it was clearly their fault, I was very close to saying something but kept my mouth shut.

We rented a little cabin and it was great. The facilities are awesome, but the staff have no manners and are rude. From the staff at check in to the ones at the restaurant, our interactions was unpleasant/ staff don’t seem to appreciate visitors. We traveled in many different hotels in Italy and first time it happened. Would return again anyway because the site was great.

This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place.

I would have given the experience 5 stars except for the on-site restaurant staff. Not all but quite a few were hostile and rude. They made no effort to be gracious or kind to guests. The emphasis was more on quick efficient process of order taking and delivery. Very little focus was given to presentation or quality in the purchased breakfast. One morning, the meat was all raw. Guests tried to tell staff that it was not safe for consumption, but they would not listen. So no one ate the meat.

If you are just using it as a base to sleep it's great but when you arrive ask for extra pillows as a single one is on your bed and they are flat. The only thing that let it down for us was the customer service at this location. We arrived and had to remind them on what we had booked. The cost of the accommodation was reasonable. Our bungalows had comfortable twin beds, fresh bedding, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, ample towels and wardrobe space. The daily bus from just outside the venue to Venice was quick and easy to book and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our accommodation did not have sound proofing! This was necessary for its location alongside the main pool area and a very busy motorway especially at night! The bungalow unit constantly moved during the night with the volume of traffic. Sadly due to disturbed sleep we checked out a day early.

It was around 2 km from mestre railway station, but walkable, they had shuttle bus service to Venice torchetto for €2.50 per person. We had a great time over there with family although it was cold & we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool. Check in & check out were smooth. Also they have mini market on site

The cabins were absolutely adorable. Very clean. We were able to get 2 beds. They were fairly comfortable, not the best but for the price it was surprising how good they were! Very very thin pillows, however they’re very long and I was able to fold it in thirds and get it supportive. The campsite is well maintained. Gorgeous pool. Restaurant was good. The shuttle was perfect. €2.50 each way.

While the room was spacious, the internet in the room was very, very weak. There is only 1 restaurant and it is closed for lunch! Nothing else walking distance. Only way out is the shuttle service which after 12 noon doest run until 4pm. There was no room service available

I had a great time and experienced no issues. I did see one of the receptionist yell at a client who was experiencing issues with their keys. Overall, the breakfast was a 4/10 for the price. They do have laundry and an atm available so that was amazing. The room itself was beautiful and location was easy to access.

Okay location to discover Venice if you dont mind walking 20mins to the tram. Restaurant food wasn’t anything to write home about. Enquired about gluten free told they had items available, arrived 1 hour later to be told after sitting down only one thing left as others sold out. Item was a microwave meal and not very appetising.

I liked the location (great to visit Venezia) and the fact of having a direct transfer from the campsite to the city. Also nice to have a swimming pool and a bar. However, I am not happy with the accommodation. For 175 euro/night I expected better room conditions and cleanliness. I asked reception for a 9V battery for a safety box. They promised to send a technician, The guy came around 10pm, I told him I needed a battery. He said he would bring one in 10 minutes. (btw no English). He never came back. I would not recommend staying there.
