Ottima la colazione, sempre abbondante. Camera pulita, non grandissima ma dotata di tutto quanto serviva per renderla accogliente. Stesso discorso per il bagno. Comodo il parcheggio interno, con non molto posti ma senza dubbio, un ottimo servizio. Nulla di negativo da segnalare. Il classico albergo a conduzione familiare, senza grandi pretese ma assolutamente degno di una visita. Lo terremo presente per le prossime trasferte venete.

Goed gelegen om Venetië te bezoeken. De busstop is vlakbij. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen en zullen het zeker aan anderen aanraden. De enige opmerking die we eventueel hebben is dat er geen frigo op de kamer is. Er is wel een drankautomaat aan de receptie.

Amazing experience at the hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt safe in this hotel as they lock the door at night. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Feels like home to stay here. The location is not walkable to the train station but there are buses nearby that go straight to Venice. Overall, amazed by the hotel and the great value.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche tropft nur. Sehr wenig Druck. Man hört die Nachbarn beim Toilettengang. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön. 5 Minuten zum Bus nach Venedig. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück frisch und reichhaltig. Für einen Besuch in Venedig, ohne längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

I was very impressed with the variety of choices for breakfast. The woman who helped with the service was very friendly and helpful. The man who checked me in helped me with a predicament that I was in and mailed a package for me. All was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the pillows were hard.

It’s a small hotel with a colonial style . It has everything you need for a short stay . It offers breakfast and public transportation is available few minutes from it. The public bus takes you directly to Venice. The staff were very friendly (Ramiro and Stephania) and very helpful when asking for directions and places to eat . They gave us the opportunity to buy the bus tickets at the hotel for Venice and when leaving to the train station .

Un tres bon acceuil dans un hotel agreable. Le personnel etait au top et la chambre spacieuse et tres propre. La salle de bain aussi etait bien. Le buffet du petit dejeuner etait copieux et tres bon avec un personnel aux petits soins. De plus, cet hotel tres calme est situe toit proche d'une station de bus qui dessert la ville de Venise toutes les vingt minutes. Je recommande vivement.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location wasn’t the greatest (not the best place to walk around), but we chose this place to save some money and it was worth it. We had an excellent meal at a local restaurant close by. We would recommend this place to people visiting Venice. It was an easy bus ride into Venice.

Amazing experience at the hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt safe in this hotel as they lock the door at night. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Feels like home to stay here. The location is not walkable to the train station but there are buses nearby that go straight to Venice. Overall, amazed by the hotel and the great value.

Buona soluzione per visitare Venezia senza spendere troppo. Ben connesso al centro storico tramite bus con frequenza di circa 20min. Pulizia ok. Servizi basici. Vicino all hotel presente lavanderia self service, bar, gelateria, tabacchi e fermata bus vicina. Ok per chi ha piu giorni per poter visitare Venezia.

Tout a été très apprécié. Par contre l'emplacement a été difficile à trouver, personne ne semblait connaître cet hôtel. Mais nous avons été charmé par ce lieu. Merci!

I was surprised I liked this property as much as I did. It’s in a quiet area right across from a laundromat and only an 18 minute walk from Venezia Mestre station. You can take the 6 bus to the hotel which will only require a five minute walk thereafter. There’s a few dining options near by. Access into Venice only required a five minute walk to the bus stop to catch the 6. One way was 1.50 Euro. The hotel sold the tickets which made it very convenient. The room was huge and consisted of a single bed and a larger queen sized bed. There was a cabinet for storage. Lots of outlets near the beds. I also had a balcony and a table. The bathroom had little amenities like shower caps, shampoo, needle and thread. My daughter and I absolutely LOVED the free breakfast. They offered simple sandwiches, toasts, croissants, fruit, cereal, jam, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, desserts, juice and coffee/tea options. I filled my water bottle every morning with water from their water cooler. There was also a little bar where you can purchase drinks after breakfast. Areas of improvement would be a mini fridge in the room and better bed sheets/comforter. Overall, would stay here again. Everyone was so kind. I felt incredibly safe in this neighbourhood. Quick and easy access into Venice. AMAZING breakfast!!!

Un tres bon acceuil dans un hotel agreable. Le personnel etait au top et la chambre spacieuse et tres propre. La salle de bain aussi etait bien. Le buffet du petit dejeuner etait copieux et tres bon avec un personnel aux petits soins. De plus, cet hotel tres calme est situe toit proche d'une station de bus qui dessert la ville de Venise toutes les vingt minutes. Je recommande vivement.

The property was close to public transportation and the receptionist "Robert" was great. He explained in detail how to travel to Venice by city bus and how to get around by city boat. The breakfast was great, boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, fruits, cereal, juice, coffee etc. There was also a laundry mat right across the street. That was great as we were on our 2nd week of travel. Local restaurant "il Giardinetto" and "Gigi" were casual and great as well as Marciano's pub. Overall, this was our favorite city and stay.

Goed gelegen om Venetië te bezoeken. De busstop is vlakbij. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen en zullen het zeker aan anderen aanraden. De enige opmerking die we eventueel hebben is dat er geen frigo op de kamer is. Er is wel een drankautomaat aan de receptie.

I was very impressed with the variety of choices for breakfast. The woman who helped with the service was very friendly and helpful. The man who checked me in helped me with a predicament that I was in and mailed a package for me. All was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the pillows were hard.
