We arrived later evening. I had pre-paid so was given room key for 423. We walked to the elevator which was labeled out of service. The hotel was NOT full so I feel that the desk clerk should have warned us about being on the top floor without an elevator and ask if that was physically ok for us or if we would like a room on a lower floor.

Very deceiving! Advertise a pool, but it doesn’t even have water. Internet doesn’t work at all. When I asked for a refund they refused. I had very disappointed kiddos that looked forward to swimming. After a lengthy time they finally gave a refund so we could go elsewhere.

Pool and hot tub were out of order/drained during our stay which was a little disappointing. The AC/heating unit was turned on high heat upon our arrival, so the room was very hot our first night. Room was very clean, and the staff were helpful.

We were double charged for one room leaking pipes right outside our room. On the website it says swimming pool was available to use come to find out it was closed for the last 3 years for renovations!!!! Tv didnt work well.

Rooms had poor bathrooms with no working vents, broken towel hooks, and door that would not close. Unable to look out the window as it was all stained from a broken seal. Room and hallway smelled and food service for breakfast was very limited with many items not available or broken dispensers. Trash outside was all outside the dumpster in the parking lot and not picked up. Would never stay again at this facility.

This property is a very clean, well maintained, and quiet. The staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linens were sparkling clean and comfortable to sleep in. The complimentary " Continental":breakfast included eggs. Yay. This stay was a very good value for the $65 I paid. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Davenport next month.

Beautiful room, immaculately clean, easy access on the ground floor, comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast ... but best of all, the nicest people at the front desk. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. And the gentleman who came to fix our TV (in a matter of seconds) was awesome too. We also love the blue exterior -- very peaceful and relaxing to look at.

This is an old hotel that has been remodeled. It is tucked back all the way at the end of a frontage road along I 80. Not bad for the price, but our TV didn't work and they didn't seem to care.

My experience with the hotel itself wasn't all that bad. The Internet was absolutely horrific so I couldn't get work done or watch TV. My main issue is with the hotels.com site. The hotel required a cash deposit and nowhere in the process of making a reservation did that ever come up. I was so uncomfortable when they asked for it at check in. I don't know if that is a website issue or the hotel's but it was a very uncomfortable situation.

Overall stay was below average. It was the little things like no conditioner in the showere(there was a bottle but it was empty) tv did not work at times, our keycard stopped working 3 times over our two night stay, limited parking( we had to park in a dark unlit corner in the middle of the night). Staff were not helpful. Never apologized for inconveniences. Acted like it happened all the time. When we complained about our keycard to the room not working the just asked what the room number was and rescanned the card. I could have given any room number because they never verified our identity to the room.

The first room the TV didn’t work no sound the night clerk joyfully got us to another room, however an hour later went into bathroom and find water on the floor that was leaking from the light fixture in the ceiling. So moved to third room? Third room was ok, but on checkout we received no offer of any reduction of room cost, but did receive an apology. If you observe our records we have stayed in motels ten plus times over the last two years and this was the worst we have experienced for the price we paid.

My first impression was the location. It’s down at the end of the street next to a busy highway. It’s very poorly lighted. No place to park for trailers. Noticed some broken security doors and on my way out, someone had their driver side window replaced. Not sure what happened. Seems pretty self explanatory. You could tell it has been newly remodeled but instead of patching the ceiling before spraying it, the contractor just sprayed over it. To cut costs, they did shoddy work. Staff was not trained how to handle reservations during Wifi and phone outages. Took a little too long to check in. This is not a staffing issue. It’s a management issue. Our room was okay. It was clean but the two beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were not queens like most hotels and sat on hard metal frames. Everything about this hotel including the breakfast, spells CHEAP! But they charge a premium price. I would compare this place to Red Roof or Motel 6. They won’t “Leave the Lights on For You.” because there are no lights to turn on.

Breakfast was standard: hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal packets, 2 types of cold cereal, muffins, bagels, bread, cream cheese, waffle maker, coffee, juice, etc. the room was nice, tv remote worked well. Coffee available 24 hrs in lobby area. The motel was kind of remote, but shared a parking lot with Cracker Barrel restaurant.

So, it is actually 2 Hotels in one.... a Days Inn & Baymont Hotel (both owned by Wyndham). I got a 1st floor Days Inn room, the room was clean, comfortable, & quiet (pretty good for New Years Eve). The breakfast was excellent (scrambled eggs, sausage, milk, etc), so... better than standard "continental breakfast fare one usually sees. $68 thru Hotels.com. As i frequently go to the Quad Cities, ill definitely go here again. An A+ experience.....

Everything was above what I expected - except for the breakfast. It was way below expectations and reviews. The eggs were way overdone and looked and tasted like they have been reheated from 3 days ago. Pre cooked sausages were just below okay, but something to eat when on a time schedule. No fruit. No real healty cereal. I would have been better off to pay for breakfast at Cracker Barrel. The coffee, though, was good.
