Outside was not kept up very good inside was ok our bathroom door stuck and couldn't shut it all the way ceiling leaked and floor was wet between bathroom and bedroom . Fridge and microwave were on same circuit and blew I had to figure that out to fix it . Pool area was just pool pool bathrooms were turned into storage or just had door knobs taken off breakfast was ok scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy cereal n toast pancake machine

I have stayed here before and appreciate the staff and the breakfast offering a variety of choices. The hall carpeting needs to be replaced or stretched as it was very bumpy. My room had a problem with flies probably because it had grass and weeds growing right outside the window. Hopefully they took care of this problem for the next occupant.

This property was not clean and felt run down. The hallways looked like they were not vacuumed in weeks. I had cobwebs in the curtains of my room. there were cigarette butts all over outside in the parking lot and near the entrance. The landscaping was full of weeds and run down. There was a side entrance door from the parking lot that was not secured; the keycard lock was broke and anyone could freely come in and go as they please.

I was given the very end of the hallway room, the outside door was never locked, day or night. The room was missing a comfortable chair, and the shower was terrible. No water pressure. The people who cleaned it did a very good job! Really wondered about the bullet hole in the window!!

From the moment we walked in, i knew I was going to be disappointed. The only positive thing was the lady at the front deak was super sweet and nice. Beyond that, we instantly began looking for another place to stay. The firat room we were put in had stains on the bedding, a cigarette burn on the bedding, and the ceiling was peeling and hanging down. We asked for a different room. The next one was slightly better, yet the wall under the desk was in bad shape and falling apart. The bedding was tolerable at best yet i was juat uncomfortable even taking off my shoes and stepping foot on the carpet. I noticed it looked like there was probably mold in the AC unit. I honestly dont know if the rooms are actually ever cleaned or just put back together after aomeone checks out. I have stayed at other LaQuintas in the paat that have been wonderful. This was not one. Dont get fooled by the photos, they are probably all edited because i can guarantee no room ia actually deemed worth of staying in. Unfortunately we got in late and had to suffer through the first night, but we refused the 2nd night we reserved. They were nice enough to refund us for that 2nd night, but definitely doeant make up for everything else.

This property seems like it’s on its last legs. They had just done a renovation but it was lousy. Property was filthy, housekeeping didn’t seem to have a vacuum anywhere and rooms very dirty. Rooms smelled badly, staff was quitting, could clearly hear conversation from next room. Breakfast had very limited food. Staff said suppliers were refusing to give them food. Don’t stay here. Everyone deserves a better place to stay.

We had a reservation for 5 people but the room only had bedding for two people. Front desk was rude and didn't help but just keep interrupting us and raising her voice. The bathroom has mold all over the shower ceiling.

The lady who checked us in was friendly. The room was disappointing. There was no hand soap, the night table was sticky, there was a stain on one bedspread, the microwave smelled, there were smudges on the walls and headboard. We would never go there again

We got in very late (midnight). When we got to the room, the a/c was turned off (after 90° days), but thankfully it still worked. The next day, we also found the refrigerator to be turned off, but it also worked when turned back on. Room key stopped working the very next time we used it. No hook in the bathroom anywhere to hang any clothes or towels. And the sink drained very, very slowly.

Nice rooms and comfy bed. Towels are a little skimpy though, and really small. Also don’t really like the huge gap under the main door. It’s to big for comfort. Otherwise looks the same as it is pictured minus the chair that is shown.

We had a room way in the back where it seemed that guests dont often stay. Very moldy aircon, you could see the bottom sheet had not been changed :( and there was a massive gap at the bottom of the door that let ALL the sounds in from the hallway while someone accross from us was opening and slamming door costantly, moving carts and bags till about midnight.

The ceiling in the room was peeling. The hallways were super hot. The rooms matched. The A/C turned on but couldn't get it to turn down. Water pressure in shower not great (was nice and hot though). Check in stood there for 15 minutes, while customer after customer came up saying the room key wasn't working. 1 cashier who worked for 16+ hours (redhead), breakfast biscuits were stale and hard as a rock. Just not good. Yes $100 a night is great but for the extra $25 I'd stay at a better hotel.

Worst check in process I have ever experienced, It tooo 30 minutes or more as we waited in line behind one person. When we were greeted it was with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and sarcasm. The people working the front desk were incompetent and surly. They went so far as to embarrass me due to a hearing disability. Later they were aggressive in coming to the room to make us sign a document that was there responsibility to provide at check in. A responsible service oriented person would have apologized and brought the document to the room. the next morning the new clerk was no better-refusing to explain a detail pertaining to EXTRA charges on the room. Very poor experience taking into account we registered online and everything should have been prepared ahead of time. I never intend to use a WYNDAM property again. Its sad when a paying customer is treated in an embarrassing and shameful way ( one that has a disability)

When we checked in the attendant couldn’t find our reservation but did find it. We got our room key and when we got to our room was told we needed to go back and get a different room as the one we were given was out of service and front desk had been told that. Other than this the stay was good

It was fine besides there being a very long line to check in. The lady doing it was not happy to be there working and there was a lady that was just starting her first day and was trying to help. Also they said that there was a $75 charge for destruction that would come back to us when we checked out but we ended up getting charged which we did nothing to the room. Hoping to get that back.

The room was not cleaned how it's was supposed to be, staff was very rude, the staff didn't seem to care about any of my concerns, the key didn't work and I had to notify them, got attitude then she fixed it and told me to come down the hallway and grab it when she was already walking my way. Asked for towels in the receptionist up front told me she didn't have any going find a housekeeper with a attitude

Some of the staff were nice people but the rest were arrogant and disrespectful, the bathroom had bunches of dirt and/or whatever in the corners, there are plenty of shops, gas stations etc. the breakfast I didn't eat I wasn't feeling well, they over charged me as with hotels.com the tax and everything is supposed to be included but I was charged tax again on my check in, and my card was over charged! The receipts I was given had numerous errors on it and when I tried to bring it to their attention I was told I was told I didn't know what I was talking about As far as respectful after the first week staying there they treated me like I was homeless, my bill was always paid on time and without any argument! I'm going through some things at home as I just buried my mom and never told them that but I feel VERY disrespected. When I first started my stay they were energetic and wanted my business but days before leaving I felt like a homeless person and received mostly disrespect!!!! Overall it was a decent stay and I didn't have to sleep in my truck!

Easily accessible from the interstate. The pool was closed but there wasnt a sign on the door( had to look on the website itself to read about it) water pressure wasnt the greatest and noticed some wear and tear theoughout the room. Overall it was nice for the cost and what we needed it for. The people here were nice and accommodating.

The reviews I read were far from true from the experience I had at this hotel. It is an older property and the grounds are not well kept at all. The front desk was not friendly or informative upon check in. The hallway floors were very dirty. The elevator was hot like the heater was running. The ice machine on the second floor where I stayed did not work. The rooms were clean-ish. I never walked without my slides on in it. Breakfast was not appealing and only very small foam cups were provided for coffee/hot tea. Breakfast was put up early. I did not utilize the pool or the gym so I cannot review the condition of them. I was in town for graduation, and really only used the room to sleep and get cleaned up. It was not a terrible experience but not the best by any means. It fit the budget and was in a good part of town.

I'd rate it a C+ overall. The inside looks better than the outside. The switch plates in the room could have used a scrub down, but the room was clean otherwise. The breakfast area was very clean the first time I visited around 7:30. The next day I went up there later and guests had spilled sugar and such on the counters. The location is convenient, with plenty to do and good access to the interstate.

Clerk initially seemed almost surly; became more cordial and helpful as time progressed. Hall carpet was loose, to the point of almost being dangerous. There was some kind of remodeling going on, so I hope that was being addressed. Breakfast was fine.

At breakfast I saw the first automatic pancake maker. I have seen do it yourself waffles and their resultant messes, but this machine was fast and efficient. With NO mess. We will return in January.

Location was great. Staff were personable and helpful. Room was clean and we never heard any noise around us. We stay at LaQuinta often as we travel with our pets so we are very familiar with their "breakfast". The eggs are typical from some mix and bland. Sausage only is offered, bland and greasy. very little else to offer that might even entice someone to eat unless you really like cereal. McDonalds is just down the street so eat there. LaQuinta needs to do a serious revamp of its breakfast offering to something flavorful, tasty, less greasy, - how about instead of tasteless greasy sausage you offer a choice of ham and instead of box mix eggs you actually use some real eggs? How about instead of dry gagging biscuits you use some real baked biscuits? A good place to stay for the value but don't expect much for breakfast, go down the street to some fast food joint. you will enjoy breakfast more.

This was an excellent value for the money. The exterior pavement and landscaping could use a facelift, but it's cosmetic and nothing major. The beds are very comfortable and housekeeping is quite attentive. Tasty continental breakfast, too. Very polite staff. The room was very nice and well kept, although there are again some minor maintenance items such as paint starting to age and the door stuck slightly. The mattress and bedding were very nice and the AC unit was not overly loud, too. The pillows were the annoying, lumpy, square things, though. Like I said, these are not major issues, but just minor irks that keep it from getting a 5 star rating. I would happily stay here again.

Our room was clean, but the public areas could use a good cleaning. The breakfast left alot to be desired. Cold, dry biscuits, tasteless gravy and lukewarm scrambled eggs, plus no salt and pepper. Coffe was good, though.
