Half the lamps in the room were burned out, dead crickets and earwigs in the corners, live crickets and earwigs in the bathroom (plus a german cockroach in the tub). Boogers stuck to the walls, dust and cobwebs everywhere. The pool and hot tub were super over chlorinated so our eyes were burning just being in and around them. Wouldn't recommend

Our only complaint was the lack of an elevator to get to the second floor. Carrying large, heavy luggage up a flight of stairs was not easy. Our room was clean & fresh. The hallways & lobby were clean & staff was pleasant.

Some trouble with check in with room type needed and selected, paid for room in advance. Hot tub does not work but had warm water in it. Definitely has local residents living there. Hotel is very clean and maintained well. Breakfast is as expected. No elevator to second floor so be prepared to walk all your stuff up 2 flights of stairs. Would stay here again for the right price.

Room was infested with bed bugs. Got bit on my legs, shoulders, arms and neck. There was a blood stain on the pillow when I woke up. After I noticed the bites I looked in the corner of the mattress and it was covered in bed bug poop. I only asked for a partial refund. They denied me. I said I would leave an honest review if they did not make it right. They agreed to a refund, but said I had to do it through expedia. Expedia called the manager who said I could have a one day refund out of two and then told the expedia customer service he would not approve a refund. So unless you want to get your car, office and home infested with bed bugs I would pay more money to stay at a place who honors their customers. They were not very nice at all and wanted to see the pictures on my phone. which is not legal.

The room was not in good condition. The toilet seat was dirty and there was dirt on the bathroom floor. There was a stain on the comforter. The refrigerator was loud and sounded like water was dripping all night long. Also, the security lock was broken.

There were fleas on the bedding and then it prompted me to search the mattress and there were bed bugs. The bedding was damp and the room smelled like weed and old water that had been sitting.

Stayed here for an event in Davenport. Curtains had mold on them and two lights in the room did not work. There were also stains on the walls and bathroom door that could have been cleaned before my arrival. My room looked like it needed to be vacuumed again. Room also felt humid. Cold breakfast was not great. Hotel hallways don't seem to be air conditioned. Staff could smile more and greet their guests when they arrive.

Was okay. When we got there first thing they told was that there was no tv available since they were fighting again with the cable company. Classy!. With rooms being what they are come on and man up and make your customers happy. They should have offered a discounted rate. Breakfast could have been way better choices were cereal bagel or waffle. Staff was neither friendly or unfriendly. Ya get what ya pay for I suppose

rooms are nice and clean. beds are great. bathroom is too small. U have to step in the toliet to shut the door and then u can sit down. Our tub was slippery no safety strips in it, very much needed.

Good price for an overnight stop. The hotel is situated between a diner and a car dealership, but it’s a nice area with nearby dining options and easy access to the highway. We reserved a room with 1 King bed and received a King suite at no extra cost. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable sleeping and office area. My only concern was the noise from the refrigerator, which was loud enough that I had to turn it off during the night

The bathroom was tiny, the door barely opened without hitting the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre, no waffles even though they had the machine for it. There was a mixup with my deposit and when I went to reclaim it, the front desk worker tried to give me $100 instead of the $150 I paid. The room was fairly clean although minor things like there was hair in the shower and the toilet paper was halfway used already (not new roll). The air duct in the bathroom was busted open and the key for the room didn’t work so we had to walk to the front for a new one. However, it was safe, fairly clean, no bugs, no smells, for the price you get a decent stay.

Broken AC, broken bathroom fan, carpet that ruined brand new socks it was so dirty, and breakfast was very limited. Guy at counter was friendly, and the beds were fine, but not much else.

For the price it was a good stay. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. My negative rating is because I was overcharged. Even though I provided information showing this, I was locked out of my room and had to pay an additional amount before they would allow me access to the room that I had already pre-paid through Expedia. I understand the difference between a "pending charge" and a "completed transaction".

Check in was a nightmare. It took an hour to complete with multiple phone calls to expedia. The hotel staff said the payment from expedia failed and expected me to phone expdia. When I phoned expedia they said the hotel had to phone them! The staff at the hotel were unwilling to phone expedia. I had paid expedia in full for the hotel. This issue should have been sorted between the hotel and expedia. I was in reception for an hour trying to get this and had multiple calls with expedia. Expedia phoned the hotel and the hotel staff passed the phone to me to speak to them!!

Watch your credit card statement after you checkout because you will get an ADD-ON charge of $1.50 for every night you stay even if you paid in advance via Expedia or some other hotel website which states all taxes and fees included for the stay. The charge is placed on your credit card after you check out for a bogus service they never provided and they even lie to your face when you're holding a checkout receipt of zero balance. This is called THEFT, you can't line your pockets hoping nobody will notice or contest such a small charge. I will be contacting my Credit Card, Expedia, Small Claims Court and IOWA Attorney General, as this con job you're running will cost you dearly! Ya see I'm retired and have nothing but time on my hands to correct this scam for anyone who ever fell prey to your little con job. I don't know what Ambulance Chaser told you could get away with this, but they were dead wrong. A little quick math for your bogus add-on charge: $1.50 a night x 30 days in a month x 20 rooms = an estimated $630 a month you're stealing from your Customers.

Well the single staff member there 24 hours a day was nice but just about everything else was incredibly subpar feom a broken toilet, to the shabby breakfast, ripped sheet, very very thin blanket, and ontop of everything else i was charged an extra 100! Scam hotel.

While checking in, the person at the front desk charged our credit card for a deposit (which I understand) but he also charged for the room; which was already paid for upon booking. When I raised concern about that, he argued with me that I didn't already pay; then all of a sudden my original form of payment was refunded. So, that should have been my first clue. While the room was clean, only ONE electrical outlet worked in the entire room. Overhead lights were also broken. Then my flight was delayed, so I needed an extra night's stay. The night clerk (the same one who checked us in 3 days prior) extended my stay without issue. However, when I went to reactive our room keys in the morning the manager of the hotel demanded another deposit and payment. Which I had already paid for the night before. On top of all of that, the pool/spa area was pretty gross. There was trash left behind, a dirty sock in the pool, and a really gross dirt/oil ring around the hot tub. All in all, we will not go back to this property. The one thing that was good was that the room itself was clean.

It's a decent hotel, in it's price range. Right on a busy highway, you can hear traffic all the time. Other guest were noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Room was clean, etc.

The hotel itself was fine for what we wanted and the price was good. The problem we had was someone broke into our truck during the night. They stole AirPods, a phone charger, Oakley sunglasses, two baseball caps and our vehicle registration. We didn’t realize all of this was stolen until we got back home and the items didn’t turn up in our luggage. We were able to track the location of the AirPods and saw they were still at the hotel. My husband called the hotel and said someone had broken into our truck and the AirPods were still showing up at the hotel, even though we hadn’t taken them into the hotel. He asked if they had surveillance and they said they did and would look into it and get back to him. We are now 4 days later and they haven’t gotten back to us. As of Monday the AirPods were still at the hotel, leading us to wonder if someone working at the hotel might have them.

If you just need somewhere to lay your head for a day or two for as less money as possible this place will do. Breakfast is nothing but processed waffle machine, apples and mini cinnamon rolls. Lol No elevator. Very old carpet. Old style rooms.
