Der Standort ist perfekt. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sind mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze vom Hotel. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind verfügbar, sind aber relativ teuer. In unserem Zimmer fehlte definitiv ein Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück ist okay, allerdings für 19,50 EUR p.P. erwartet man doch etwas mehr Auswahl. Die Säfte sind einfach nur schrecklich! Die Schmecken nach billigem Pulver Wasser Gemisch. Ansonsten hatten wir sehr netten Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Checked in late but left baggage with reception earlier in day. Woke up early morning to find stains on bedding from previous visitor which identified our bedding had not been changed. Requested at reception to have housekeeping change bedding in our room which was not honoured but bed re made. Management later that evening personally came upto room and swopped our bedding after I came down to complain. Lovely hotel, close to train station and all Leiden city centre facilities. Nice clean modern hotel with good range for breakfast. Excellent service from management/ some reception staff. Hotel appears to be set up mainly for business trips. Walls quite thin and can hear other talking and tv. Housekeeping let it down. Would stay again if one night stay and passing through Leiden.

Nytt hotell med många brister. Perfekt läge vid stationen. Annonserades att ha luftkonditionering vilket inte stämde och den ventilation som fanns fungerade dåligt. Falsk annonsering. Upprepad stank från avloppet i vårt rum. Känt problem men vi fick inte byta rum pga att hotellet var fullt förrän efter några dagar. Dåligt tränad städpersonal. Ok frukost och wifi. När jag klagade sade personen i receptionen att allt var känt och det blir nog bättre så småningom.

Skilte om morgenmad antydede myldretid fra 8-10. Ankom kl.07:30 første dag, hvor den varme morgenmad var lunken eller næsten kold. Forsøgte dagen efter kl. 09:30 - samme oplevelse. Var dog lidt bedre en dag senere. Værelse var fint. Oplevede dog mangelfuld støvsugning. Mine fingeraftryk på knapperne/pladen til toilettet var der stadigvæk efter rengøring. Var toilettet så reelt rengjort? Fandt hår på nederste kant i brusekabinen, der ikke tilhørte mig efter rengøring - ej rengjort grundigt. Dejligt rummeligt og funktionelt hotelværelse og placering er super central uden støj fra gaden. Så det var en blandet oplevelse.

Clean hotel at very good location but they advertise air conditioning but you can not control the temperature in your room. At the reception they told me that you only control the air flow to your room. I was freezing. They gave me an extra blanket that helped a little. At the last night I found some kind of a solution, I run the hot water in the shower for a few minutes with the door open several times at night when it became too cold. Hope they will find a solution to provide heating in a case like this.

Cold bathroom tiles and a flooded floor after taking a shower. Missing some warmer, more inviting lighting. There’s a green line on the TV, so it couldn’t be used. The staff rarely greet you when you walk by the reception. The location close to the train station is good, but there are a lot of odd people around. Mostly perfect for business guests and for people staying one night.

The beds were not good. A double bed was 2 single mattresses with a thin top mattress that just kept sliding about. 5 night stay and not 1 good night sleep.

The property was at a great location. Walking distance from the train station and city. The room was clean. The curtains block the lights perfectly. Bed is quite big. The airco did not work properly. There was only free low speed wifi which did not work most of the time. The tv had a chromecast option which did not function well. You could not plug in your own device on the tv. The shower wall is not blocking the water enough so the whole bathroom is soaked after taking a shower. We had no fridge. Great room for one night stay. The location is perfect.

I enjoyed my stay at Intercityhotel Leiden. The staff were very nice and helpful whenever I had questions. The rooms were relatively quiet from room to room but there was construction going on so that was noticeable during the day. There’s a lot of restaurants/shops in walking distance which was perfect. The front entrance is in a large alley with zero to minimal traffic making drop off/pick up and unloading luggage from our Uber very easy. The rooms were a decent size for 2 people with a lot of luggage. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since jet lag had us waking up after it ended but I’m glad it was an option if needed! I would definitely stay here again if visiting Leiden again.

I have stayed at other InterCity hotels before and have always been satisfied. This is a very new hotel, and location is great. Very close to the station, but also close to the centre of Leiden. Reception staff at the hotel were excellent, providing information and assistance as necessary. Room was pleasant and bed comfortable. All at a very reasonable price. Would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely new hotel right outside the train station. Great location , lovely room but a fridge would have been helpful . Breakfast was expensive but there are supermarkets opposite the station where you can buy bakery items , prepared fruit bowls , yogurts etc.

Two minute walk to the train station, easy 20 minute train trip to Amsterdam. Leiden is a very walkable lovely city. Felt very safe and despite being in the middle of the city, it was super quiet since everyone in the Netherlands takes public transportation and rides bikes. Super comfortable bed and great shower.

Breakfast is great, but a bit pricey if you don't want it every day. However, there are good coffee shops nearby and an Albert Hein take-away in the station (a block away). Don't make the mistake of booking the non-cancellable unless you are absolutely sure of your dates. We found it was less costly to book an extra night than to change our dates. Booking the flexible option or with the hotel would have given us the necessary flexibility. A lesson learned at some costs, but local taxes can be reclaimed.

Prima hotel in het centrum van Leiden vlak bij het centraal station. De kamers zijn schoon en hebben voldoende ruime. Er is een kluisje in de kamer aanwezig en een grote LED TV met streaming voorziening (chromecast). De douche is uitstekend en de badkamer met toilet is voldoende ruim en er zijn zeep/shampoo aanwezig. Het zou alleen fijn zijn als er een voorziening om koffie te zetten op de kamer aanwezig zou zijn. Ontbijt is prima met ook warme gerechten en voldoende keuze uit hartig en zoet beleg.
