Victoria at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. Thanks for the dinner recommendations. The only thing I wish is that there was an easier access into the property as it’s located on a busy on ramp. Also wish that it had a pool, otherwise great property!

Good extended stay property

Polite employees. Many stores and restaurants around the area. Easy parking.

Pets allowed. Rooms have decent refrigerators, microwaves, and cook tops. Get a 3rd floor room if you don't want to hear your upstairs neighbors bouncing their basketball on the floor at 3AM.

Very nice hotel, brand new and staff was nice. They allow pets though so maybe flea infested in a couple months. But for now if you don't have a pet, I'd get a higher floor, while still New.

Cons. Located on a corner of 2 very busy highways, located at BUSY intersection, in addition to a heavy traffic overpass over the 2hwys. We booked this particular location as Expedia listed as in the historic district This is not true not in a historic district rather a very busy area . This property is only 5 months old so it's nice and clean however no hair dryer no amenities, you are given a teeny tiny shampoo and one bar of soap, 2 face cloths, 2 medium size, thin towels. There's no hair dryer. As stated this is brand new and the clientele was very suspicious, made you feel very uncomfortable. I don't believe this condition will remain 6 months from now I believe it's going to deteriorate fast. The amount of animals I believe outnumbered the number of humans staying there. Many loiterers around the building nightly. We checked out at 8:00 a.m. desk doesn't open until 9:00 we wanted receipt,emailed on request PROS. At this time the facility is only 5 months old so lucky for us it was very clean. The best part of the entire stay were the staff Linda Aaron Regina and Jay could not do enough for you. They certainly will have their work cut out for them trying to get this to be an up and coming successful Enterprise, I'm very skeptical and think it will not be desirable for most people in the very near future which will be sad for the employees. Loved loved all of the staff they have my compassion and best wishes for their future. I know they have limited resources.

The property overall was decent, but the room that I was given, had no sheets on the bed so they had to switch me into a different room. There was a terrible smell in both rooms. There was hair all over the sink and all over the floors, elevators smelled terrible and were dirty.

Not only did our room reek of cigarettes and an unidentified foul smell... but there was no hot water... at all!!! Place looks nice on outside. I do not reccomend

Very disappointing stay. Paper thin walls and no soundproofing made it extremely noisy and hard to sleep. Trash bags and dirty main hall areas were smelly and disgusting. A large ball of human hair in the elevator was gross. The floors in the room were dirty. Walls were all scratched up. The yelling screaming guests in the hallways were awful after 11pm. Very unsafe feeling for a single traveler. Front desk was shuttered most of the time I was there. Very sketchy. I travel for work and this was by far the least "safe" I have felt.

The staff is reason for the two stars (the staff deserves 5 stars). So friendly and welcoming and just great!! The room was pretty nice, more modern than others of this hotel brand. Everything seemed really good until I switched on the light in the bathroom at night and there was a roach climbing the wall There is just no excuse to have roaches. I do not care if it’s Florida (I live in Florida and do not have roaches). Use pest control! Roaches are a deal breaker. I was only there one night and will not return.

Hallways and entry of building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Neighboring rooms noisy. Guests in and out constantly all through the night.

Extremely noisy, does slamming , people running through the halls all night. The floors were sticky, needs to be mopped, the beds were not comfortable, the pillows were postage stamped sizes. Ok for a quick 2-night stay.

Window was left insecure for the whole duration of our stay. Told that it would be repaired. Nobody came to repair it. Stayed at hotel for one week and received no housekeeping at all.Would not recommend at all.

The Queen suite I had was great! Kitchenette was clean and the refrigerator, induction cooker and microwave were in good condition and working order. Bathroom was clean. The only disappointing downside was the smart TV that only had the remote for the TV itself and no remote for the satellite Dish network, so I never had channel selection choices other than the channel that it was on (Gulf NBC). Other than that, the service was great. Even was allowed to have my only piece of luggage safely stored at the service desk after check-out, as my trip home would not be for another 5 hours. I would book this hotel again!

Room didn’t have hot water. Took cold showers. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ended up leaving early

The room was fine. Nice kitchen facilities and good bedroom. However, almost no utensils. (One fork, one knife, one plate) we were told at check in that there were no coffee makers.(Go to Dunkin' Donuts!) no place to sit outside or walk outside near the hotel. We were coming from a blizzard in Michigan! When we checked out we were told that we could have requested a coffee maker!!! We will not choose this place again...

There was lots of accessories missing. Pots and pans, dishes, hair dryer.

They don’t clean your room and you have to take your own trash down to the dumpster. There are kitchens but no silverware, plates, or cups. You have to purchase everything. A lot of loud domestic quarrels.

The property is a wooden new build, noise goes from room to room very easy, everything was new, Regina and Dennis go above and beyond being helpful, not the nicest neighborhood as I was very unfamiliar with the area.

There is a Publix (grocery store) in a plaza a few roads up on the left for items to put in your refrigerator (including alcohol). Restaurants and fast food not too far away if you so choose. 20 - 25 minute rides to the beaches, RSW Airport, Jet Blue Park and Hammond Stadium (Twins). I did not have any issues as I was traveling alone. I cannot end without saying that there are people who have been there for months. I did not have any problems with any "long term residents", but I do believe this information should be known to individuals who may be uncomfortable with this situation.

Horrible check in front desk if you want to call it a front desk was closed at 9:00 pm whrn i arrived. I had to dial on phone 511 until somebody answered then he gave me key to room. We only wanted room just to sleep and had a hard time falling a sleep as there was party's going on that floor with loud music walls were shaking. I dialed 511 at 11:00 pm a staff answered and told him the situation and he said he will take care of it. Nothing resolved as music continued pass 1:00 am. That was Sunday night i can just imagine if it was a Friday or Saturday night. Horrible experience. I would give a 0 rating but they don't give that option

The property was clean and relatively quiet. There were usually folks smoking outside but I generally felt safe. Front desk attendant only during the day--none in the evening or night.

Very rude people kept us up most of the night. Nobody on duty. Won’t go back ever

This hotel and its staff are AMAZING the best service and attention i have received in a very long time! THE BEST HOTEL STAY IN YEARS!!!!

First time staying at the property and I enjoyed my stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. They take guest privacy serious. however, still waiting for my deposit to be returned. It’s been 3 days

This hotel appears to be almost brand new; my room was clean and very comfortable. That said… it is located in a terrible area, and there were some pretty sketchy people hanging out around it at night - so much so, that I was scared to go out to my car when I realized I left my phone charger in it. BUT!! - the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding, and was kind enough to stand at the door and watch me go to my car to get my charger and come back to make sure I was safe. I truly appreciated him!!

This place has very nice rooms and the staff all seem to be pretty nice people as well. It is within walking distance of the mall and a few restaurants plus their rates are pretty reasonable too. Highly recommended!!!

It's a great place to stay for a long-term business trip! The rooms are comfy and there's enough space for yourself and another person if you're traveling with someone else. The staff are nice and are always willing to help. It's right by a bus stop, a few restaurants, and grocery stores, so if you want to walk for a quick trip of groceries, you definitely can! The only issues I had were with some of the other residents, who often smoked in their rooms (despite them being non-smoking), the elevator, and right by the entrance. I'm not from FL so I was shocked by all the smoking, but after my stay it looks like this is the norm for the state, not this particular area. I recommend the staff increase the policies for people smoking, but I understand that can be hard as the other residents may do it in a place outside of their view (again, the elevator), but if other residents mention to them along with the room number the scent is coming from, there should be a consequence. Though there's a charge for smoking, it looks like the troublemakers don't take it seriously.
