We only spent one night at this hotel before flying out but we had a most relaxing evening and excellent dinner at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying there again.

Laundry Service ‘out of service’ and no minibar. Bed was like a hammock. Very little English spoken or understood by the staff. Other than that everything was fine.

The shuttle was driver was very helpful The room was hot 24 degrees and no way to turn on AC they provided us with a fan but still hot for our taste The staff was very kind and the food was great

Huge rooms but out dated worn down and very dark. Tons of staff but that is not enough for 5*. Take away they size of the rooms and the amount of staff and you would have a mediocre 3* hotel. Massage prices are higher than in the expensive parts of Europe.
