La stanza che ci hanno dato era senza finestre e con condizionatore che spingeva troppo anche se lo si spegneva e l'aspirazione non era sufficiente. Mi è capitato spesso di svegliarmi durante la notte con la gola secca perché non c'era ricircolo a condizionatore spento. L Hotel cmq ti dà una piscina esterna all'ultimo piano e una piscina al - 2 con tanto di palestra e 2 saune a disposizione dei clienti. Vicino ci sono negozi e locali.

The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time. Nice room and very convenient to a bus station that had several bus routes as well (especially to the airport) as food options. The pool was unfortunately closed during the season we went however it had a rooftop bar which was open. There was a big grocery shop across the road which was convenient too! Really nice stay, would recommend

Il Noru è il miglior hotel di Malta. Semplicemente STRAORDINARIO. Non c'è una cosa che non vada bene, la camera è bellissima, pulita e spaziosa, la colazione è varia ed eccellente, il servizio è cordiale e professionale, la spa è un plus non indifferente. Tornerò qui ogni volta che passerò per Malta. Complimenti!

I enjoyed my stay here for the most part. The room was spacious, modern and clean. However the balcony was directly facing student accomodation and offices meaning going out on it was constantly overlooked. Being put on the 2nd floor too meant that the busy cafe across the street would also have full view to the balcony or the room if the curtains were open. Some frosting/ coverage on lower balconies would definitely help and be an improvement. Unfortunately I did not read the small print on the hotel page when booking as I had clicked the option for a hotel with outdoor pool, saw the lovely looking outdoor pool and area (as the first picture advertising the hotel) and when I got there, it was closed the entire time. I ordered room service one night, my order was slightly wrong (asking for a cheese burger but no cheese was on the burger), that was fine yet the food was brought up with no cutlery or condiments. When I had finished I had put the plate outside the room and selected the light on the door for attention yet I saw the same tray (with food remnants) in the fire escape corridor (as it is quicker than waiting for the lifts) a day later. The gym has the essentials for wanting to not only do cardio but to weight train too which is great. The problem with the area is that there is no free water available whatsoever in that area which, given the heat of the room and proximity to the indoor pool, is dangerous.

Overall stay was very enjoyable. It’s a brand new hotel so all facilities (including rooftop pool and basement pool/spa/sauna/steam room) are up to modern spec; clean and well looked after. All staff we encountered were friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast options are good - fresh fruit juices would have been preferred to the squash options offered. Overall, breakfast 8/10. On our 4 day stay, we had issues with the air con on 2-3 separate occasions on the 4th floor but believe this was only an issue for our floor and a new hotel teething problem. When hotel were notified of problem, they were quick to have service engineers working to rectify.

tout s’est bien déroulé. le seul bémol est que la piscine du haut est vraiment petite et pas vraiment propre:/ le personnel de l’hôtel est top et disponible. tout est accessible à pied, je recommande !!

I gave 4/5 stars but the staff of this hotel are actually 5/5 stars! The staff of Noru are so kind, vibrant, and happy; more than I've experienced in 5* hotels; so i will return when i visit Malta again. The breakfast is also really nice, again, better than I've experienced in most European hotels I've been to. Then the pool on the roof is excellent, so refreshing while sunbathing there on hot days, with an excellent view! You just have to be aware of the occasional fumes from the chimney while lounging on the west side of the roof. Likewise, the rooms are an excellent size, with gigantic beds and a huge modern TV; but while i recognise the design ethos - all the light switches being black on black walls, makes it a challenge to turn them on when returning at night! Maybe consider a small dim LED nightlight in the entrance light switch for next refurb (hotel was opened last year though, hehe). Also, the elevator requires a better explanation showing new guests to use the keycard for ascending.

We stayed for 7 nights (March 30 – April 7) in a standard room with a balcony on the 3rd floor, including breakfast. I was traveling with family (no kids), and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice modern interior, comfortable beds, and clean, fresh linens. The location is very convenient — just about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby, but it’s still relatively quiet at night. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was especially touched to find our room decorated with balloons and petals for my birthday — such a lovely gesture, thank you! The room also had bathrobes, though oddly, no slippers. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the decent soundproofing. There were a few minor downsides: the rooftop bar and pool area can get very loud, with music playing most of the time, and it seems like outside guests might be allowed in. The elevators were a bit unpredictable — sometimes skipping floors or taking strange routes. I didn’t manage to catch breakfast (I like to sleep in!), but I was told the selection was good and everything was fresh. The rooftop restaurant also has a beautiful view. Downstairs, there’s a nice little café where I really liked the croissants. All in all, I’d say the hotel is great both for young partygoers and more relaxed travelers. My friend and I stayed here from 08/07-08/13 for a girls trip. We had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 201. The hotel was clean but there was a foul sewer smell that would enter from the vents around 9am in the morning. The smell was so bad that it made us nauseous. This lasted from 08/09-08/13. We tried calling the front desk but our room phone wouldn’t work. We had to physically go to the front desk to complain, in which we did every day. Although we complained, management came to our room one time and did not follow up. Housekeepers came to our room and smelled the odor and notified front desk. While we were checking out we told the front desk agent that they failed to resolve our problem and their should form of compensation. The agent on 08/13 in the morning told us there was nothing he could do but notify his several managers. He would let them know and they will phone/email us the resolution. It is now 8/23 and we have never heard from them.

My overall experience was underwhelming; there were additional charges every time I went to reception, and of course, because I was on holiday, I just paid without arguing because I didn't want to ruin my time. The room was barely cleaned properly, and any time we made a request, it wasn't done because they were busy, but what's the point of having guests if you can't even tend to them? There was only 1 female receptionist that was amazing and would go above and beyond, but that experience was only if she was on shift. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place to stay, but the facilities there were nice, apart from the room.

The reception staff were very helpful however overall my stay was only ok. The included breakfast whilst convenient was average with my bread being mouldy. My room (with Spa and Balcony) was very spacious however my shower could not hold the temperature; constantly changing from hot to cold. The air-conditioning was locked which made it difficult to make comfortable and lastly the room cleaning was poor. 2 used glasses were left unchanged for 2 days until I placed them on the bed; on one day, despite turning on the 'clean my room' sign at 8am, it still had not been attended to when I returned at 5pm and the floor constantly felt dirty.

We cannot say we had the best experience with this hotel. To start with the positives, the staff are really nice, the rooms were nice and we loved the spa bath in the room. We had half board and the dinner was really nice, set menu mostly and last night was a buffet which was the least enjoyable. But the portions were very big and it was super tasty. The spa facilities were fine. The location was really good, close to bus stops and supermarkets. The negatives: The construction outside was absolutely unbearable. We woke up every morning at 7am, never used the balcony, and it ruined our every morning. I complained and the manager was very nice and showed me another room however the noise was just the same. We were never told about this noise. The manager said its advertised on their website but as I booked through expedia I wouldn’t know this. We went for our anniversary and it was so unpleasant and unrelaxing. The breakfast was fine but it was always the same every morning with no variety. Of no fault of the staff, the people at the spa were always so loud and had no respect or care for others looking to relax. Loud people and just being disrespectful of people’s space. It would be good if staff would intervene and encourage a relaxing quiet space. We also ordered tea to the room which was never delivered. As much as the staff were nice, I would not come back. The noise ruined our stay and I feel totally unrelaxed which ruined our anniversary stay and my time off work.

We woke up every morning at 7am, never used the balcony, and it ruined our every morning. I complained and the manager was very nice and showed me another room however the noise was just the same. We were never told about this noise. The manager said its advertised on their website but as I booked through expedia I wouldn’t know this. We went for our anniversary and it was so unpleasant and unrelaxing. The breakfast was fine but it was always the same every morning with no variety. Of no fault of the staff, the people at the spa were always so loud and had no respect or care for others looking to relax. Loud people and just being disrespectful of people’s space. It would be good if staff would intervene and encourage a relaxing quiet space. We also ordered tea to the room which was never delivered. As much as the staff were nice, I would not come back. The noise ruined our stay and I feel totally unrelaxed which ruined our anniversary stay and my time off work.

Room types were luxury rooms at front of hotel. There were Road works going on just in front of hotel and every street noise could be heard in the room as if the Windows were open. Top rooms but absolutely no noise protection. One of our friends lost juwelry in the room after clean ing.

The people working at the hotel did not care about concerns - saying that they would provide us with slippers and then forgetting about it two times. My only issue was that the room was a little warming to my liking even if I set the temp at its lowest and the shower would over flow and go onto the bathroom floor. Other than that It's a great stay!

A pretty new hotel with both a great breakfast & gym. Staff are very helpful & professional. Rooms are smartly furbished & spacious. Minor drawbacks were a quite noisy area & the air conditioning units are a little too loud. Would recommend. Good value.

I gave 4/5 stars but the staff of this hotel are actually 5/5 stars! The staff of Noru are so kind, vibrant, and happy; more than I've experienced in 5* hotels; so i will return when i visit Malta again. The breakfast is also really nice, again, better than I've experienced in most European hotels I've been to. Then the pool on the roof is excellent, so refreshing while sunbathing there on hot days, with an excellent view! You just have to be aware of the occasional fumes from the chimney while lounging on the west side of the roof. Likewise, the rooms are an excellent size, with gigantic beds and a huge modern TV; but while i recognise the design ethos - all the light switches being black on black walls, makes it a challenge to turn them on when returning at night! Maybe consider a small dim LED nightlight in the entrance light switch for next refurb (hotel was opened last year though, hehe). Also, the elevator requires a better explanation showing new guests to use the keycard for ascending.

My friend and I stayed here from 08/07-08/13 for a girls trip. We had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 201. The hotel was clean but there was a foul sewer smell that would enter from the vents around 9am in the morning. The smell was so bad that it made us nauseous. This lasted from 08/09-08/13. We tried calling the front desk but our room phone wouldn’t work. We had to physically go to the front desk to complain, in which we did every day. Although we complained, management came to our room one time and did not follow up. Housekeepers came to our room and smelled the odor and notified front desk. While we were checking out we told the front desk agent that they failed to resolve our problem and their should form of compensation. The agent on 08/13 in the morning told us there was nothing he could do but notify his several managers. He would let them know and they will phone/email us the resolution. It is now 8/23 and we have never heard from them.

My overall experience was underwhelming; there were additional charges every time I went to reception, and of course, because I was on holiday, I just paid without arguing because I didn't want to ruin my time. The room was barely cleaned properly, and any time we made a request, it wasn't done because they were busy, but what's the point of having guests if you can't even tend to them? There was only 1 female receptionist that was amazing and would go above and beyond, but that experience was only if she was on shift. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place to stay, but the facilities there were nice, apart from the room.

The staff made this hotel. They really do pay attention to detail and deal with issues quickly and properly. The hotel is in a decent location, close enough to everything whilst being away from it all too. But it was January, so the noise was maybe minimum.

Fernanda was an amazing help to me and the nicest person I’ve met, she deserves a raise! Hotel was nice and modern also was in a good location close to bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and quick.

After a shaky start with an issue with bathroom shower water pressure, I was provided an alternative room and upgraded which was much better. Staff are helpful and on hand and the breakfast is really good with attentive and friendly staff throughout.

The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time. Nice room and very convenient to a bus station that had several bus routes as well (especially to the airport) as food options. The pool was unfortunately closed during the season we went however it had a rooftop bar which was open. There was a big grocery shop across the road which was convenient too! Really nice stay, would recommend

Par contre, nous étions en demi pension et le soir le choix était plutôt restreint. Environnement de l'hôtel très bruyant, bruits dehors (circulation/gens), bruit dans l'hôtel, voisins dans la chambre d'à côté visiblement alcoolisés ; on les a entendus vomir et mettre la musique pendant la nuit, ça n'a pas duré longtemps heureusement.

We cannot say we had the best experience with this hotel. To start with the positives, the staff are really nice, the rooms were nice and we loved the spa bath in the room. We had half board and the dinner was really nice, set menu mostly and last night was a buffet which was the least enjoyable. But the portions were very big and it was super tasty. Il Noru è il miglior hotel di Malta. Semplicemente STRAORDINARIO. Non c'è una cosa che non vada bene, la camera è bellissima, pulita e spaziosa, la colazione è varia ed eccellente, il servizio è cordiale e professionale, la spa è un plus non indifferente. This hotel was lovely! It was fresh and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are very spacious and they definitely pay attention to details. The only downside is how loud the street is. We stayed in a room that had balcony. It was super loud during night because it’s a party area ( which I wasn’t aware of). However over all, our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend the restaurant downstairs, food is absolutely delicious!

The reception staff were very helpful however overall my stay was only ok. The included breakfast whilst convenient was average with my bread being mouldy. My room (with Spa and Balcony) was very spacious however my shower could not hold the temperature; constantly changing from hot to cold. The air-conditioning was locked which made it difficult to make comfortable and lastly the room cleaning was poor. 2 used glasses were left unchanged for 2 days until I placed them on the bed; on one day, despite turning on the 'clean my room' sign at 8am, it still had not been attended to when I returned at 5pm and the floor constantly felt dirty.

The air-conditioning was locked which made it difficult to make comfortable and lastly the room cleaning was poor. 2 used glasses were left unchanged for 2 days until I placed them on the bed; on one day, despite turning on the 'clean my room' sign at 8am, it still had not been attended to when I returned at 5pm and the floor constantly felt dirty.

After a shaky start with an issue with bathroom shower water pressure, I was provided an alternative room and upgraded which was much better. Staff are helpful and on hand and the breakfast is really good with attentive and friendly staff throughout.

Overall stay was very enjoyable. It’s a brand new hotel so all facilities (including rooftop pool and basement pool/spa/sauna/steam room) are up to modern spec; clean and well looked after. All staff we encountered were friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast options are good - fresh fruit juices would have been preferred to the squash options offered. Overall, breakfast 8/10. On our 4 day stay, we had issues with the air con on 2-3 separate occasions on the 4th floor but believe this was only an issue for our floor and a new hotel teething problem. When hotel were notified of problem, they were quick to have service engineers working to rectify.

This has been the worst hotel experience of my life. This establishment does not meet 4-star standards under any circumstances. We were notified of construction noise after paying. Drilling started at 6:30 AM. On top of that, our room was next to the utility/machinery room, causing a loud, constant beeping all night. Rest was impossible. Arriving from a long flight to find noticeably dirty pillows and bathroom towels is disgusting and inadmissible. Terrible coffee and juice. Do not waste your money; go to the local cafes nearby. At check-out, the front desk accused us of consuming minibar items and condescendingly asked, "Are you sure?" when we denied it. If you stay here, take photos of absolutely everything (the minibar upon arrival, the dirty sheets, etc.) so they cannot scam you and steal your money at check-out🙃 Some members of the staff were very friendly and polite. However, their good attitude cannot compensate for the disastrous management and the general disappointment we shared with other guests.

I as a group of four have just stayed at Noru hotel for a week. The staff in all areas cannot do enough for those staying. We found they helped with any issue we had. One night the options for our evening meal were limited to only meat and no fish option. We spoke to the chef and she immediately offered us a fish option. Only one thing I was not happy with was that we regularly used the stairs but would find everyday that there was on almost all floors, plates, a trolley and dirty linen as if no one was using the stairs. I understand the need to keep the hotel corridors clear and tidy but the stairs should be aswell. A great location for access to all locations on Malta. All staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. A great stay.

The hotel is a short 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop where the Airport Direct (TD2) bus stops & load. A short 5 minute walk to St. George' Beach. Better book a room with a terrace in front as rooms behind are closer to the construction noise of a new building being built next to it. The room is spacious & comfortable for 2 persons.
