The hotel is dirty, the room smells of cigarette smoke and mustiness. There is no fridge, no water, no tissues in the room. There’s absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning. I wrote several times before arrival about early check-in — no one responded, but upon arrival, I was charged an additional €15 for the room and had to wait 3 hours. If you have the option, do not choose this hotel!

Für ein oder zwei Nächte okay, aber sonst nicht zu empfehlen.... fehlende Glühbirnen, Fernseher ging nicht, kein Kühlschrank, dritter Stock und kein Aufzug (für jemanden mit Problemen oder viel Gepäck nicht empfehlenswert), Griffe waren lose und ein extrem abgewohntes Bad.

Fica bem próximo da estação central. Se essa for sua prioridade vale a pena, mas é preciso uma caminhada de 15 minutos até os principais pontos turísticos. É seguro! Percorri os caminhos algumas vezes depois das 22h ( verão) o hotel é bem simples, não tem elevador e nem ar condicionado. A rua é bem barulhenta então se vc fica com janela fechada vc morre de calor se fica aberta vc nao dorme por conta do barulho. Não consumi o café da manhã.

Und dass die Trennwand der Dusche in den Fugen deutlich geschimmelt hat, finde ich für ein Hotel armseelig. Der versprochene Fahrstuhl war nicht vorhanden, was für meine schwangere Freundin ein eher unangenehmes Erlebnis war (4. OG). Und trotzdem, das Hotel war sehr preiswert trotz kurzfristiger Buchung. No elevators , if you have luggage or if you are old , please be advised that there are no elevators in the premises . And usually the first 2 floors are fully booked . Other than that very convenient with the train 3 min walk from the main train station on central Frankfurt

I chose this hotel based on its location and positive reviews. Why those reviews were positive will remain a mystery for me. It’s the most obnoxious place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was so dirty that I wouldn’t risk to take a shower there (fortunately, I spent only about 9-10 hours there before my transatlantic flight). The next door neighbors were extremely loud. The hotel manager did ask them to turn off their music per my request. However, the loud conversation lasted way into the early morning hours. In one word: it’s a hotel next to bus and railroad stations. It “lives up” to the reputation of this types of hotels. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was in a very ghetto neighbourhood. After 5-7pm it stinks of weed everywhere. There was hair in the shower (not ours) Some stains on the carpet (looked like puke) It was so hot in the room and the only a very poorly working fan. The bathroom stank of pee. Let me just wrap it up by saying (you get what you pay for and I’m definitely not budgeting on hotels in Germany anymore).

Reservei pois o site dizia que tinha elevador e nao tem, tinhamos uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas no grupo. Enfim, proporam que pagassemos 20 euros cada para mudar pro hotel oriental, que fica nos fundos e tem elevador. Mudamos. O quarto tinha defeito na porta e ela abria sem o cartao. Reclamei. O funcionario disse que o hotel estava lotado, para eu fazer barricadas com minhas malas para a porta nao abrir. Insisti que aquilo nao era seguro, e me arrumaram um quarto no terreo, falando que na manha seguinte arrumariam a fechadura. O tal quarto era imundo e estava infestado de baratas. Me recusei a ficar ali e tive q dormir mal, num quarto com a porta que nao fechava. So no dia seguinte, no fim da tarde que a porta foi consertada.

The beds are okay, but the room is not clean. There are stains everywhere, and the resident before me left their clothing and underwear in and above the dressing cabinet. The bathroom toilet seat isn’t clean either! The hotel reception smells really bad. The only good things are the price and the location, which is close to Messe Frankfurt. The staff is also polite.

Lage zum Hptbahnhhof sehr gut, Zimmer sehr klein, in zwei Ebenen angeordnet, Bad über Treppe zu erreichen, TV ohne Empfang, Gepäckaufbewahrungj OK, Preis bei Expedia doppelt zu hoch gemessen am im Hotel unmittelbar zu zahlenden!!!

The shower without a curtain or door causes water all over the floor. This is just stupid. And dangerous. And had to use towels to dry floor. You don’t want that. Fix this problem. Also parking!! Announce before booking that parking will cost $20 off site!!!

Unsere Reservierung erschien nicht im System, denn das Hotel kooperiert nur mit booking. Bei Überbuchung werden die expedia Reservierungen aus dem System geschmissen. Wir wurden im zweit Hotel „Villa oriental“ untergebracht. Dieses Zimmer hatte einen starken esoterischen Geruch, das Bad roch sehr feucht und das Dachfenster fiel immer wieder zu.
Unsere Reservierung erschien nicht im System, denn das Hotel kooperiert nur mit booking. Bei Überbuchung werden die expedia Reservierungen aus dem System geschmissen. Ok hotel for the price. BUT, the staff was terrible! When we arrived the guy at the reception said that we didn’t have a booking, and tried to make us pay more (since it was more expensive to book upon arrival) we took the fight and “suddenly” he found our booking printed right in front of him. He was creepy, don’t stay at this hotel if you’re traveling alone as a girl.

The beds are okay, but the room is not clean. There are stains everywhere, and the resident before me left their clothing and underwear in and above the dressing cabinet. The bathroom toilet seat isn’t clean either! The hotel reception smells really bad. The only good things are the price and the location, which is close to Messe Frankfurt. The staff is also polite.

Nice hotel with very stylish design. The area is very loud at night and expect a police or ambulance to come back with a blaring siren once a night. Given it is right behind the station this is an advantage but also probably not suitable for everyone

The hotel was in a very ghetto neighbourhood. After 5-7pm it stinks of weed everywhere. There was hair in the shower (not ours) Some stains on the carpet (looked like puke) It was so hot in the room and the only a very poorly working fan. The bathroom stank of pee. Let me just wrap it up by saying (you get what you pay for and I’m definitely not budgeting on hotels in Germany anymore).

Es war sehr schmutzig haben dann gebeten das dass Zimmer sauber gemacht wird da auch die Bettwäsche dreckig war, dann sind wir nach der Messe am Abend ko ins Zimmer gekommen Fenster waren beide offen und Heizkörper war ausgeschaltet wir mussten mit Kleidung schlafen gehen weil es so kalt war. Zum Frühstücken muss man in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Im Zimmer war kein Föhn und es konnte am gleichen Tag auch keiner besorgt werden musste mit nassen Haaren zur Messe gehen.

Fica bem próximo da estação central. Se essa for sua prioridade vale a pena, mas é preciso uma caminhada de 15 minutos até os principais pontos turísticos. É seguro! Percorri os caminhos algumas vezes depois das 22h ( verão) o hotel é bem simples, não tem elevador e nem ar condicionado. A rua é bem barulhenta então se vc fica com janela fechada vc morre de calor se fica aberta vc nao dorme por conta do barulho. Não consumi o café da manhã.

Alles macht einen unsauberen und heruntergekommenen EIndruck ... Freühstück gibt es dann in einem anderen Hotel (Grand Hotel Empire). Dort spricht der unfreundliche Servicemitarbeiter offenbar weder Deutsch noch Englisch ... der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist dort nur unfreundlich ... Nie wieder! Beide Hotels sehr abzuraten!
