In ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel aus den Siebzigern. Für eine Nacht okay sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und nicht unbedingt komfortabel und man sieht überall das Alter des Hauses. Leider kosten Parkplätze extra 15 € am Tag. Die Deutsche Bank Arena ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Everything is great, The pillows and bed are so comfortable. The room and bath are very clean. Breakfast provides plenty of choices. Nothing much in the area but there is a nice restaurant in the hotel. The shuttle to airport every hour costs €7.5 very fair price. I am glad I stay over here, I got a very tranquil rest.

Sehr schöne Bar mit sehr gutem Service. Gemütliche Lobby. Kleinigkeiten, die den Eindruck aber prägen: Weggeworfenes Papier im Fahrstuhl, was noch Stunden später immer noch da ist. Aushänge mit Hinweisen auf die kommende Zeitumstellung, die drei Tage nach der Zeitumstellung noch nicht abgenommen wurden. Ärgerlich: Das Hotel liegt im Stadtwald ohne jede Bebauung in der Nähe, hat viel Fläche und einen großen Parkplatz - für dessen Nutzung trotzdem richtig hingelangt wird.

Alles prima, nur die Parkgebühr ist schon etwas drüber! Da ist man froh, wenn man nur eine Übernachtung im Hotel hat, sonst geht man an den Parkgebühren pleite! Dafür ein großes Lob an den netten Kollegen aus der Küche, der mir heute morgen Ahornsirup aus der Küche organisiert hat. Extra Sternchen dafür! (wobei ich nie verstehen werde wie man Pancakes ohne Ahornsirup überhaupt anbieten kann ;-) )

The staff were very helpful and kind. There is shuttle service available to and from the airport for a small fee. The hotel room was clean and cozy, would highly recommend. It was a little more than an hour walk from Romerberg Frankfurt Main to the hotel.

A good stay and within a reasonable drive of Frankfurt Messe. Parking is a bit expensive at EUR 15.00 when they have so much space, but it is convenient. The bar is excellent.

The hotel shuttle information is not accurate. We emailed the hotel to book our shuttle. We were informed to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport. The number at the airport on the shuttle bus stop is incorrect. I emailed the hotel again and no one responded. We called three different numbers for the hotel that was given to use from the airport, other shuttle bus companies and information desk and no one answered the phone. Wasted so much time. We UBERED to the hotel and informed the front desk staff of the horrible communication and inaccurate customer information and all they did was check the phone to see if the ringer was on, off or needed to be turned up in volume. We asked to be compensated for our time and UBER transfer, they said they could not. We will never book again with this hotel. Poor customer service and the carpets in the rooms are dirty, stained and walls were filthy. Buyer beware of this hotel.

Room comfort was shocking, from the pillows, to the bed. Even the cleaniness of the bathroom was dreadful(ground in stains on toilet and sink) And to top all that off my final nights stay was greeted by staff carrying out room service duties at 1am for around 30 minutes(hoovering & particularly loud shouting between the 3 staff) I then could not get back to sleep for the remainder of the night Really unhappy customer

Pænt hotel roligt beliggende, tæt på Frankfurt Stadion. Hyggelig have og terrasse. Badeværelset var dog ikke helt i top. Brusehovedet kunne ikke sidde i holderen og glasset til brusenichen kunne ikke helt åbne så man skulle klemme sig ud i mellem håndvasken og badekarret.

Hôtel bien situé pour aller au stade à pied. La chambre est vieillissante mais bien confortable et équipée . Café , eau, frigo… Le bémol est que l’insonorisation n’est pas bonne. Bruits des voisins de chambre et beaucoup d avions .

Frühstück war etwas im Chaos versunken. Wurde nicht früh genug (Brot, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse) aufgefüllt. Kaffee gab’s an 2 Vollautomaten wobei diese noch auf Störung gingen, nicht direkt behoben wurde. (da zu wenig Persona)l.Nicht ausreichend Sitzplätze, da Hotel ausgebucht. Zimmer sind nicht bedürftig. Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg, Möbel zum Teil beschädigt.

When I checked in my room had another guest in there sleeping when I opened the door. So it was a little scary as an American woman staying in the hotel room by myself. I made sure to triple lock my door in my new room. The bar area gave amazing service and that redeemed the experience some.

The hotel shuttle information is not accurate. We emailed the hotel to book our shuttle. We were informed to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport. The number at the airport on the shuttle bus stop is incorrect. I emailed the hotel again and no one responded. We called three different numbers for the hotel that was given to use from the airport, other shuttle bus companies and information desk and no one answered the phone. Wasted so much time. We UBERED to the hotel and informed the front desk staff of the horrible communication and inaccurate customer information and all they did was check the phone to see if the ringer was on, off or needed to be turned up in volume. We asked to be compensated for our time and UBER transfer, they said they could not. We will never book again with this hotel. Poor customer service and the carpets in the rooms are dirty, stained and walls were filthy. Buyer beware of this hotel.

Wir waren dort wegen einem Konzertbesuch in der Arena-Deutsche-Bank-Park. Für diesen Zweck war es sehr gut. Innenstadt gut in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Um die City zu sehen empfehle ich aber ein zentrales Hotel in Frankfurt

Ein bisschen abgelegen für einen Besuch der Innenstadt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man muss ca. 15 Minuten laufen, um zur nächsten Haltestelle zu kommen. Das Stadion ist auch in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Also hervorragend für einen Besuch dort. Preis-Leistungsverhätnis ist hervorragend.

Kaffee gab’s an 2 Vollautomaten wobei diese noch auf Störung gingen, nicht direkt behoben wurde. (da zu wenig Persona)l.Nicht ausreichend Sitzplätze, da Hotel ausgebucht. Zimmer sind nicht bedürftig. Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg, Möbel zum Teil beschädigt.
