hotel is old. The stairs is upset for groups tour and they are not well prepared and we never stay again. he staff is not friendly.

The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it.

Room was way too hot even when airconditioning on lowest setting. Was told we had to pay for extra coffee after first day even though stating three nights. Room wasn’t cleaned at all so. NO restocking of toilet paper or tissues. Was told room would only be cleaned if notified afternoon before and we were out all day. Despite paying for entire stay on arrival the full amount was put on hold on my credit card and has still not been refunded.
