Nice hotel near the south shore of the lake and the baby beach. Pretty basic and building works nearby were quite noisy but nice enough hotel. No coffee facilities in room but fridge with mini bar.

Check the mini fridge- ours had open liquor when we got there. Took a picture and showed them on check out. It’s a good location - construction didn’t bother us. Staff at the front were nice. Hotel is older but clean.

Very nice hotel and great staff and great location! Just a block or two from Lake Geneva. Just be aware that the hotel has no sparking and street parking is impossible and garages are very expensive - park at Mont Blonc Garage on the bridge a few blocks away, that has the best deals.

The hotel is ideally placed just behind the main road and promenade by the Jet d’Eau. Although the hotel looks tired, the staff are very friendly and helped with transport tickets, at no extra cost. The rooms were just about spacious. The beds were very comfortable, there is a small lift or stairs and checking out was simple. This hotel even has its own road sign, by the gardin d’engleterre! It must have been a delight in its day and sure would garner more interest if it was refurbished.

Pretty basic hotel with a truly fantastic location. Breakfast wasn’t great. Our rooms mini fridge and phone weren’t working we complained for two days until we got changed to a room where everything worked.

Hôtel bien situé mais entouré actuellement de travaux. Établissement vieillissant. De nombreux parking en accès libre et gratuits pour les motos tout autour. Ascenseur très petit et très vétuste. Vous aurez droit à un titre de transport en commun gratuit pour la durée de votre séjour.

Reasonable price (through a travel web site and decently in advance), clean room, working air conditioning, and good location (near the fountain and parks, near a famous square and the big church, near plenty of groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, coffee places, and gelaterias). You can’t check in until 2pm, that seemed to be form, they didn’t even check to see if a room was clean when one arrives at 11:30am or so. The room is small and simple, with a closet, double bed, desk, TV, mini bar, and bathroom with a curtained stall-sized shower. The free WiFi worked. The room was clean. The shower had sufficient hot water. There is a slow elevator. Their breakfast seems ridiculously overpriced so didn’t do it, there are lots of great places nearby for coffee and pastries.

Das Hotel ist schon «etwas in die Jahre gekommen», es ist jedoch sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt okay. Auch darf man in dieser Preislage und gut gelegen in der Nähe des Place Eaux-Vives keine zu grossen Erwartungen haben. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.

The only part of the hotel to like is the location, besides that the hotel is a sh9thole. The rooms are super old. Bathroom is small and filthy. The water doesn’t drain in the shower. I have found two blood spots that weren’t cleaned. Oh and breakfast: it was mediocre and they ran out of forks by 9am. The server said that all the forks were used so just use a spoon. To be honest Motel 6 in the middle of Wyoming was better.

My room was tiny, clean and quiet with a good shower. It’s a bit past its sell by date but I quite like it. Breakfast is a Kirk’s underwhelming but there are places close by. I stayed here before in a larger room but in fact as I want spending much time in the hoteli was happy enough.

Fabulous location. Super friendly & helpful lady on reception. Swiss plugs are nit riund and are 3 pinned. She durected us to a shop where we could purchase an adapter. Again very helpful and printed out directions for the bus No. 10 to the airport. Breakfast on our first day was fine . Today no hardboiled eggs or pastries and the scrambled eggs were cold. Otherwise its rolls lovely jams cheese and ham yogurt cereal fruit juice, fruit teas and coffee - so ample choice. The rooms were super clean, lovely white fluffy towels comfy bed,nice hot powerful shower and quiet. For a short stay in Geneva its perfect.

A very reasonably priced hotel for central Geneva. Good location for the Jet D’eau, shopping and eating. Although it feels dated, the rooms were perfectly adequate and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was in a peculiar place. The room was serviced everyday to a good standard. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again but for one reason - the room was exceptionally hot and it was impossible to reduce the temperature using either the aircon or radiators. This meant sleeping on top of the bed, with the windows open - and not feeling cold. Overall though, it was fair value, clean and comfortable and they are the most important things to me when travelling.

Great location, easy to get around and nice local restaurants. Had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the street. Hotel is dated and a few inexpensive changes could make a big difference without a major refurb. First world problems but room was really hot. Turned rad off in room but can’t control heated towel rail and other rooms. Leaving balcony doors open helped to combat. Breakfast was a good mix with eggs, toast, fruit, pasties and yogurt.

Great location. Helpful staff. Wi-Fi was an issue in my room it was very unstable. Quite hot in summer and ac not working on a 34 degree day. Thankfully staff gave me a fan to use, and I was able to open my window.

A pleasant small hotel situated close to the lake and the old town. It's about a 15 minutes to walk to get there from the main railway station. The area it was in was quiet with a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance to choose from. The room was small but comfortable and we slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was slightly odd as the shower head was mounted about 1.3metre high....obviously this showering facility was designed with Snow Whites friends in mind!! A breakfast buffet was included which had a good range of options to choose from.

Bien situé dans un quartier tranquille de Genève, avec de nombreux commerces / resto autour. Mais l’hôtel a besoin d’un bon coup de neuf ! La deco est vieille, les portes des chambres laissent passer l’air et le bruit des couloirs… c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix tant que les prix sont bas !

The air conditioning was broken in the first room we went to (27 degrees Celsius), making it too hot to possibly sleep in. The staff let us exchange rooms, but a fuse broke and the power went out in the room. We had to exchange rooms again. We were just staying one right but had all this happen to us. There were also no charger outlets beside the bed, only at faraway corners of the rooms.

In Geneva for a day on a family vacation. The location was budget friendly and convenient so that we could walk everywhere including to the train station. The staff were very welcoming. They provided a spot to store our gear until our room was available. They even provided hot water and cups so we could enjoy a cup of tea in our room at the end of the day.

The front desk went above and beyond. We asked them for some hot water and they brought up a beautiful tea set with pots and cups on a tray. The room was what we hoped for and we loved the metal privacy shade on the window.

Fabulous location. Super friendly & helpful lady on reception. Swiss plugs are nit riund and are 3 pinned. She durected us to a shop where we could purchase an adapter. Again very helpful and printed out directions for the bus No. 10 to the airport. Breakfast on our first day was fine . Today no hardboiled eggs or pastries and the scrambled eggs were cold. Otherwise its rolls lovely jams cheese and ham yogurt cereal fruit juice, fruit teas and coffee - so ample choice. Very nice hotel and great staff and great location! Just a block or two from Lake Geneva. Just be aware that the hotel has no sparking and street parking is impossible and garages are very expensive - park at Mont Blonc Garage on the bridge a few blocks away, that has the best deals.

A pleasant small hotel situated close to the lake and the old town. It's about a 15 minutes to walk to get there from the main railway station. The area it was in was quiet with a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance to choose from. The room was small but comfortable and we slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was slightly odd as the shower head was mounted about 1.3metre high....obviously this showering facility was designed with Snow Whites friends in mind!! A breakfast buffet was included which had a good range of options to choose from.

Reasonable price (through a travel web site and decently in advance), clean room, working air conditioning, and good location (near the fountain and parks, near a famous square and the big church, near plenty of groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, coffee places, and gelaterias). You can’t check in until 2pm, that seemed to be form, they didn’t even check to see if a room was clean when one arrives at 11:30am or so. The room is small and simple, with a closet, double bed, desk, TV, mini bar, and bathroom with a curtained stall-sized shower. The free WiFi worked. The room was clean. The shower had sufficient hot water. There is a slow elevator. Their breakfast seems ridiculously overpriced so didn’t do it, there are lots of great places nearby for coffee and pastries.

Great location, easy to get around and nice local restaurants. Had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the street. Hotel is dated and a few inexpensive changes could make a big difference without a major refurb. First world problems but room was really hot. Turned rad off in room but can’t control heated towel rail and other rooms. Leaving balcony doors open helped to combat. Breakfast was a good mix with eggs, toast, fruit, pasties and yogurt.

No es la categoría de hotel que dice ser. Le doy una o dos estrellas como maximo. Es un hotel muy antiguo. La ducha es muy pequeña y se cierra con una cortina de tela. Me pusieron una toalla vieja con un hoyo en el baño. El desayuno muy malo. Solo lo use una vez.

My room was tiny, clean and quiet with a good shower. It’s a bit past its sell by date but I quite like it. Breakfast is a Kirk’s underwhelming but there are places close by. I stayed here before in a larger room but in fact as I want spending much time in the hoteli was happy enough.

The rooms were just about spacious. The beds were very comfortable, there is a small lift or stairs and checking out was simple. This hotel even has its own road sign, by the gardin d’engleterre! It must have been a delight in its day and sure would garner more interest if it was refurbished.
