Recently renovated, and it shows. Also, customer service is fantastic. Friendly and open. I came to breakfast 40m before closing and asked for egg refills - instead of refilling they asked me what eggs I wanted and I had custom eggs and delicious fried veggies brought to my table. Breakfast was worth the price. Also their gym is very cool. Happy to stay here again.

Our room faced the street, and both tram and traffic noise were quite noticeable, which made it difficult to sleep at times. The beds were rather uncomfortable, and the breakfast had a very limited selection, so we ended up eating elsewhere. We didn’t explore the area much, but in the evenings it felt quite unsafe as there were often people with substance abuse problems gathered right outside the hotel. Nice room. Good breakfast. They need to tell people when they check in that if you’re staying 2 nights they still won’t service the room, even if you hang a “Clean me” sign on the door. Bar shuts really early even for residents so you have a very limited choice in a small fridge. Good location for the train station

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Super Gegend, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sehr interessant gestaltet. Leider empfanden wir unser Zimmer zu dunkel und es haben tote Bienen an der Gardine geklebt. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, der Mitarbeiter wollte sich sofort drum kümmern :) und leider keine Parkmöglixhkeiten.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr angenehm gestaltet. Bequemes Bett. Das Bad war eher klein. Das Waschbecken wohl auch wegen der abstrusen, eckigen Bauart nicht sauber in den Kanten. Due Dusche hatte einen Sprung in der Wanne.

Ar condicionado com temperatura baixa, passei frio, pois não era possível aumentar a temperatura, isto foi péssimo!! Além disso estragou o cartão de funcionamento da luz e tive que trocar de quarto…. Arrumar tudo nas malas e mudar para um quarto pior mas com o mesmo problema do ar condicionado de verão… aí também passei frio…

Staff was very friendly. We booked a twin room which means two separate beds. We didn’t know that as the pictures or description on the room didn’t show that. At check in, the staff member noticed this and booked us to another room free of charge. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows, they didn’t give enough support for our liking. But that’s a matter of taste. Would definitely come back!

This was an excellent base for a weekend of travelling around Dusseldorf and the nearby cities. It is very close to the Hauptbahnhof which was a key factor in making the booking. Other attractions in Dusseldorf are all in short walking distance. The rooms were very pleasant and the breakfast variety was good. Staff were very friendly with excellent English. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of litter and un housed people living and sleeping in the street. They used the hotel benches to sit on all day was panhandled 2 Times In the area. Hote was very nice once inside.

Saubere Zimmer, allerdings wenn sie zur Straßen / Bahnseite liegen hört man den Verkehr den ganzen Tag und nachts schon. Wer empfindlich ist sollte schauen dass er / sie kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hat. Personal beim Check in/out und im Restaurant freundlich und bemüht. Beim Frühstück waren die Aufbackbrötchen etwas grenzwertig gebacken und der der „Auffüllservice“ hätte aufmerksamer und schneller sein können. Hotel kann man an sich empfehlen, denke wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt eine Alternative suchen.

L’hotel è moderno, situato vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. Le camere confortevoli. C’è stato un problema con l’acqua calda, che in reception non mi hanno saputo spiegare. Per il resto tutto bene. Prezzo prima colazione esageratamente elevato.
