Nice, clean hotel with daily room service and a spotless bathroom. The on-site restaurant made it convenient to have dinner without leaving the building. They also offer laundry service, which was a great bonus. The bed was comfortable, although it was a full size—we had expected a queen. Centrally located and easy to get around from. Overall, great service and a very clean stay. Would recommend it.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It’s walking distance (5 mins) to one of the main tram and bus stations, which are very efficient. This station also has a shopping area. has In closer proximity (2 mins walk) are restaurants and shops. area is quiet despite the level of activity. Inside the hotel is average. The staff are always friendly. There is a nice restaurant attached . The single rooms are a bit small and the bathroom accommodations are smaller than anticipated. However, I would stay there again.

Stayed here for 3-day work trip. Selected location based on cost and convenience to main train station (and other transport). Added breakfast (on site restaurant), which had basics (breads, cook-your-own eggs, ham, cheese) but not much else. Would have preferred another hot dish and some Ovalmaltine spread. Used fitness center which was very small - basically limited to 2 people working out a time. Fitness center seemed to never be cleaned as I saw the same trash in the bin every day I went. Rooms ok but small. Carpet around elevator had plastic covering which just looked trashy- first thought was under renovation (but was not the case). Ok for short stay, but would not come again. (Periodic travel to Geneva.)

Have stayed here several times. Lovely staff, super central location in the middle of the city, 30 seconds from the main train station but, unlike what such a location might represent in other cities, super safe and correct, spotlessly clean, simple but perfectly fine rooms, everything and everywhere walkable within minutes. Room windows totally soundproofed, you might as well be in the countryside.

Great position 5.minutes walk from tge train station. Nicely appointed and decorated room. Good Wi-Fi and TV, good bathroom. Major issue was that there was no air conditioning and as we were there in a heatwave this made the room unbearable at night. Room faced onto the street which was very noisy if you opened a window. Good fan provided but all it could do was circulate the hot and increasingly humid. Cut our losses after two of the three nights and.moved to a hotel with air con.

The property is a little dated but clean and tidy. The room was fiarly large for a twin room. Very well located, close to the main train station and only 5 mins walk to the lake. Lots of eating options nearby too.

Great location near the train station. Easy to walk to places. But to not have AC in the summer and charge the same price as the hotels that do was a joke. There's a big fan which helps but you absolutely have to have the windows open and then the noise from outside was horrible. People partying on the street until 4am. Overall would not stay again.

Have stayed here several times. One lady was super helpful at reception, the other two not so much, they laughed in my face when I was asking them for help and telling them the information the other lady told me, the gave sarcastic responses, rude and very abrupt, no smile or friendliness. Whilst the one lady was lovely, really does show the difference between customer service.

Super convenient to the train station and buses, ferries around the city. Friendly and quick check-in and check-out. Room was very nice, clean, well appointed with a hot pot.

Stayed here before for business and liked it due to its location and proximity to everything I needed to do for work. Decided to stay here again during this next business trip but wasn’t as pleasant of a stay. Checked in to a small single room and then went out. When I returned there were tools and equipment all over the bathroom and a sink that was dismantled with the plumber nowhere to be found. Went to front desk and all they did was move me to a smaller room. No compensation no upgrade. Was hoping to be treated better as a possible frequent customer but they offered no incentives. Breakfast isn’t worth the F18 that they charge. Boiled egg is the only hot food option. Sadly not sure I’d stay here again during my next work visit.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel International Terminus in Geneva. The staff were amazing especially Maggie who goes the extra mile for her clients. She was extremely professional, kind, helpful and could not do enough for her customers. I highly recommend this hotel. The location the price, free breakfast you won't be disappointed.

Room was very clean and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and let us store our luggage in the luggage room. Unfortunately the shower would not stay fixed on the wall fitting so had to use the shower handle manually.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado a metros de la estacion de trenes. La habitacion estaba bien. El desayuno medio pobre, esperaba mas para este tipo de hotel en Ginebra. Lo que hay que remarcar son los malos modales del personal. Su trato es apenas aceptable en el mejor de los casos. Cuando llegamos no conectaba el wifi por un conflicto de IP. Primero desecharon nuestra observacion y ante nuestra insistencia horas despues (ya que seguia sin funcionar) sus contestaciones fueron malas y hasta irrespetuosas. Ante el pedido de que reseteen el router se negaron con cualquier excusa y finalmente COLGARON el telefono abruptamente. Luego magicamente comenzo a conectar. Tambien fuimos testigos de los mismos malos modos con otro huesped con quien discrepaban.

Traditional and clearly was built long ago. However outstanding location 100 metres from the central station Gare Cornavin, and a few blocks from Lac Léman. Room was large and comfortable and very clean. No air-conditioning which is only an issue mid summer, effective fans are provided. We will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, clean and central location. Short walk to the water front and the main train station with a 7 minute ride to the airport which is included within the Geneva Pass provided by the hotel. Perfect base.

Location is really great just across the Geneva gare and the price is really wonderful in Geneva central. Even though the room is a little smaller but all the equipment is nice for two people. Definitely I will recommend my friends to stay here.
