駅からも近く、周辺の治安は特に問題なし。スタッフも快く対応してくれた。イタリア初日だと伝えたら、ローマのことを地図で示しながら説明してくれた。エレベーターに乗る前に10段くらい階段があるので、チェックイン時はフロントスタッフが持ってくれたが、チェックアウト時は自力で降りないといけないかも…（呼べばきっと対応してくれる）イタリア周遊したので、いくつかホテルに泊まったが、比較しても上位だったなと思えるホテルです。

Hotel is with a small elevator but to reach the elevator there a stairs. We have to carry our heavy luggage with little help from the reception personal up the stairs. Reception was nice but not really helpful and friendly. Termini Station is very near.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Rome Termini making it a perfect hotel to stay at prior to a flight from Rome. The room was spotless and recently renovated. The shower is a little tight for someone 6' tall but it does the trick. The location increases street noise a little but we were still able to get a good nights sleep

This hotel was reasonably clean and very convenient (a 5 minute walk to Termini Station). There were plenty of restaurants and markets in the area. Breakfast was plentiful but unvaried (exact same thing provided every day — we stayed for a total of 5 days). The biggest drawback of this property was the smell in the rooms. We had two different rooms over our two stays (a total of 5 days) and both rooms smelled weird and musty. And one day we had no hot water.

I stayed at this hotel Sept 22-26. Out of the 5 nights, the turnover person didnt provide toilette paper or remove the garbage twice. I dropped something behind my night table and when I moved it to retrieve my brush, the amount of garbage was imressive. Safe to say, my brush will now join the garbage which I'm sure will be permanent. The location itself is good, but I will never stay here again.

I had a one night stay on a very hot June weekend. The location is convenient for Roma Termini station, which has direct trains to FCO airport every 15 minutes. Check in was charming. The room was perfectly fine, with AC that was almost able to keep the room comfortable. One cannot take this for granted in Rome.

What a great little find. This was the perfect location to walk to all the sights! Close to the train station for easy arrival and departure, clean room, and a super helpful man at reception. I wish I got his name, he made our stay so delightful, accommodating all our needs and providing knowledge about the city! The beds are pretty firm, and we couldn’t figure out how to make the a/c work, but you can open the windows and we had a great breeze! The shower water was HOT and there are even towel warmers in the bathroom..that was a nice treat! Stay here..we will definitely be back! Thank you Rome!

We had the top floor room 501. It was quiet and peaceful and lovely to have a private terrace. Thankfully it has good air conditioning too! Breakfast was good, staff helpful and we would definitely recommend as it’s so close to Termini but away from the crowded side of the station.

What a great little find. This was the perfect location to walk to all the sights! Close to the train station for easy arrival and departure, clean room, and a super helpful man at reception. Great place across the street from Roma Termini. Gabriel at front desk was extremely helpful- provided tour suggestions(lots of fun), directions, good map with highlighted track to follow. Very nice breakfast bag for our early morn departure, excellent dining suggestions. Comfy beds, lots of hot water for shower. AC turned off (it's Nov)and room was a bit warm; we opened window a crack so it was fine. Beautiful decor inside, very comfortable atmosphere, perfect location (a block from National Roman Museum) though street isn't easy to find for those unfamiliar with the area.Outside some sketchy areas but we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again!!

The staff were excellent to deal with and the location of the hotel is ideal for the bus/ train. The walk leading to the hotel smelt excessively of urine from the homeless. Walking in the area at night didn’t seem to be the safest.

The hotel was small but easy to get to from the Termini. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was really clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The only downside was the small road off to the right was smelly (urine) and a bit rough looking. It was perfectly safe though and would not put me off recommending the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our stay in Rome. Only a 5 minute walk from Termini where the airport train arrives and where you can get the Metro. On our arrival Romana gave us a great introduction to Rome with great recommendations on where to eat and how to get around Rome. Terrific breakfast that sets you up for the day.
